I have taken a long break from manicures, but I have always kept up with my pedicures at least once every 4-6 weeks and lately I have noticed a lot of nail salons do not take their time and truly give you a good pedicure. Well, I recently was out and about and decided to just stop in here because it's right around the corner from my house and I don't know why I haven't been going here all along! I'm not kidding when I say I got the best pedicure I've had in YEARS. The salon is really bright, clean, and spacious, and I loved that they sat all the customers nice and spread out so you didn't feel like you were right on top of someone else and trying to find a place for your belongings next to the massage chairs. I haven't walked out of a nail salon this happy in a while. Thank you Universal, and thank you Annie for the most amazing pedicure. I will surely be back soon! read more

I had a great experience here! I did not catch the lady's name that did my nails but she was an absolute perfectionist. To start off, I was going to go with the classic pedi but she encouraged me to get the next one up with a sugar scrub. Ouuu did this feel so good. Worth the money. And even with my nails.. she made sure everything was cleaned up nice and the nail polish was applied perfectly. Another person did my daughter's nails and it was good. She liked it. Extremely long wait times. New to area so this is the first nail salon I went to and I regret it. I had called before hand to make sure I was going to be seen without having to wait. The lady told me if I could get there in 20 mins. So I arrived 20 mins later at 2:30pm and the guy told me to follow him for my pedicure that someone would be with me in just a few minutes. It was not busy and they took other people before me. So while my feet are soaking, almost 25 minutes went by and yet no one came to check on me nor did they ever start on my pedicure. So I dried my feet and left. Never have I ever had to wait this long at a salon especially after they told me to come in at a certain time. Would not recommend.. read more

ZERO recommendations of this nail salon. It's been a week and 3 days (10days) since I did my nails with SNS, the color was peeling, the person who did my nails hurt all my fingers with the nail drill Today I returned to please ask to have my nails be redone and show the previous damages done to my cuticle . the owner charged me 50% justifying that 10 days had passed! That is no even 2 weeks. Also she staid that if I would change the nails color they would charge me 10 dollars extra. For sure they don't care about costumer care, it's about money. THE WORST NAIL SALON IN CUMMING. Now, I can understand why a nice place it's ALWAYS entry!! This is one of my nails after they fixed it!!! My service provider tried to remove my SNS by prying each one off I even questioned her and told her that it was hurting. On the 4th nail she ripped my nail off and drew blood. My nail tech didn't speak to me at all. She also used the nail drill on my skin until a blood blister formed. She then cut my cuticles way too close so I was bleeding visibly and she didn't even address it. Then she proceeded to charge me $55 for sns with no tip(just my natural nails) while my friend I went with got a whole acrylic set for the same.
