Marco and his crew are angels from heaven. If we could give a million stars we would. We reached out to Marco about an irrigation leak, after another company used their detector. Unfortunately, that company lied about finding the leak and Marco was so kind in talking to us about our options. Overall, we needed a new irrigation system, and instead of putting a band aid on an old yard that was already a hazard for our boys, we decided to redo everything and Marcos vision was perfect. Marco was very communicative, patient, and empathetic to our needs. It was bittersweet when it was all done because we enjoyed seeing the process. But now we have a beautiful yard with pavers that will no longer be a tripping hazard and Marco picked plants that are safe for kids and low maintenance (I don't have a green thumb). Marco, Arturo and their team at Signature Landscape are fantastic. They did a major hardscape backyard project for me in early 2025. It involved a lot of earth and rock-moving, terracing, new Trex decks and balconies, stairs, stone pavers, stone walls, other retaining walls, replacing a rotted side fence, etc, etc. I still feel extremely fortunate to have found Marco to do this job! He has the rare combination (in my experience) of both excellent expertise in his field, a creative-artistic thinker, while also being a genuinely humble, kind and honest person. Amazing experience working with Marco at Signature Landscapes. We initially just wanted to remove some of our hill and put in a retaining wall. Marco provided a 3D rendering so we could see how much usable land we were gaining, as well as the shape of the wall. Once construction began we realized we needed to completely redo the backyard. Marco helped us design the hardscape and choose pavers and plants. Quite a lot of thought went into the shaping of the patio and the placement of the plants. I can't say enough good things about Marco and his team! Marco was great to work with at every step of the way for our big backyard project. Our backyard is a downslope hill, had poor drainage, and failing retaining walls. He and his team replaced all of our 4 retaining walls, put in proper drainage (+ fail safe additional layer of drainage just in case to add extra protection for our house), extended our patio, expertly added pavers, turf, and sod, and ultimately creative 5x the usable space in our backyard for our small children and us to enjoy. The concerns were access to the backyard, a down slope of 20%+, and the removal of 2 trees. Signature Landscapes addressed these issues and provided a detail plan with an estimated timeline. They also went above and beyond by including deeper fence posts and fixing the mismatching deck step heights at no additional charge. They protected our living quarters by placing paper, wearing bootie, and sweeping and vacuuming after each day.
