Absolutely terrible!!!! The place was cute but not the price! 120 dollars for gel polish on may nails and acrylic full set is ridiculous especially cause it was soooooo simple. I normally don't go here but I'm transitioning from North Carolina to cape. My nails should not be chipping after two days and then ripping off after 4 days. I don't even do dishes so my nails should be this ugly already! And the guy said he was doing nails for 30 years and I can't tell you how much of lie that is!!!! Omg his nail brush was falling apart and over did it on the acrylic. Imma just say you'd be better off in the ghetto where ya money actually gonna be worth it. So upset! read more

After 3 days with my new nails that costed me $60.00 I saw few white empty spaces where the water will can get in easily and easy way to get mold, This is not the first time that happened to me in this location and it won't happened again because im not going any more. I went to the store to show them how bad was my nails after just few days and the guy in front he wasn't happy with my complaint and told me that I only had 2 nails to fix and that is it , I was trying to explain him and showed him that was more nails not only two to be fix and he didn't listen and told me to seat and wait and I left because I didn't want them to fix my nails after that horrible experience and even worse he never apologize or say sorry. Waste of $65. First I called and asked how much for a full set of very short French tips and they said $55. I get there and they get started on my nails. I asked "it's $55 right?" Just to confirm and he said $60. So they tried to hike the price up after I was there. Then I had to constantly keep telling him they're too thick. They literally look like duck nails. Horrible nails and pedi. The teach didn't do the massage on the pedi paint job is sloppy. Then he did my nails so thin that they are all breaking in two days. Went in to have them fixed and they wouldn't. Said a manager had to be there They took my number and I'm on day two with no contact. Also argued with about not having shellac on top of my dip because it peels off and he put art glitter on my nail instead of dipping with proper glitter. My nails are rough and bumpy. read more

I've never walked out of a pedicure feeling ripped off before. They hardly did a thing. I'm feeling very frustrated because I do this once a month and it's my time to treat myself, and I expect to relax and not be shoved into a chair and out the door at warp speed, no attention to detail was paid. Went in for first time in a year to have pink and white full set, gel pedicure and whole face wax (eyebrows included). Full set and pedicure were awesome. Waxing not so good. Eyebrows still looked a mess and spots were missed on face wax. Had I had more time I would have said something but I did not have time to get them to fix issues. I will recommend SN for manicures and pedicures but for waxing, I suggest you go somewhere else. read more

When I arrived there was someone seated and waiting for me. I showed her a picture of what I wanted to get done and she was ecstatic about the design. I went on three different occasions. It's a hit and miss place depending on who you get. One lady in her early 50s very pleasant looking and qui did a wonderful job. Another very thin woman also in her 50s kept shaking her head the whole time as a disapproval of my rough heels and she told me I would need an expense type of pedicure. Good job but unpleasant attitude. The young guy spent total 25 minutes on both manicure and pedicure. My cuticles came back after 3 days, and my French pedicure chipped off after 4 days (never happened before). I do not recommend this place. Booking an appointment means nothin g literally! My daughter and I went in there and I got a pedicure and she got her nails and a pedicure. She's 5. And I told the guy I didn't want her having gel nails. Just regular paint. He put gel nails on her and then I got charged $160 for my toes and a 5 year old nails painted. Insane. And to act like you can't understand what I'm saying it bullshit. read more

ZERO STAR RATING - Absolutely horrible. I've been here a number of times since I moved to Cape Coral and never had an issue until today. I had a gel manicure two days ago which lifted and peeled in ONE day. The only time I've had this occur is when the nail tech used a regular base coat instead of a gel base coat. I went in this morning to get new gel applied and was told I would need to make an appointment for the next day. There were three techs there supposedly waiting on appointments, but the girl who had done my manicure was off for the day. . Is this place under new management? I hate expending the energy to write a bad review, but here it is ... buyer beware. read more

I've been here a few times and had no complaints but the lady I got this visit to do my nails disappointed me on a different level. I wanted a simple regular polish on my toes. Well she did that but the paint is extremely bumpy and they weren't even painted all the way!!! There is paint on my skin as well. I could have had my baby sister do it. On top of that I got a gel mani. There are black bristles stuck under the paint! And my nails aren't even painted all the way and there is paint stuck to my skin. I went here after a bad experience 5 days earlier at another salon and had several broken and cracked nails. My was wonderful! Very understanding of what I wanted and did a great job on my nails. They're very short now because of previous place but I didn't want to do tips. In 2 weeks they should be grown out and back to where I want them. Excited to go back here. Space is very clean and chairs not super close together. My husband and I will be going next week for a pedicure. Price for SNS was $35!! Pedicures start at $20 , looking forward to it . I have been going here for 2 years and this last service was not good at all My top coat had to be repaired 3 times 3 nails also broken. That was taken care of by a discounted redo. But my daughter went before homecoming and her nails were nowhere near the shape she wanted. She was charged $15 for gel polish and $5 for the shape on top of the new set fee. I requested a partial refund and a reshaping. She went the next day, no one even spoke to her, apologized or gave her any money back. She was very upset about this ordeal as am I. I understand things happen but there is no excuse for poor customer service and with that we will not be backed into this location! read more

Worst pedicure ever! This guy cut my nails so low, didn't paint the whole nail, gouged a chunk of cuticle so it is still bleeding three days later. Proceed with caution! Three of us came here for mani/pedis on a Sunday - what a mistake! We should have known by the overpowering smell of chemicals as soon as you walked in. Person 2 in my party had a regular mani/pedi. The woman conducting the mani/pedi only used ONE coat of nail polish AND the polish was all scratchy looking. When Person 2 complained, the woman attempted to put on a layer of clear polish. We escalated the situation to the manager and he had someone else correct the situation- he did put on another coat of polish so it helped. Person 3 had a gel mani and pedi. The man doing it did a great job, however, after only FOUR DAYS, the gel started to peel off. I had a gel manicure and regular pedicure and really had no issues other than waiting for a person (with my feet soaking) for a good 30 minutes. I upgraded for the Regular Pedicure (not the Express) which said it included Callous Removal with an up charge of $5- save your money- it's not what you think- they don't remove layers of dry skin like in other salons. I've been to way better salons on Cape Coral and won't come here again- and I think I won't get my nails done on a Sunday until I can find a better place. read more

Just left and will never go back. Paid $32 for a spa salon pedicure that was awful. The woman doing my pedicure paid more attention to the people on either side of me and what was happening there then she did to the feet in front of her, mine. Never asked if I wanted the sugar scrub or the paraffin wax and just assumed I wanted the sugar scrub where she just about scrubbed my skin off, but never did hit the calluses underneath my feet, never put lotion on my feet told me she would do it after she polished my toes. How is that possible? Not to mention sneezed on my feet several times. Absolutely disgusting, horrible experience. Don't waste your time or your money. read more

Very unhappy with this salon, had dip done 2 1/2 weeks ago, have been back twice, top coat keeps failing, was in Monday it's now Thursday and they are already failing, the girl Monday removed topcoat and applied a new coat, but would only put one coat back on. Been having dip powder done for 2 yrs have never had this problem! $35 dollars wasted, as I am going to have to go somewhere else. They won't do a new dip. Good place to stay away from.
