When we arrived, instead of being shown into changing rooms, we were shown into a tiny room, with 2 massage tables leaving barely enough space for us to get undressed without doing a tango. During the massage due to the lack of sound separation from the other rooms, we could not only hear the conversations going on there, but at times it even drowned out the music in the room! After the massage, similar to the beginning, the lack of change room facilities left no option to freshen up for our dinner that followed. In closing I would say that if you are looking for a beginning to a romantic evening, this is not the facility you would choose.

If they were nobody would do this. And I chatted with the owner today. And Im in the beauty industry I know refunds don't happen. I didn't bother asking for my money back. But I did request a free facial for the inconvenience of infection. He said that I blasted him on Facebook so no free facial. I'm sorry but u effed up my face and ofcourse I'm gunna say something. And the fact that he used that threw it in my face like "well this is why" immature and petty. U can be abit more professional and instead just say that your sorry and you cannot do that. I am on antibiotics unable to eat or sleep. Unable to work. Owners snarky excuse before he hung up on me was "there's always a risk of infection when you put a needle in your lip". Well maybe u should sit down with your client talk about what your gunna do how it's gunna go and tell them the normal healing process; take a second and make sure everything is sterile?
