Never had any issues with the other girls but if you don't like something they will make sure to fix them to the way you want. I've been coming here for over 3 years now and I can honestly say I don't think I'll ever go to anyone else for my brows. Sonia is the best! The place is super clean everyone is very friendly and welcoming and their decor is really cute. Weather I have an appointment or just do a walking I am confident that my eyebrows will always look great! Sonia takes her time to get to know her clients and their brows of course. I've gone to Signature Eyebrows twice and both times Sonia has done my eyebrows. She asked me how I wanted them before she started which was great, I told her I was growing them out so she made sure to leave hair in the areas that needed to grow. I've been going to signature eyebrows for the past year. I lived a block down from it for about 6 months before giving it a shoot due to negative Yelp reviews. I love going here each time I leave with clean and shapely brows. I haven't found a place nearby as good. I moved away but still make the drive hear every two weeks for the amazing service. I literally left with completely different eyebrows.... I've never cried after getting my eyebrows done but this time omg! I came in as a walk in but that's no excuse for doing a crappy job. So I came in on Tuesday to get my brows and lip done by Vanessa. I don't really trust anyone with my brows when trying new brow places, but Vanessa was very comforting and knew what she was talking about. I came in about half an hour ago for the first time and was seen by Vanessa. She did an AMAZINGGG job!! Made me feel super comfortable and was so friendly; we talked the entire time which is not something I'm used to when going to nail shops to get my brows done (I know going to nail salons is a big NO for brows but it's all I've gone to). I've been getting my eyebrows threaded here for a while now and I always had a positive experience (I usually get my eyebrows done with Ashley or Sonia) but this time I booked with Nicole. My friends had already warned me that they didn't like her work but I booked anyways. Worst mistake. Eyebrows are everything and she left my left eyebrow thinner than the right and it was also shaped differently. I told her and she looked at me and said I don't know what you are talking about. The girl did a horrible job at threading my eyebrows. She did them way too thin when i told her i just needed them cleaned up. She totally messed up the shape of my eyebrows which will take forever to grow in. She didn't seem experienced at all and on to of that she cut me twice! Im totally not going back. read more

I've been getting my eyebrows done here on occassion because of the good reviews on instagram and for a while they turned out okay, but this last time Ashely seemed to be upset/rushed although I was on time to my appt and as a result my eyebrows turned out horrible. Mind you, I had full eyebrows and I left with one hella thin and the other full, she spent more time on one than the other and when I looked in the mirror and asked what happened she said she didn't know. WTF? Not going back. The customer service is not so great anyway. read more

Ashley did my eyebrows today and they never looked more perfect. She makes you so comfortable and lets you check everything before doing a drastic change. This was my second time at this place. I tried booking an appointment with Sonia, who shaped my eyebrows the first time but her schedule did not work with mines. I booked an appt. with Viviana and didn't realize I went to the wrong location so I decided to do them with Kamana since I was already at the San Lorenzo location. I explained to her that I was growing out my eyebrows and Sonia had shaped them for me. I specifically told her I just wanted to continue growing them, please clean them. Well she didn't listened and completely thinned my eyebrows out again. She obviously does not listen to clients requests. I do not like her work. She didn't even apologized for her mistake after I told her if she had listen to what I said. I wouldn't recommend getting your eyebrows done by her. One star only because Sonia does a nice job and she did tell me I had to stick to one person, but I thought all of the girls were trained by her. Too bad she is going on leave. read more

Zero stars if possible. Appointments are not respected as I waited over 30 minutes from my scheduled appointment. When I arrived both ladies were already threading on the same 2 customers as when I left. Probably because most of their time was spent standing there and chit-chatting instead of threading, after all you need your mouth to thread.
