This was my first time visiting this washateria. When I went next door to ask for assistance, however, my experience was different. The staff member I spoke with was not very polite, which made the interaction uncomfortable. Because I'm new and had a large amount of laundry, I asked a few regular customers whether it was okay to step away briefly and they assured me that my clothes would not be touched. To be safe, I also set an alarm so I could return on time. When I came back, I noticed that my clothes had been removed from the washer and placed in a basket. I didn't have an issue with my clothes being placed in a basket so other customers could use the machines. What concerned me was that some of my clothes were placed on top of the washer, and no one came to inform me that my laundry had been moved. The staff member I spoke with earlier walked past me several times without saying anything, and then left before I could address the situation. When I spoke with the young lady at the front, she acknowledged that clothes are not supposed to be placed on top of the washers, but the issue had already occurred. The interaction felt dismissive, and I didn't feel that my concern was fully understood. I believe better communication and more courtesy toward customers especially first-time visitors would greatly improve the experience here.

After two attempts to remove the stains and two more visits to pick they were not able to remove. They took an expensive shirt; added stains from their cleaning products; and took out most of the original (beige) color leaving it a dingy white. this shirt had only been worn a few times. After having to ask what they were going to do about it several times they offered $30 cash or $50 credit. I had proof I paid more but they said this was their policy. A policy that is not posted in their store. i obviously took the cash because I won't risk my other clothes. If your items cost more than $30 I would suggest not coming here.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! I took a…read morecomforter cover, a couple of pillowcases and two dresses for dry cleaning. First, I was told to come back on Monday after 6pm to pick it up. Went on Monday evening, just to be told oh no, it's going to take the whole week and won't be ready before Friday. When I picked up my items, the comforter cover was done so poorly that I'm not sure what exactly they did to it. It's super wrinkled and COVERED in lint (see picture). If I washed it, it would've come out better. To top it off, they charged me $86! I deeply regret tying a new place since we moved and I wanted to avoid a 25min drive to my usual dry cleaners. Never again.

Because the whole process has been so convenient for me…read more --- --- --- I have to dress nicely for work events these days, which means I have clothes that just do better in the dry cleaner. And because this shop is located in my neighborhood, it's my dry cleaner of choice. Every time I pop in, I am the only customer. I spend an average of about 187 seconds in here whether I'm dropping off or picking up. The prices are great (granted, I don't know what dry cleaning costs, but it seems fine?) I'll continue utilizing them until I have a job where I can wear my at-home uniform of a tank top and athletic shorts every day.
