Called the office and Adam came out a couple of days later to inspect our lawn and give us a quote. After talking to a few other local vendors, we decided to go with FENIX and we are really pleased we did. Adam, Kimberley and Erica communicated really well and answered any question we had about the entire process. They provided us with a few turf samples as well as an extensive list of referral addresses we could use to inspect their craftsmanship and the quality of the installed turf product. When the day to start the project arrived, Dylan and the large crew arrived right on time as arranged and immediately got to work. They were very professional and skilled. They were able to complete the entire project in one day and cleaned up the "worksite" nicely. We are extremely happy with the entire process from start to finish and would use them again if needed and would highly recommend them if you were considering installing artificial turf for your landscaping project. Not only was the craftsmanship top notch, the value was exceptional as FENIX provided us with the lowest price of all the quotes we received.

A neighbor had recommended Fenix. About a year ago a representative came to our house to give an estimate. He brought samples and measured the area and was quite thorough in his explanation and recommendations. We decided on one of the products but had to hold off installation because we were having other work done in the backyard that could have damaged a new turf. Finally the yard was done almost a year later and we contacted Fenix. Their prices had gone up only 10 cents a square foot but they honored our original bid. Installation was scheduled a couple of weeks later. A week before the install we received an email with the site prep, warranty, care instructions, and other useful information. They offer a discount if you pay by cash or check. On installation day they arrived close to 8 a.m. and apologized for being late as it was foggy in Sacramento and dangerous driving. The crew immediately got to work, first capping off the irrigation that watered the former grass lawn and then digging out the dirt and roots. They uncovered a couple of drainage pipes that we weren't aware of and cleaned them out and reset them to be operational under the turf. They accidentally cut some irrigation pipes and quickly repaired them. Once the job was finished they cleaned up our backyard, even on the side of the yard they weren't working in. The new artificial turf looks wonderful. We highly recommend Fenix if you are considering artificial turf for your yard.

I spoke with Eduardo about what we wanted done (updated some of the things we wanted done from last year), and came to an agreement on price pretty easily. He began work the following week, even though I was flexible with timing. Eduardo was a great and personable guy even before making the agreement. His workers were also diligent and the kids like hanging out with them too. Every day was a huge change and all of us are very happy with the end result. A simple, beautiful, no maintenance backyard is just what we wanted, and thanks to Eduardo and his guys, is here. What won me over with Turf World was: 1. Jason's transparency about the process with sending me his You Tube videos (the job went exactly as promised); 2. The turf itself was the best (was the closest replica to grass, the Catalina Pro was not the softest turf I sampled but was the sturdiest and prettiest and stood up the best like grass, and even my 6 year old daughter saw that it was the most realistic looking of 13 samples); 3) his communication, always prompt and complete, and 4) his price was the best. After researching this for 2 months, I went with Turf World and I am thrilled with the result. My advice? Go around and look at installations. Watch videos. I did and after a ton of consideration I went with Turf Word and I am a 100% happy and satisfied customer, And I'm not an easy target. So we decided to finally put the finishing touches to our front yard. We put out the feelers on Sunday night at 8:30 pm, not expecting to get a reply until Monday morning, but Jacob from Verdigrass responded within 10 minutes! I, along with the wife was impressed by the quick response so we scheduled an estimate with Jacob for Wednesday. Jacob was very accommodating with my work schedule and actually came to my house by 8:00 am. Since Jacob was coming from Vallejo, I knew it was a long distance and he would have to leave very early in the morning, so again, we were impressed. My meeting with Jacob went very well. Since this was my first experience with artificial turf, I had a bunch of questions, which Jacob answered fully. It was also very helpful that he had several samples that I could see and feel. After getting my quote, which came in much lower than another company. We decided to go with Verdigrass due to the experience we had thus far with Jacob. Communication with Jacob was stellar, and he was able to schedule the job for Saturday morning. The material was dropped off on Friday, and Jacob's crew, headed by Juan, arrived at 0730 am, a half hour earlier than the 0800 am start Jacob had mentioned. The crew was efficient and highly knowledgeable and had the job done in approximately 5.5 hours! We could not be happier with our experience with Jacob, Juan and Verdigrass. I had a wonderful experience with Jorge. My gate and fence recently collapsed so i needed to get it…read morereplaced. I got a few people to come over and Jorge was the most trustworthy person. He was the only one out of my 4 quotes that gave me options of replacing the entire fence, or keeping the good parts and only changing out what was damaged. The other quotes were to throw everything away and rebuild from scratch. Jorge was not like that, he said the wood is still good, and the posts needed more concrete since the builder only went a few inches deep instead of a few feet. Since i was at it, I also had him put concrete and turf in my side yard just so it wouldnt be leaves. It was a wonderful experience. Jorge and the team i could tell took their time and made sure that it was quality work. Fair price, quality work, and nice guy. Will definitely go back to him for my next project

If I knew this would transform my life as it has, I would have had it done much sooner! They replaced a gopher ridden, stickers and weed area. I have dogs that use this area as their main running space. I no longer spend an hour at night brushing stickers out of their fur and washing dirt from muddy paws! Generally speed and quality do not align but they have mastered the art. I've seen plenty of installs from other companies and without looking to hard you can find the seams. When Better Than Real is doing the install it's impossible. As a contractor I use them for all of our turf projects as well as my own home. If you need turf installed, don't bother going anywhere else.
