Do not waste your time going here. Especially if you want a pedi for two. They take you only one at a time. If I wanted a pedi by myself I would have come alone. Expected to be done together sitting next to each other to have someone to talk with while getting pedi. First of all- I don't have a husband. Second - we would not have been completed at same time- the other person was done within 15 mins after I walked out. There is no way to do a decent pedicure in 15 mins. Lastly- I was willing to give you another chance so I could update my review and say with appointment this is what service is- but you don't want- and was not interested in making an appt cuz I left you bad review. Wonderful and relaxing experience, I got my reflexology pedicure with coconut lime. I had my feet done my nails cut re-shaped cuticles removed, and I also had paraffin wax which was amazing. They gave me a massage with hot stones and a deep tissue massage with oils and an exfoliating cream. That was amazing and smelled wonderful. I would definitely recommend it and go again for my next pedicure. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience and peace of mind I felt the love all the way, this is how we should always be treated. This salon is open on a Sunday and only takes walk ins that day. I came in about 10:55 when they open at 11am and was able to walk-in for my mani-pedi no waiting. The massage chairs a real nice and strong, loved those. I had an upgraded pedicure that was fabulous, took about an hour. Included the nail and cuticle treatments, callus removal, a scrub, oil, hot stone, paraffin wax, hot towel, and a decent leg massage. My manicure was pretty standard for a regular mani. I chose red and needed the nails to NOT chip for five hours before my special event. (Low expectations in my mind, but have had professional manicures chip in less time!). I have been to this place twice. First time some guy from the back did my nails. He sucked! He didn't know how to paint. Then I said I will give it another try because 1 it's close to my house 2 I just will make sure I have a girl. So I got a lady. She barely rubbed me. Some lady next to me was there long before me and I still finished faster then her. She painted my nails bad. Never again will I go here. I learned my lesson! read more

The owner Vivian runs a very clean, well trained nail spa. All her techs do a great job and make sure you are thoroughly happy with your services before leaving. I do the dip manicure and the green tea pedicure and I am very happy with how my nails and feet look and feel. I have tried numerous places in Cape Coral and VIP nails is hands down my favorite. Worst experience at a nail salon ever. I really was hoping for a nice manicure after my hands took a beating from all the cleanup after hurricane Ian. I stopped in and asked if I could get a manicure without an appointment. It was 11:30 on a Sunday. The woman said abruptly "sign in with what you want". OK I did and there were only 2 people waiting. So I sat there while others were walking in and being taken, I was dumbfounded but sat there. After the others walked in and were called back and over an hour has passed I was getting angry and asked what was the deal. She again rudely said. " oh we don't take appointments on Friday but if you get here at 10:45 you can sign in and come back. So at 1:00 PM. I am dead serious. They told me to was my hands and air at the end table. I did. And the girl that came offered me water. The only plus. Then I wait another 10-15 minutes. She comes does my nails in 10 minutes and they looked like hell. Even asked if I wanted lotion. Won't recommend, would not go back. They look like they were done a week ago and some are darker than the others. So very disappointed. read more

VIP nails is true to it's name. You feel like a vip from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. Vivian is amazing at her skill and I will never go to another nail salon as long as Vivian and her crew are still around. The shellac manicure actually last the entire 2 weeks if not longer. Every other place I've been to, both in fort Myers and Cape Coral, leaves me needing a new mani after only a few days. Not here and not with Vivian. Everyone there takes their time with you and they make you feel like you're the only one there. The attention is focused and you can tell everyone takes pride in their work. This is hands-down (pun intended) the best nail salon I have found in the Ft Myers area. First time here I had a gel manicure and this week I got a gel pedicure spa treatment. First class all the way. They bring out your treatment supplies on a tray with a flower! But the most important feature was the quality of the pedi. My feet look and feel fantastic. And the pedi room is in the back of the salon with calming music playing in the background which is so relaxing. Give this place a try. read more

SERIOUSLY CLEAN EVERYWHERE I LOOKED! Music is relaxing nondescript instrumental music. Have to sign in, but nothing saying to do so. Unless regular, wouldn't know to do that. But if it helps keep them organized with clients, I can't feel too bad about that. One guy apparently does only pedicures, but the one I saw him do looked like the lady was in HEAVEN with very nice results. He spent the rest of the time cleaning the entire pedicure area from top to bottom and sanitizing tools for every station. One lady looked bored to be at work and not enthused about having a client but turned out to be nice and i saw the final result. STUNNING, that woman can look any way she wants with results like those! The gentleman that did my nails was VERY meticulous, his technique was almost hypnotic. I opted for a full set of pink and white acrylic, which was a first for me. (I'm use to simple white tips with just pink acrylic) He used what I'm calling a manicurist's throwing star to shape/cut the pink acrylic to a smooth edge before adding the white. I was tempted to try out one of the design tips options but with short nails, I figured that'd be pointless this time. They had SO MANY PRETTY CHOICES. Lots of glitter choices to i guess add to the acrylic as well if sparkle is your style. For every employee I saw, they each seemed to have the mentality of: No client, means cleaning and sanitizing their tools, their station, and cleaning anywhere else they see even a little dust. The owner did my nails the quickest BEST nail job I've ever had ! Super natural gel Builder , super thin and perfectly shaped , I think she finished my fill and corrected the last persons mistakes in less then 45 mins! Not saying that will always be the case but holy cow ! That's what I'm talking about ! She spoke perfect English and actually was pretty funny. The whole staff speaks English . I like that. If I'm ever here I will def make the drive to get my services done here. Only critique is that the would have more options of gel polis to pick from. I'm very happy with this salon. It's very clean and appears to be well ventilated. They do require you to wear a mask which typically I'm not a fan of, but I wear a mask for my nails anyway because I have an allergy to the powders. I recently went there for the first time because I was having a bad experience with the salon that I was going to. Lucy was amazing, she is meticulous and did a beautiful job on my dip nails. We walked in on a random Sunday morning without reservations to get his and hers pedicures. (Is a pedicure on a man a manicure? No. They get confused if you suggest this). Anyway, They were not sufficiently staffed for the volume we brought and there was a short wait before they got to us. My friend got lucky and got a guy with some personality. I just got a regular pedicurist who did a thorough, professional job but made little or no conversation. Frankly I am not accustomed having moving conversations with my pedicurists, especially at Asian nail salons but I was jealous of my friend who essentially got the nail salon version of hibachi. My sister and I have been looking for a great nail salon in CC and we were ecstatic to find VIP Nails & Spa. We did not make appointments but walked in on a Wednesday afternoon. They were constantly busy during our entire visit, but always courteous and friendly. We were offered beverages while we waited and given an accurate estimate of our wait time. Many chose to make an appointment for later in the week rather than wait. There were plenty of polish colors to pick from for our pedicures and great shellac colors for our manicures as well. Vivian did our shellac manicures. We were both amazed by her. She never once missed a beat. It was the fastest manicure I've ever had, but it was NOT rushed or sloppy. I was very impressed. Their UV lights are built right into the manicure table which was a cool added feature. Our eyebrow waxes were again very efficient but we both immediately commented that it's the best our eyebrows have looked. The spa pedicure was very relaxing. The foot baths were very clean and the massage chairs very relaxing. Our feet were scrubbed, lotioned, salt scrubbed and wrapped in warm towels. My toes look great and my feet are much softer. Upon checkout, we noticed these adorable little ribbon animals hanging on the wall. They are little trinkets Vivian makes with all proceeds going to a charity. We bought two little fish and they look adorable hanging from my rear view mirror. This was a great day for my sister and I together and one of the most satisfying and impressive salon experiences I have had. Many patrons had commented while we were there that Vivian was worth the wait, and I could not agree more. I would recommend making an appointment instead of walking in to avoid waiting. My mom and I came here together and had 2 different experiences. My mom's manicure and pedicure were done carefully and came out uniform and neat (although the manicurist cut her while cutting her cuticles). My pedicure and manicure were not so great. Nails cut differently, not evenly shaped, and polish on very thick but not across the whole nail. Would be fine if I had done them at home, but hoped for more from a nail salon. The gentleman who did my nails wasn't talkative at all and I probably should've said something at the time but didn't. That's on me, but thought I'd let future customers know. read more
