This place is honestly not worth the headache. I was literally crying in a chair while they fix my botched pedicure. The manager and the lady with tattoo sleeve are extremely rude. Im explaining to them im not happy that the pinks in my nails and toes don't match. But instead of coming up with a solution they making me feel bad for not being happy with my $70 pedicure! I had given up and agreed to my $7 refund and for a plain color just so I could get out of there. I will not be returning here. My anxiety cannot handle this. read more

When I returned later asking them to fix the split that that resulted from that, they argued with me for 10 minutes in front of a room full of customers, they continue to argue with me accusing me of lying. When I told them I didn't want to argue about it anymore, and just ask them if they would fix the issue, they said that they would but continued to argue that it wasn't their fault. Even as they were fixing the issue, when they finally got to me, they continued to insist and argue that it wasn't their fault. This place is the WORST! I went here several times hoping to find a person that could provide a good acrylic fill-in and pedicure. The guy with the bleach blonde streaks ruined my nails. The girl who kept having to remove the polish and repolish several times, didn't seem to know what she was doing. Not only that, but this place is not cheap. Thankfully, I gave up and went across the street the next time to Angel Nails and had a superb pedicure and fill-in. No excuses, no problems, it was pure bliss. I've been going here for 6 months and I it have two people that do my nails the way I like them done. however, Saturday someone different did them because they were so busy. Well, she was sloppy with the acrylic and gel paint. I went back Sunday asking to have them reshaped and repainted but was told they were too busy with only 6 customers in the salon. I went back Monday after work...apparently the lady knew exactly who I was talking about because she was literally waiting for me. first of all after paying $70 for a new set and a $15 tip, I expect much better service and product. This time she had attitude and was grabbing my hands because I complained. she drilled the bumps down but didn't want to fix the polish un til I told her that's unacceptable. it went downhill fast from here and seriously don't appreciate them speaking about me and laughing while I'm in the salon! I ended up having to go next door for a polish change because the third time was worse than I he original. it's so uncalled for. as a small business owner I wouldn't treat my customers this way! read more

I previously had white gel funny bunny and asked to get it removed and replaced. "Son" did my nails and did a terrible job. The painting was inconsistent, he did not paint the entire nail, I had to remind him throughout the appointment to file and fix simple mistakes, none of the shapes of my nails were consistent and what I asked for. The clear coat of gel was streaked and inconsistent on all nails as seen in the pictures provided. I do not recommend anyone come here; the service is rushed, they don't care to listen to the customers requests, and despite being polite and giving them a chance to fix it, they simply did not care and wanted to move on. A waste of money, time, and honestly, a nail shop. Just for reference, these pictures were taken 5 minutes after I left the shop. I tried this salon for the first time today and will not go back! I went in for a SNS and Spa Pedicure and what I got was the worst treatment ever in a nail salon. The lady doing my nails tried to take off only part of the old SNS explaining that my nails if she takes it all off would be too thin. I've been doing SNS now for over 10 years and this is the first time someone tried to leave old dip on for the sake of making my nails healthy. She seemed upset but did finally remove all the old. She would take my arms and tug on them so hard that my shoulder began to get sore. Most salons give you a pillow to make your arm comfortable and this was the opposite. I got a wooden box that my arm would continue to be yanked over. Once she was done she simply walked away without a word being said went over to the tech next to me and continued to talk about me in their language while looking and laughing my way. What should be relaxing and enjoyable turned out to be a nightmare and I literally wanted to cry! Don't waste your money or time! read more

After being a very loyal customer, SNS almost every 2 weeks (sometimes with designs), today I was charged more than usual. When I get a solid color it's alway same price. My nail tech charges me same every time, today was $5 more. I asked why and she said because of length. My nails are by no mean long and are same length every time. When I asked another girl who seemed to speak better English, she told me it was because of almond shape. I never asked for almond shape and ask for round every time. They just shrugged it off. I don't mind spending my hard earned money on a service and product that is consistent. I do not like when businesses are sneaky. $5 is no big deal but they could not give me a valid reason. Man, what a let down. Gel fill and basic pedicure ran me $100. When I asked for a price breakdown they let me know they charge additionally to shape the nail. .. what? They did not give me a manicure but did charge additional to cut my cuticle on three fingers. Let's talk quality... I have been having the following nail service weekly for many years. I came to the Signature Nails and Spa Salon for a polish change. As always, I brought in my own 3 OPI products: Base, Color and Topcoat! The technician showed the bottles to a manager who read the topcoat bottle I had and said the product was a "gel."Yes, language was a problem. The manager read the bottle incorrectly and would not listen to me. The bottle said., "gel tipo" and also "gel like." the technician refused to put my own personal product on my own personal nails. In order to get out of there, as I had enough. Thus, I let them put whatever was in the bottle they had on my nails. I figured this was the end but both the manager and the technician spoke in their mother tongue with each other and had a good laugh, while looking at me. This is not acceptable. I never said I would not pay for the service. I paid in cash, but I did not leave a tip. The technician was not happy about that. ...... Had I read what others have written about their services at this salon, I would not have gone in to such a salon in the first place. I advise others to do just that! I went in 10 days ago and it will be my last visit. I have a three strikes you're out rule taking into account how busy they may be. I had the same experience this trip and the two before. I had a male tech for SNS and on the most recent for gel. Each time the tech stopped to look at his phone and was distracted. He rushed me through. 40 minutes. I was charged $50.00 and left very disappointed. 10 days later and I just went to a great salon that spent 90 minutes repairing and fixing my nails. I waited around for 40 minutes and decided I'd make an appt for the following morning. The staff were nice; however, I felt my experience was rushed. I've been going here the past year and a half, and received good/decent service. The only things I will say are that their too aggressive. If you've got a paper cut or an injury on your fingers/hands, forget coming here. They clipped my nails way too short, to the point my cuticles started bleeding a bit. The other thing that really bothers me is their lack of acknowledging you. I came in once looking to get my acrylics taken off, and wanted to keep my natural long nails. MISTAKE! The woman I was with took a piece of paper and PRIED OFF each nail. (Hurt like hell). Then, she CUT my nails completely off, even lower than the skin. I took my Mom (75) for a mani and pedi and they sat her in a chair and the girl who did her mani didn't soak or soften her cuticles and kept cutting too aggressively. I had to ask her to run water in the basin so my mother could soak her feet. The people do not seem to have much experience and the quality for what you pay is pitiful. This 5 star review is based solely on an SNS Manicure from TAYLOR only. I love Taylor -- she is efficient and does a PERFECT job every time. She isn't chatty -- if you want chatty, she's not your girl. She does the steps EXACTLY like the SNS Academy recommends. She gets the powder off of your hands and out from under your nail. She is efficient and is not distracted by people coming in and out. I love her! Alice is also AWESOME. My last manicure was with a guy (not the one in the way back) and he did NOT do the steps like SNS Academy and of course I have a bad nail. I'm almost to the point to bringing my own nail file and tools. So many weird bugs and fungi from others -- these techs cannot possibly know about them all. I don't do pedicures. read more

I had bought my mom a gift certificate for her birthday so her, my sister, and i all booked an appointment for 2pm for 2 gel manicures, 1 regular manicure, and 3 pedicures. we showed up right at 2 and were sat immediately. (the place was also gorgeous and very clean). my manicurist, Angel, did a fantastic job on my gel manicure. She took her time and paid especially close to detail on everything. i didn't catch the name of my pedicurist, but she also did an amazing job! We gave it 3 different times, and they are legit the worst. I didn't want to go back after the first time, but my mother in law wanted to give it a go...2 times. The nails are legit worst than if I did it myself (and I am really bad at it) although every single time I ask for a very simple, just one colored gel on my natural nails, and somehow it is still not possible to make then even. They are bubbly, they don't cover all my nails, they flake off. Maybe because every single time (3 different people) the person who was doing it just straight up didn't pay attention and was looking the other way?! Like, okay. There was this one time where the person was straight up bullying me for wanting gel nails and not SNS. It also doesn't help that instead of communicating they just yank your hands wherever, and when I say sorry, I didn't know, they roll their eyes?! Like, I'm sorry?! Also they are just straight up rude to you from the get go, even the assistant is like whaddoyouwant, and than gets annoyed if I ask her to repeat herself cause I didn't get that. I understand being understaffed or overworked, and I completely understand if we don't fit it, I won't cause a scene, will just go somewhere else, but jesus christ, don't make me feel like I am ruining your entire day? I try to be very nice with everyone, as I also work in retail, but like...I would be so fired from my job for half of the behavioral issues. Oh, and they waaaay overcharged us. As I mentioned, unfortunately we have been there 3 different times, get the same things, so we have an approximate guess. First I thought maybe the prices went up because of covid. Checking the receipt, they charged all 3 of us for SNS, which we didn't get, we got 2 gel and 1 acrylic, we choose the most expensive pedicure, but 2 of them had something called "upgrade service", one of them for 15 dollars and the other one for 37 dollars. Wouldn't be a big deal, but we all got the same treatment, literally. We were sitting next to each other so like, what?! Only thing is that I didn't get my toenails colored, so...that's even less effort?! Oh, and I saw like 2 centipedes just casually around. My review really depends on what you're going here for. I get my eyebrows waxed and tinted here and they do a great job. I'm normally in and out pretty quickly, and the lady who does them is friendly. If you're going for a pedicure or manicure they do a decent job, but it's always pretty busy and the wait is normally longer than they tell you. So if you have time to kill definitely try it out. If you're trying to get kids off the the bus or need to be somewhere make an appointment and hope for the best! read more

I came here one day just for sns and it was quick and the tech was super friendly. My nails looked fine but I did feel she went overboard with the electric file thing. Within a couple of days my nails were breaking. I have very healthy long nails and this has only happened once or twice before. I decided to go back since they were so kind. I got a pedi and it was fine, nothing special though I did pay for an upgraded pedi. The man who did my nails literally filed them until they were burning/raw. Also one hand is shorter than the other but I didn't even want to think about enduring another minute of this process so I didn't mention it. I paid extra for a manicure and my cuticles/skin around nails look worse than they did before. Within two days 3 of my nails had cracked. One week in and one nail is losing pieces of the sns. I'm a stay at home mom. I am not rough on my nails. Since this happened twice in a row I would not recommend. Mediocre at best. read more

Went here for gel pedicure and was sooooo disappointed. THE WORST PEDICURE I'VE EVER HAD! If I could give zero stars I would. The actual cleaning up of the nails was almost painful. Didn't know how to shape the nails. Got a scrub and callous removal and she just scrubbed my legs and barely touched my feet. Just slapped the callous remover on and buffed real quick. She spent more time gently massaging my legs more than doing an actual pedicure. I ended up canceling the gel all together, paid, and walked out. I didn't even get polish I was so disgusted at the lack of professionalism. When I got home I had skin peeling off the tip of my toes and jagged cuticles. I went in to get my nails done and got sat down very quick but it was a very long process till I was started on. I was not impressed at all once I was started on. My pedicure wasn't like a normal pedicure, he massaged me for less than a minute then while getting my nails done I had been cut 3 times (1 is huge) without an apology or anything, she proceeded to take the napkin that all of the germs, dust and debris have fallen on and put on my wound. My nails look awful and it's the same day that I got them done I have had one crack. Not only did I have a terrible experience with their service BUT when I went to check out my card had been declined 6 times and it has never done that and the lady told me I just didn't have enough money but I know I did and continued to tell her I had more than enough and when I was trying to find out why I felt like I was being rushed. Honestly, every time I come I say I'll never come back, and this time I mean it. The first time I came was fine. The second time, I was immediately asked (with them somehow knowing my first and last name) why it took me so long to come back. Then they proceeded to ask me if I was pregnant (i was not.... How freaking rude) I didn't come back for almost 3 years. I decided to come back because I live close and didn't have time to go to my usual place. They immediately asked me if I was pregnant again (what the actual heck?) and then had two different ladies switch out while doing my nails. Both of my thumb nails were messed up, so I came back the next day to fix them. Only one person was having her toes done, and everyone else was sitting around. They wouldn't let anyone except the original lady who did my nails fix them, and she was the one working on the lady's pedicure. I had to sit and wait for over 30 minutes for just two nail touch ups while every other employee sat around and talked and refused to fix my nails, and refused to let me leave when I asked to. Absolutely awful work!! The place Looks nice, but deceptive. They are in a hurry and unskilled..rush. Look closely, unsanitary. I went in and there were 3 of us. There were 3 of us. They did 2 SNS, 2 Gel pedicures and 1 hot stone manicure and pedicure for a total of $250.00. The manicure and pedicure with hot stone was liked. The other SNS and gel was ok. When i told them and showed them all the flaws on my SNS and it is every nail, they had me show 5 different people and then they said will redo for 50% off. That's BAD BUSINESS Is this what we need up here? My daughters SNS nails were ok, but drew blood 2 times. Beware , we need to keep good businesses going and let the poor ones go!!! read more
