It's so big I'm not sure I've ever even been through the whole thing. Upon entering on either side they have big fish tanks that our kids love looking at, and then of course they have the massive Ferris wheel. The cost is $1 per rider which is more than fair, but in my experience they will often just give you the tokens to ride for free. The store itself is a bit pricey. But there's a variety here that you won't get many other places. So you're almost certain to find something.

There's also clearly marked red tag clearance items in each department. On my recent visit on a Saturday morning, I found good name brands in clothing and shoes, such as Columbia, Eddie Bauer, Levi's, LL Bean, and Crocs. All at discounted-from-retail prices! The store was recently remodeled and everything was neat and tidy. The cashier was pleasant and the line moved at a reasonable pace. There weren't a lot of workers roaming the floors to ask questions, but then again, this isn't a typical department store, so don't expect Nordstrom service! My wife also buys both their Sorel and Prana brands. Atmosphere - Good size location. Well only 50% stocked now. Plenty of mall parking. Service - Great, but feeling sad for their employees. Price - Approximately $200 after all the discounts. My wife says she got a great deal. Happy wife = happy life. (No really it was the best after the initial shock that we wouldn't help him with boots etc. - Great school). Anyway husband needed a new pair of gloves so we stopped in the Patagonia store - and in the course of conversation with David it came out that he had some experience with the ski school and proceeded to allow us to pepper him with questions for a good 10-15 minutes and really put our minds at ease - but also encouraged us to keep our son going with the snowboarding practice. In the middle of all of the questions he also helped my husband with gloves, socks and a belt. Overall the experience was made by David and his friendliness and taking the time out for us!

After talking with us about our exercise habits and checking our gaits on their walking machines, he told us to sit tight while he got us some walking shoes that he thought might work for us. He brought each of us 3 pairs of shoes to try on to see how they felt. While we were trying on each pair, he explained each of the shoes to us. While he was helping us, the store got busy and he was also helping other customers. Yet, he did it so effortlessly, everyone was well cared for. He helped each us find walking shoes, inserts, and socks based on our specific needs. His customer service skills are awesome. He is friendly, knowledgeable, patient and he listens to his customers needs so he can help them find the right shoes. The store has an abundance of shoes and running gear at competitive prices and the staff is outstanding.
