From the moment I arrived, the experience was unpleasant. The staff was incredibly unprofessional and unfriendly, and the space itself felt dingy and poorly maintained. I came in for another tattoo removal session, and while they do numb the area beforehand, they left me sitting in the chair for over an hour with no update. When I finally asked the front desk when my treatment would begin, I was told I was "still numbing"... with no explanation for the delay. When the technician finally arrived, he smelled strongly of food, which suggested I had unknowingly spent that hour waiting while he was on his lunch break. While I don't mind someone taking their break, it was frustrating that my time was clearly not respected. On top of that, he was cold, unwelcoming, and by far the most unpleasant staff member I've encountered at any Sculpt location. After that visit, I never returned and chose to take my business to Removery instead. I wouldn't recommend the Silver Lake location to anyone.

I even got a fraud call pretending to be corporate and had PatientFi accounts attempted in my name without consent. I'm switching to a real plastic surgeon and medspa -- this place is just a scam. I want to start by giving a massive shout-out to the team at the Westminster, Colorado location…read more The employees here are absolutely excellent--professional, welcoming, and they really do a great job of making you feel comfortable through what can be a pretty uncomfortable process. However, Removery's corporate protocols and booking systems are deeply frustrating and until recently no reliable way to validate or confirm that your appointment is actually in their system before you show up. You also don't know if you will have your treatment as you are not asked key questions before you show up. The system does not verify medication changes or other factors that would prevent you from having your treatment done. It is incredibly frustrating to have such a disconnect between an amazing local staff and a corporate system that lacks basic verification protocols. Five stars for the Westminster team, but corporate needs to ensure their appointment validation asks the key questions needed in order to ensure that the treatment can be performed immediately.
