I usually get things printed at Fedex but it was a better deal here, quicker turn around time and it was open later. I would give this a -5 stars because I called in to ask for the company email address to email a flyer to be printed before my meeting. The owner picked up the first call but I didn't hear anything, I called back a 2nd time thinking there is something wrong with my phone, and I called a 3rd time thinking there is something wrong with their phone line. When I got to the business and pulled my phone to email the PDF to be printed, I see this text from the business: "Stop F... calling." Wow!!! I rarely write reviews because I receive excellent customer services most of the time, unless I get voucher for writing reviews or I am extremely upset with the service. This time it's the latter. The owner gets more rude every time I come to his shop to print documents. First time I came, he was still nice. Second time I came, he was slightly rude. The third time, he was extremely rude, like he wanted to beat me up or something (if he actually did or wants to do that, I am going to call my brother, my two uncles, and the police to lock him up). He said to pay in cash and he put up a sign to ask customers not to come near his desktop while he has your usb drive in his possession (previously he did not put up that sign and he did not tell you to pay with cash). So I told him nicely that I will print more than 20 pages and I only had credit card with me (to which he accepted but he was irritated) and asked him to please don't look at my documents because some of them have confidential information (like bank account number, payroll ssn, etc). Then, after he's done printing, he started looking at my document and went through them. I wasn't sure what he did so I asked him if I could take a look at my documents. And then he stared at me for a good 10 seconds, eyes wide open like he was about to kill me, face turned slightly red, and yelled at me: "I'm still counting!" I was in shocked. It was a dark night, I went to his shop alone after long and stressful day at the office, and this was how he treated me, started judging and looking down on me after printing my confidential documents a few times. I mean, if he has mental breakdown, easily gets mad at customers and discriminates them, he and people like him better close the shop and never do a customer service job ever again. They should go home. I have better luck at Staples than this rundown shop. In this day and age, pretend or appear to be vulnerable will only add fuel to the fire for certain someone, and this owner is one of those certain someone. If he actually does something harmful to his customers, I will step up my game and call my people and the police. He should either change his toxic/harmful treatment towards his customers or permanently close his business. read more

She said somebody else called with similar question and he is asked to come to the shop and if I'm related to him than I should stop calling and come to the shop and she laughed about it. I needed a quick print-out of a document while visiting the DMV; thought I could get it done here as it is located closer to the DMV. While the location was convenient, and the owner seemed friendly, I was shocked to find out that I was getting charged $5 for a regular B&W print. They started behaving rudely, the moment I tried to ask about it; just paid the amount anyways as the print-out was already made by then and I didn't want to be late to my appointment. T Is the man to go to for all your printing needs! I had a huge printing job for a lawsuit (2000+ pages) with a need for a quick turnaround. T came in on a HOLIDAY WEEKEND when everyone else was closed and worked with me to get everything printed out and completed. He helped me format documents that were printing weird etc. it was such a relief to have him help. To top it off, T's rates are INSANELY REASONABLE compared to other printers. I'm pretty sure the number for this business is a cell phone number. I called this company to set up an appointment on a Sunday. I was happy that he called me back (from a blocked number) because the document I needed printed had to be done by Tuesday morning. I met up with the guy who called back, gave him my file, and explained what I needed to be done. He told me that he would have it that night or the next day. I didn't hear from him that night or the next day so I called him around 4pm. He told me that he would have it done sometime in the next hour. An hour passed and I didn't hear from him, 2 hours and still nothing, so I called him again... no answer. I waited and called again in another hour... no answer. Half an hour later I called twice. This time, on the second call, the phone was answered and was immediately hung up. About 2 hours later I got a called from a blocked number and I assumed it was him, but when I picked up there was only background noise for a few seconds and no reply. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRINT SHOP. The guy I dealt with was quick to say he understood what I needed, didn't ask any questions, and blew me off. I ended up having to go to a 24 hour print shop on Monday night (with the project due the next morning) and pay a lot more for what I could have gotten for a reasonable price at another print shop. read more

They have the worst customer service! If you ask them questions or discuss your printing plans, they get irritable and snap at you. Or they keep in promising the sign would be ready on a certain date, but I have called and came there at least 7x and it is still NOT done. They just make false promises and string me along. They are very unprofessional and treat their customers poorly. Nightmare to deal with them. read more
