Both times we were in here the gals working were super helpful and friendly even giving my daughter advice on dorm life and which items to get for her keys, etc. Prices are on par with any college campus store and nothing felt more expensive than expected. They do have some clearance racks which were great! It says a lot that we came back (walked from our air bnb) twice in one day. This store has a good selection, though pricy. Selection of sizes is fair, the choicest items in correct sizes were out of stock. Customer service is very poor, seemingly resentful, bordering on hostile, and not of a singular source. When I asked for help finding an item, all I received was stink eye and a Babe Ruth point. Upon checking out I asked to borrow a pair of scissors to remove some price tags from my order and was completely ignored. No one asked if I was a student to receive any discount. Are there veteran discounts? Who knows? Look at my reviews, most are fantastic and positive, so when I feel compelled to rate a business with two stars there must be a crack in the armor somewhere. So own it, look it in eye and fix it, or shake your head in disgust and blame the consumer. I'm guessing this place will choose the later option. read more

The store had a good selection of items, but the customer service was non-existent. They were super unfriendly, never once greeted folks coming into the store, did not ask if we needed any assistance and it was clear the staff member ringing us up would have rather been anywhere except work. I get that most folks don't want to be working on a Saturday, let alone a graduation weekend, but there is no need for the terrible attitude and service. read more

This location is still sparkling new - despite being over a year old I think now. You pull into the driveway and are immediately met with a Wolf Pack mural on the side of the building. You know you're home and ready to represent the Pack! Very cool spot for photos too - especially Alumni before they move (like yours truly). My wife and I were looking for some UNR gear before we move. The store has a wonderful women section which is quite nice for my wife. She found workout clothes at a great price and a nice hoodie for nostalgia purposes. I was impressed with the mens side also but definitely looking for more sweatshirts and sweaters. There are lots of tees but not a lot of hoodies and no sweaters. I wear sweaters almost daily and was hoping to find something that I could dress nicely in as well as rep for the Pack. I did however find quite a few pairs of UNR socks which was an unexpected find as I have a sock collection! I picked up a pair but wanted more. They were a bit pricey so I could only justify one pair. I may come by and grab another pair before too long though. Also, the accessories were awesome. Perfect for game day. License plate frames. Face paint. Nail stickers. Car stickers. Beanies. Hats. You name it, they had it on the wall! Also the customer service was a nice touch. Helpful but not pushy. There to give my wife a fitting room, check on her once but leave her to take her time choosing between outfits. They also called the other store for me in an attempt to find a $5 clearance tshirt in my size. Nicely done. Only downgrade is due to the more business oriented apparel options. Game day - yes. I came back to this location today because I had a Giftcard to spend. I had a much better experience. The employee acknowledged me as I walked in, asked if I needed help, and was answering a phone call. I happily left with a new Adidas Nevada jacket. There were a few other things I would have liked to buy but they were slim on sizes, but post Christmas what can you expect! This is a great location with tons of parking right next to campus. They have a decent selection but I feel like the majority of their apparel is targeting a younger demographic and there aren't a lot of Classic looking pieces. But they have cool Nevada leggings, beanies, shirts, you name it! read more

Five stars for reasonably priced, cute women's UNR clothing! The bookstore in the Joe has a decent selection of men's clothing but very little women's clothing that I find wearable. Across the street from Lawlor is this awesome new outfitter. There is women's, men's, and child-sized clothing and a small selection of mugs and hats and game day blankets and other memorabilia. The parking lot is ample and the store is shiny new. The single dressing room was a nice size. The cashier was friendly. Students and faculty get 15% off for showing their Wolf Card. I will definitely be back to check out what is on the clearance rack and to get some more Nevada gear! read more

Everything was nice and friendly until we check out and the cashier totally forgot to give the student discount the fact that we just talking about it to her less than a minute ago. Then when we ask if we can rang it up again her whole attitude change. She was pissed and very rude. I wont mention her name but hopefully she can read this. Just imagine, your trying to represent the school so act appropriately. Hope your managers can talk and fix your attitude on how to deal with your customers. We ask you kindly but your response and gestures shows your character. We should have just went to the school store and be treated better. read more

I wish I could give this place a worse review. The female manager at this place is extremely unhelpful and flat out rude. In my 42 years of life I have never talked to someone so small who felt like she had the ability to talk down to me like that. The store itself is beautiful, but the collection of items you will find in there is often overpriced and overdone. I received a Silver and Blue gift card over a year ago, but every time I'd pop into their store during a my trip to the mall I always left empty handed and frustrated with their styles. As a woman that loves to shop, this is crazy to me! I've literally had free money at my disposal and I can't manage to find anything I want to buy. What's even more crazy- I find myself making a sizeable purchase at the ASUN Wolf Shop on campus nearly every time I wander in. So what's the deal? At Silver and Blue, the women's section has a handful of different tank tops, shirts, sweaters, jackets, sweats, headbands, and hats to choose from. Selection is not the issue here; for me the issue is the low quality fabrics, ill-fitting and unfashionable styles, and unattractive lettering and logos. While they do carry a handful of products made by Nike and Under Armor, a majority of their gear looks and feels inexpensive to me, like it will quickly begin to pill and look worn. They have a table loaded with different t-shirts, but they're mostly all your basic, rough, cotton, unisex style shirt. Another problem I have with their apparel is their lack of color. With the exception of their winter headbands, they absolutely do not deviate from Nevada's traditional navy, silver, and white colors. This makes me so sad! Some of my most favorite Nevada pieces from the ASUN Wolf Shop are bold and bright. Silver and Blue, don't be afraid to use color, your customers will love it! My Nevada Young Alumni Beer Fest ticket had a 20% off coupon on the back for Silver and Blue that was about to expire, so I visited their location across from campus determined to finally use this stinkin' gift card! Yet again, I didn't find anything, but this charade had gone on long enough, so I grabbed a pair of $50 lounge pants that looked good to wear around the house. The young girl behind the counter was an absolute doll that was sweet, polite and professional the entire time despite all of the checkout issues. The coupon wouldn't scan; she spent a few minutes messing with it and finally added the discount manually. I handed her my gift card and she let out a sigh informing me that their gift card reader was down and she would have to do the transaction over the telephone so the Meadowood Mall store could run the card. This took roughly 7 minutes. Then she hung up the phone and informed me there was no receipt for this transaction, thus making it a final sale purchase. I was silent for a minute and she finally offered to hand write a note outlining the purchase I had made along with her name. I feel like a three star review is slightly generous, but I don't want to be a total brat because I do love the idea of their new, convenient location across from campus. The combination of the check out situation, and my distaste for their merchandise has me saying, sorry Silver and Blue, but I think we're breaking up. Sad face. read more
