The nail (and hair) salon is in Florida mall, just outside of Sears. I've been coming here for years now, and have gotten to know the friendly staff pretty well. I usually come durring the week or weekend, just after they open, when there are fewer people. The only service I recieve are pedicures, and I am very happy with the quality they provide. Every time I try a new place, I keep running back to Signature Nails. I typically get their basic package for $25 that offers a foot massage, exfoliation and hot towel, in addition to the nail service. Sometimes I upgrade to the deluxe package for $35 and get the hot wax with a complimentary (not really, you clearly pay for it in the upgrade) wine or champagne (and beer). Though I have never had my hair done here, I have watched a lot of people, all races, ages, and sexes get cuts and styling. I have never seen a bad cut or unhappy customer. Their prices are super inexpensive too. I have been tempted to try them out, but I can't bring myself to cheat on my beautician. read more

I first came here to have my nails done for my wedding. I brought my sister, cousin, mom and two aunts. They treated us like we were royalty. My aunts and cousin had never had a manicure and they were literally in heaven. Yes this is crazy but I had never had a pedicure in fear of it being so ticklish! It wasn't that bad and so relaxing. I got the deluxe pedicure so it came with champagne. Ever since my wedding a year and half ago I have been coming back for my pedicures. I have even gotten my husband into them. They are all so nice and polite to us. They remember us and always ask how we are doing. They do an awesome job, lots of massage and scrub time with the pedicure. The instruments come out of a new bag. They also always give us a coupon for the next time. I have never had an issues here and we will continue to come back time and time again. read more

I have done my nails with Calvin without any problems so I went this pass Saturday and Gino did my nails and he cut my cuticles that I bleed. I watched him and he not once got up to disinfect the tool that tells me alot that they don't sanitized any of there nail tools. My cuticle got Infected and swollen with pain, I don't recommend this place. read more

Terrible customer service. When I arrived at the facility I told the man at the front I wanted a manicure with the SNS "dip" polish. He proceeded to give me samples of the colors that were available. After choosing a light gray color, a woman came back and began to remove the polish color I had on my nails. Once she began putting on the color, I could tell that it looked much darker than the color I had chosen. I asked the woman if that was the correct color and to please check the color wheel I had given her. She insisted multiple times that it was. I stopped her and asked her to please give me the color wheel to compare it to the color that she was dipping my nails in. As it turns out, she had given me the wrong color, which was a dark, chocolately brown. She admitted it was her mistake because she had given me the gel color wheel instead of the SNS color wheel and had tried to match the color without asking me. An hour and a half into this process, she came back to remove the SNS and put another color on. Worst experience ever. For the second time that night, she had my hands submerged in pure acetone, I kept telling her it burned but she paid no mind to it. She had polish and superglue (from the tip I asked to be put on) all over my hands. Three different people ended up helping out with my nails. After the fact, my nails looked AWFUL. They weren't fully painted and I had glue and paint all over my hands. Around 10:17 at night, an hour and seventeen minutes after close, they finally finished my nails. The rude owner did not apologize and ended up charging me the full price. I asked for a discount, given that I had spent 3 hours in his facility and was inconvenienced by his mistake and he would not agree to give me more than 5 dollars off. Any other place with good customer service would have given the services for free given the circumstances. Tip: unless you want to end up with super glue all over your hands, and acetone dry skin, avoid this facility at all costs!! Horrible, horrible place. read more

I wish I could give less than 1 star. I was going every two weeks and most of my experiences were okay, with the exception of getting cut a few times. Until my last experience. I decided to take my acrylic nails off and I told them to soak them off and they kept insisting on filing them down, I was just concerned they would file too much, which is exactly what happened, the tool was burning me. And I wanted to shape them nicely and do gel polish since my nails were now so thin that it hurts to do anything and gel polish is thick. Nope, they cut my nails all jagged and wanted to put clear coat on them and charge me $10 for absolutely ruinning my nails and send me out I left in tears, all I wanted was to take off my acrylic nails and do a gel manicure because I knew my nails would be weak but never did I imagine they would file my natural nail down to nothing and then disregard me wanting to get a gel mani. As I left I was saying that I guess I'll just go somewhere else to fix them and the owner said "okay next time you need something come back here" mind you he was sitting next to my nail tech throughout the whole process, saw me wincing in pain and crying and everything Needless to say, I'm never going back. Came in here for a gel pedicure, the guy at the front the store said it would be $37. Sat down in the seat, everything was fine, chose a colour and all was smooth. He asked what kind of pedicure I wanted and gave me a sheet. I said "the deluxe" thinking this was just the regular pedicure the person who greeted spoke about. He started the pedicure and asked if I wanted regular polish or gel, I said gel and he said it would be $50, when I questioned and said that I had been told it would be $37 he told me I was wrong and chose the wrong pedicure even though the person at the front of the store had already told him what kind of pedicure I wanted. I really couldn't be bothered to argue so just sat back and tried to enjoy, however the tools he was using we're not coming out of bags or disinfectant pots which made me very nervous. When it was finished my heels were rougher than when I came in, lots of dry skin and rough patches and the skin on the bottom of my feet hadn't even been touched. The polish job was messy at best, I have gel polish on the skin around my nails and even on the ends of some of my toes. When I complained, the owner/person who greeted me, blamed my feet saying that the skin was bruised and the technician couldn't carry on removing the dead skin and the polish was fine. I said I wasn't willing to pay the full price, the technician and the owner tried to make me stay but by that time I just wanted to leave and get on with my day. He offered me a $5 discount and walked away in a mood. The technician put through my bill and didn't give me the $5 I was promised. I just paid and left, I don't plan on coming here again so if anyone has a nail salon in the Florida Mall area that is decent, uses clean, disinfected tools, actually does the job to pay them for and doesn't get gel polish all over your skin.. please let me know. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. These people we're very impersonal, and just wanted to get on to the next person. John did my nails, he was kinda rude. He told me that my hands were fat, so I would look bad with square nails, and kept hounding me about my eyebrows (which I couldn't get waxed because I was sunburnt, and it would look silly). Then, like 4 of my nails were on crooked, and when I asked him to fix them, he made it seem like I did something wrong. By the time we were done, I just wanted to be out of there, and he proceeded to give me a discount coupon to come back for my eyebrows. About a week later, all of my nails had lifted, and I had to take them off. What a waste of $35. read more

Horrible. I went to get an ombré and showed the stylist an exact image. She told me had been a stylist for 15 years. So I trusted she would do a good job. That was my mistake. She literally dyed the whole bottom of my hair from the scalp a platinum blonde and then took the base of my hair and dyed it brown/black. If I do a ponytail on my hair all you can see is a huge chunk of blonde. When I told her that does not look like an ombre, she just started telling me that this is what an ombré is and that it's what I wanted. She offered to dye the blonde chunks to brown but at that point I did not want her one inch close to my hair. I paid told the employee charging that I did not like the hair I have or what she did and left. Maybe I should have asked for a refund but to be honest, I was just anxious to leave and go elsewhere to get it fixed. I will never recommend this place nor the stylist. read more

The hairstylist is so unprofessional ! She was nice at the beginning but yesterday i was charging my phone "i always ask for permission" while she was blow drying my hair and she hit it with comb then my phone fell and the screen broke. I didn't say anything about it although i was mad. Then i told her that my hair doesn't look as good as always she was like dont come here anymore i don't wanna work with u. I was like u break my phone and ur being rude too! She told me to get out of the store and that shes not charging me for the blow dry so i took my stuff and got out. That was UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE! Rude staff, terrible nails, and the best part it took them 4 hours to do a pedicure and an acrylic fill. Will not be going back after this. Pedicure was average had the lady's do it in the past they do a better job this time round a guy did it took his time was slow and it wasn't good. Burnt my feet with wax far too hot. Nail polish not great at all. Then got a fill in and well it took nearly 3 hours!!! I asked for ombré he said he could do it. Painted a base pink shade then said for me to wait while he did someone else's nails. Then airbrushed. Then wait again. At which point they stated cracking so I showed him he said he would fix it after doing in a minute. Well he proceeded to do someone else's nails before fixing it. Another hour rolled by and then I was so fed up I just wanted to leave but my nails were a mess. So I asked for the quickest thing soon as I'd been there so long he said gel charge extra $10 for it even though he messed it up. He was rude when I complained about waiting and ride when he did my nails. He then had the nerve to charge full price and expect a tip!! AWFUL SERVICE!!!! Do not go here!!!!! I WAS a long time customer (2 yrs) until recently. It's like the McDonald's of nail salons! I work hard and my mani/pedi is the one treat I give myself for working 60 hrs a week and going to school. Today, I sat in a numbered booth for 20 mins, no one talked to me and I could see other people that walked in being helped because where I usually spend 60 on a mami pedi, today I only needed a fill. I walked out, made it almost to Sears and decided that I didn't have time to go anywhere else. I walked back in and one of the gentlemen that work there, noticed my frustration. He pointed me to a seat where a spoliled child was spinning in a chair next to a woman. He asked the "woman" to ask her daughter to get up because he had a customer. The girl spun around, rolled her eyes at me and him and tben tbe mother did the same. I stood there for a min longer with nothing. It was like they expected me to appologize for making the little girl move. The employee did nothing knowing that I am a customer that had been coming there for a very long time. So disappointed. The guys are the only ones that know how yo do nails!!# the women will treat you right as long as there are not other customers waiting. If there are, they are looking for the next $. My shellac manicure lasted 4 days because of this. Soooooooo not going back!!!! Do not go here!!!! NOT WORTH THE FRUSTRATION OR MONEY!!! DO NOT GET DRAWN IN BY THE COUPONS!!! My experience was so bad that I had to download this app just to warn everyone and get this experience out of my head. I was in Orlando vacationing went to signature nail because I didn't have time to have my nails done before I left home. First the lady who did my feet did a horrible job they don't look neat at all I could have done a better job with my eyes closed. But the worst of all was the "gel nails " they started to peel right after I left and they do not look like they were done by a professional the guy that did my nails had to re-polish some of the nails a few times. I wish I would've had time to go back to let them know in person how horrible my experience was and to get my money back I tried calling them but they don't answer. While I was there they kept asking me if I lived there which made me feel like, they were making sure I couldn't come back because they knew they did not know what the heck they were doing. There were around 8 of us visited the night before my sisters wedding. The "special" we all chose should have had a glass of prosseco but we weren't even offered this and it turns out they don't yet have a licence. Then they didn't have the colour the mother of the groom wanted, my nieces acrylic wasn't straight and was sharp at the edges. Finally they smeared some gel onto the mother of the grooms hand which she didn't notice and now she has a blouse that has been ruined. Apparently it was her fault as, if she'd spilt ketchup in MacDonald's they couldn't be held responsible so how was this different!!!! Obviously if she'd seen this glaring mistake she wouldn't have put her hand near her top but they weren't interested, verging on rude. It was expensive and definitely not the best so go elsewhere. It was also quite a manic atmosphere so not at all relaxing for a night before a wedding. read more
