The store was recently remodeled and everything was neat and tidy. The cashier was pleasant and the line moved at a reasonable pace. My wife also buys both their Sorel and Prana brands. Atmosphere - Good size location. Well only 50% stocked now. Plenty of mall parking. Service - Great, but feeling sad for their employees. He brought each of us 3 pairs of shoes to try on to see how they felt. While we were trying on each pair, he explained each of the shoes to us. While he was helping us, the store got busy and he was also helping other customers. Yet, he did it so effortlessly, everyone was well cared for.
