I tried big companies like staples fedex etc but they were not accommodating at all, didn't want to assist with submitting my order or even advise on which paper would suit my project best. China not only rushed my order so that I can meet my deadline but she personally handled it herself to ensure it met and exceeded my expectations! I'm not familiar with design software and got very frustrated trying to figure it out in order to submit for printing with signature print services. She was very patient with me and eventually offered to assist me with this process as she understood how important it is to me. I did not expect that at all and assumed it would come with a steep fee but I was desperate and gratefully left it to her expertise. SHE DID IT AT NO EXTRA COST!!! Yelp led me to this place and while in the end we were still unable to find a solution I did experience a high level of determination that I often don't see. From reading the reviews I was dealing with the owner by the name of Peter who was very helpful from start to finish. He also has an awesome dog with him, that makes a frustrating experience a bit more relaxing. (everybody loves dogs right?) As I said earlier, you don't often experience someone of this caliber when trying to find a solution to the types of problems I was having. I have ordered business cards from other vendors and the quality just isn't as good as Signature Print. My only complaint is the time it takes. Like 2 weeks for the cards to be made. and shipped. Very condescending and rude as others have stated. I initially sent an email and didn't include a contact phone number - he was totally rude about it, but I decided to let it go. Later on while on the phone (I called because he said it was easier to explain on the phone) and talking about my project I asked a question about his 'print shop'. He immediately cut me off and patronizingly told me 'it's not a print shop, it's a service!' Ok, apparently he's very particular about semantics. I was panicking because I thought we wouldn't get our programs for our event printed in time, but these guys saved my life! I highly highly recommend Signature Print services. Several months ago, our company hosted an event and I ordered custom bags from an online vendor. The bags arrived several days prior to the event and were HORRIBLE. The logo was printed off-centered by over an 1" and noticeably crooked and the quality of the bags was just not acceptable. My company used Signature Print Services for the first time about a month ago. When I began working with my company two years ago, they were using the same printing place that had been with them since 2001. However, my experiences in dealing with that company were inconsistent and not very favorable. So when the two owners decided to split up the company and found two new entities, I decided that when printing the two sets of new company stationery, I would look for another vendor. Signature Print Services is amazing. My project: making a Clue-style board game for a Christmas present, which was just a few days away. That meant I needed a semi-heavy weight, front and back, cards to be printed (full color), the 16x20'' game board (I may be off on those measurements, but it was something like that-- a good size), about 60 check lists, the board game box cover and sides, and I'm probably leaving other items out that they printed. It was a lot, and not a lot of time to get it done. I figured that this would be an expensive, rushed project... but I was amazed at how great SPS was. I knew the photo resolution in pixels and the file size but wasn't sure what size poster I could get with that, what finish I should go with, or if it could even get done in my short window of time. Called in for a general pricing quote so I can get an idea of pricing. Told me to go to Kinko's. I do appreciate when a vendor gives a good suggestion. So i ask what is the minimum. He told me 250 copies for flyers and I said it is fine. May I know the price, he then turned around and said I really think you should go to kinko's if you are just getting 50 or 100 copies. Obviously if I am printing flyers and I am asking for the quantity, 50 to 100 to 250 is comparable. I will take my business else where. Appreciate the possible cost savings, but if a customer is just asking for a price quote range, there is a better way to handle it instead of trying to make your customer feel dumb for calling in the first place.
