Quartz stains easy, installers left fingerprints and they will not come out, tried everything the interweb states to use that's safe. Maybe a more expensive place has a better sealed or polished product. Should have kept the grainy as we never had issues. read more

I'm joining the one star reviews: Here's my story: I went in feeling fairly certain that I would buy cabinets here because I had them in my old house and had been happy with them. That is, until I had email communications for one day with Amber, the owner of the business. I sent my measurements and received a long listed invoice as a quote and couldn't really tell if the list included all the components I was looking for. Since we never had a conversation about what I wanted, I considered the quote a vague estimation and found it only vaguely useful or comparison purposes. So I asked for a picture of the design that was being quoted. I was then told that would cost $100 to see a picture. My response was to question why I needed to pay for an accurate quote to ensure I was looking at the right pricing. I was told I needed to pay for their design services and that all of their competitors charge for this. In fact, their price is reasonable in comparison. I was not convinced there was a good reason to pay any money at that point as I was still comparing prices and not ready to commit to a purchase. I told her I would proceed with the vague (vague because i wasn't sure if i was looking at the design that I had in mind) pricing that I had and would be in contact if I was still interested. Amber then insisted multiple times that I had been given an accurate quote, even though she admitted it didn't include one of the cabinets I was looking for. She said if I wanted to see additional design options, I would need to pay. To determine accuracy, she told me I could count the items on the list. That was a little shocking. Still, at that point, I hadn't given up on purchasing from them but I continued to receive emails telling me that the information was clearly provided and that she did not know how to make it more clear. I told her that "a picture paints 1000 words". She reiterated that she didn't know how she could make it more clear and insisted that I had an accurate quote. This conversation escalated throughout the day. I was responding very honestly, admittedly a bit sarcastically, but not rudely. I could have let it go early on with the possibility of coming back later but Amber kept coming back defending her stance. If Amber cared about her business and her customers, she would have de-escalated and dropped the argument early on but she continued to the point where I had to ask if she wanted my business. She then told me to take my business elsewhere!! Just Wow!! I certainly will take my business elsewhere. I know there is someone that will be happy to take my 10K plus dollars and also treat me with courtesy and respect! My conclusion, beware of the hostile business owner! read more

Was looking for a 48" bathroom vanity. Went to Home Depot and Lowe's and Friedman's but not too many floor samples that I could actually view. So QDC on Yelp snd decided to pop in. They were pretty busy but a girl came out of her office and asked if she can help me. She explained that they would actually build a vanity for me. She printed out a option that included vanity and top. She explained theirs are made from wood snd not composite. She was very knowledgeable. I felt based on the quality price was good. I wish I'd gotten her name. I'm holding off right now due to personal stuff going on but in the future I would definitely go back to this establishment. And definitely recommend based on customer service I received. read more

Not quality product or installation. Our cabinets came with touch up paint because of all the flaws! The installer made a mistake and came back to mickey mouse the job more. Had less than a year and screws are coming out and a draw doesn't work anymore. Installer isn't educated on trim or alignment. No warranty so we are stuck with what we got. The counters are okay but plywood is under our overhang for the bar...Hope my legs don't get splinters read more

I am writing this review because I need to express the lack of communication and professionalism with this company. Quality Discount Cabinets is anything but that. I just moved back to my home in Coffey park after it was rebuilt and inquired about installing some shelving in my closets and garage. The woman who came out initially was wonderfully helpful, thorough, and answered my questions without any issues. I excitedly concluded that this company fit my needs and called a few days later to reach the original estimator to go over the invoice and start dates for the installation. Come to find out, she had quit without notice, and the receptionist was unable to find my invoice, or recommend a replacement estimator. a few days later, I received a phone call from a new representative who took over my file. I decided not to go through with the closet shelving installation and ordered some new cabinet doors for my kitchen. ALthough she was thorough and attentive, the cabinet doors that were ordered we're the wrong size. In my effort to contact QDC and reach my estimator, come to find out she was no longer working for this company! in conclusion, I highly recommend anyone who is searching for shelving or new cabinets to hire anyone else but this establishment. The lack of communication and turnover was stress I didnt need to deal with while moving back into my new home. I suggest any individuals looking to hire a company for new cabinets to go with P&Y Kitchen Cabinets and Stones on Cleveland. They fit all my needs meticulously. read more

When the non-profit Point Arena Lighthouse was remodeling one of its six vacation cottages we needed a full kitchen to replace the 1960s era cabinets and counters. Amber Laurent of Quality Discount Cabinets went out of her way to help us plan the kitchen and get the right combination of drawers and cupboards, gave us a contractor discount on the kitchen cabinets and counter tops and threw in a stainless steel sink and cabinet hardware for free. She also made sure that the counter tops were done right. She and her husband made a special visit all they way from Ukiah on a weekend to adjust some doors and drawers that we couldn't get right. The quality of the cabinets is excellent, and they have stood up well to the wear and tear of lodging guests over the last 2+ years. They still look as good as when we installed them! I would absolutely recommend Quality Discount Cabinets for any kitchen remodel or new construction project you have. Their showroom is laid out well with virtually all of the different styles they offer and Amber is masterful at laying out the plans with her software. Their pricing is the best I found by far while shopping around and the personal service was great and much appreciated. They are aptly named! read more

Well, I just finished reading the other reviews and I feel bummed for the previous reviewers because I had a completely different experience working with Quality Discount Cabinets. They were totally cool to me. I did the standard price checking at Home Depot, Friedman's, Lowe's, and a few locally owned places in Sonoma County looking for new cabinets and counter tops. After I did extensive research at several places, I was ready to pull the trigger and buy. I would prefer to buy locally, but I had a restricted budget for a remodel and no one could beat Home Depot's prices. I mentioned this to my dad and he told me his property manager recommended that I look at QDC. I read the reviews on Yelp and was afraid I would be wasting my time by going in. But since this is such a big expense, I decided to go check them out. I was pleasantly surprised when I went in and all of their cabinet options were assembled for display so you could see what the cabinets looked like installed. If your visual, you might appreciate this like I did. Looking in Home Depot, their bottom-of-the-line cabinets were made of particle board (the structure, not the face/door panels), and QDC's bottom-of-the-line cabinets were made of plywood, which is what I wanted! Their Sales Rep Amber and I talked about the different cabinets options, wood material options, designs, which options were dovetailed, came with soft close, and the different types of slides. I believe all of their kitchen cabinet options came with the lazy susan corner cabinets, and all of the drawers were full-extension. Everything I wanted, but I couldn't really splurge on those upgrades when I was getting quotes at other places. I also appreciated that they had prefab granite counter top options that I could choose from. I went to a lot of raw slab granite places too, and for me, after calculating the cost of fabricating the granite that almost looked like the one QDC had, it was pretty much a no brainer. The contractors that came over to install the cabinets were on time and went to work straightaway. These guys were no muss, no fuss, fully focused. It's important to me to check-in often with a project like a full cabinet and counter top installation (remodels in general) so that there's no miscommunication about where the drawer banks are supposed to go or double check the granite is correct before it gets cut and installed. I was able to work from home and was there to watch them install the cabinets and counter tops. I could tell that they were very skilled at what they do and measured every cabinet several times to confirm that every cabinet and every door was level. Maybe I lucked out and got their good contractors, Mike & Casey, but I have no complaints about their work. The same can be said about Jack, the granite counter top installer who was friendly and hardworking. I admit the entire project wasn't flawless. We had a few snafus. We had a situation with the granite where Denise ordered a smaller piece and the larger was going to cost more. Amber told me they'd take care of it. I thought that was great customer service. One of the cabinet doors had two small natural divots, the refrigerator panel had this weird little thing I didn't like on it. I mean, probably wouldn't bother 90% of people, but John and Denise totally worked with me. And there was a few other things but things always come up when you're working on big projects like this. We just worked through it..I just practiced my husband's motto, "It's not what you say, it's how you say it." ..."Say what you mean, just don't say it mean." Whatever it was, it worked and I got everything taken care of. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the product and service and feel like I got a smoking deal on a full install of kitchen cabinets and counter tops with an adjoining peninsula. With the quote I had from Home Depot, I saved about $5k (I know!!) and I'm not sure if Home Depot's customer service would have merited the extra cost. btw 1) I still have amore for Home Depot.. 2) I never met anyone from QDC before the kitchen remodel. 3) I know QDC is super busy with orders based on all my interactions with them. I wish some of the other happy customers whipped up a Yelp review. read more

Patti and I hit the jackpot when our neighbor told us about purchasing cabinets and granite from Quality Discount Cabinets!!! Denise welcomed us into the showroom, took one look at what the Home Depot kitchen specialist had designed, and instantly gave us some GREAT suggestions all of which we ultimately used! What's more, we could not believe the prices QDC was able to offer us. Had we not seen our neighbor's kitchen, we might not have believed it possible. I think we saved at least 25-30% from Home Depot's estimate, which was already way below what Costco had offered. Our renovation went VERY smoothly thanks to the skilled cabinet and granite installers QDC have hired to do their installations. One last thing...we cannot say how important it was to us to have the personal connection with both Denise and her husband John. They are wonderful, caring people who worked very hard to make our renovation a very satisfying experience. We had a wonderfully positive experience with Quality Discount Cabinets - from the first day visiting the show room, working with Denise in style/color selection of cabinets and knobs, to finishing the install, we were impressed with their selection, professionalism, knowledge and experience. Not only did we get kitchen cabinets but also ordered 3 vanities for our 2 1/2 bath condo. I checked Lowe's and Home Depot for similar MB vanity and found them over $500 more...and that didn't include the counter top. Our cabinets came in sooner than the 2 weeks out quoted (other places we were told could be up to a month), suffered no damage and we were able to coordinate the granite install in a timely manner. Maybe we were the exception but from order to final install of counters, it was just less than 4 weeks. We found Denise, Amber and John responsive,friendly, flexible and understanding of our needs and appreciated a visit to our place and a suggestion to reconfigure the layout, which we did. Only experienced companies could understand and make knowledgeable recommendations such as this. We appreciated how quickly they returned calls. As for pricing, we found them more than competitive and willing "to work the deal". My wife and I went into ADC two weeks ago, and initially we didn't see anyone there. A young lady walked in from outside and asked if she could help us. I said we were just starting to look for cabinets for our kitchen remodel. Our concern was that she was not wearing a mask. I asked her is she wears a mask and she said no, but she could get one if we wanted. I said yes as my wife has been a cancer patient and consequently does not have the strongest of immune systems although we have had our covid shots. She did put one on, but then several employees came out of the back and none were wearing masks. There seemed to be no concern on any of their parts. I turned to my wife and asked if she wanted to go, and she said yes. The young lady didn't seem to care that we were walking out and had no comment whatsoever. Loss of a potential customer didn't seem to matter. In my mind, if the service starts out this way, it will probably on get worse. In no way would I ever recommend QDC to anyone. I am giving one star, because there is no zero. read more

I am not sure where to start. I could not have been happier or felt more taken care of and attended to by Amber and her employees, especially Frankie. I had so much anxiety about remodeling my kitchen. I was on a strict budget, which did not include a designer. Amber was so helpful with layout questions, things I changed my mind about, and things that confused me. Amber helped me pick a sink, which needed to be purchased at another vendor. She pointed me to stores to look for flooring. I ordered my cabinets and then panicked over the whole remodel when the contractor came back with a much higher bid then I expected, and cancelled the cabinets the next day. Amber and Frankie could not have been nicer. A week later, when I calmed down, I reordered. Amber and Frankie were patient with me when I decided to move my dishwasher, which necessitated changing two of the cabinets. I ordered specialty glass, which needed to be put in by the glass company. They both stayed on top of those cabinets that went out. Amber needed to make a change based on something being discontinued, and called me and sent me new layouts before changing anything. I love my new cabinets, and they look spectacular. I couldn't be happier. I don't think they could improve their customer service! They even have candy to sweeten the experience. I cannot recommend them highly enough! read more

I didn't have to check for best price, quality, etc. because my boy friend (a general contractor) did all the research and purchased a beautiful bathroom cabinet with a marble top for his home in Marin. When I remodeled my bathroom I drove straight to Quality Discount Cabinets to shop for a cabinet. I was very satisfied with the customer service, quality of cabinet and best of all, the price. I was so pleased that I returned to their store when I remodeled my in-law unit. I purchased both bathroom and kitchen cabinets. Let me start with the negatives and move to the positives. The order must be paid in full the day the cabinets arrive at the site. You are playing for items that hadn't been delivered and labor that hasn't happened, so it's risky. The double sink they supplied was too large for the cabinets, so either the installer would have to cut into the cabinets or I would have to drive up and exchange for a much lighter, single bowl and smaller sink, which I did. No compensation from Amber, the owner, for the lesser item. Said all the sinks were the same price, even though the new one was much smaller and lighter in material than the original. Now the positives, the cabinets were good quality and the installers, cabinets and counter top were efficient. I would recommend holding back 10% of the cost to insure the job is what you ordered. I didn't and I'm sorry because I didn't get the sink I wanted. read more

Family run business. Started off great. They were very nice at first. The install guy went to the wrong job. So he was late and only installed "what was needed" for the counter top guy to install the counter tops. When I got home after everything was done the next day, most of the doors were hung improperly or off a little. There was also a large nick in one of the doors. I took pictures immediately and sent them in. They said they would send someone out to adjust the doors and replace the door that was nicked. The guy came out and fixed what I would describe as a shoddy job. His excuse was, "I had to work over the top of the granite guy", but that wouldn't have happened if he had come out at the original time. That seems simple enough right? Well, then I call in about the nick in the door and the owner proceeds to accuse me of nicking the door. I didn't even have a floor in the kitchen and was never in there. I took a picture with a date and time stamp on it immediately. So there's no way they could say that I put the nick in it. He asked me twice why "I was acting like such a jack ass" and hung up the phone. I called back and was mad, but I kept my composure. I just wanted to know when they were coming out to do it. They gave me a time. I emailed Denise, the other owner and described this whole situation. As soon as I mentioned writing a review, she proceeded to rescind the offer to replace the door. I would think that this would be more reason to correct their mistake, but it didn't go that way. I apologized for "threatening her company" but respectfully asked for a replacement door. She apologized for her husband's actions claiming that he was "sick". I don't ever remember being so rude or mean while having a common cold. Who knows what type of sickness she was describing, but it doesn't warrant the way that I was treated. When the door did finally come in, she wanted me to pick it up and bring in the old door. This would mean that I would have to hang it myself and pay someone else to put in the handle. I told her that I wasn't comfortable coming in to pick it up and would rather have my father pick it up. He's older and I felt like he might not get treated in the same fashion. My father doesn't put up with crap and had already had words with them when the installer went to the wrong job, so she didn't want him to come in to the store. What should it matter who comes to pick up the door? She told me I was a "whinny baby" and said that neither I, nor my father was welcome in her store. The nails (brads) used to install the trim for the cabinets were sticking out and were never cut or bent back. I cut myself a few times on these and have not yet cut them in case I need to take pictures and I most likely will. The trim/siding was not flush on several of the cabinets. The rounding job for the granite on one spot had some imperfections. They also didn't drill out the holes for the faucets properly. I've taken pictures of everything and will be happy to show anyone who requests them. All I asked for was a "quality" job to be done. It was not. The cabinets seem like good quality, but the install job and the customer service left a really bad taste in my mouth. If you don't care what your cabinets look like, and you are simply flipping a house, this may be a decent option for you. But if you are a home owner, I would suggest being present when the work is done and staying on top of their contractors. That way there are no mistakes and no need to call in to try and arrange any corrective actions. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. "The customer is always right" does not apply to their business practices, plain and simple. After watching many shows on HGTV and TLC, I now know that I was right to ask them to fix a "shoddy" job and that I shouldn't have been treated the way that I was. Asking for the job to be done the right way should not be considered to be a "whiney baby" request. I would not recommend them to anyone, ever. read more

BEWARE!!!!!!!! RIP OFFS!!!!!! These clowns think people dont know about kitchen remodel or design. I purchased kitchen cabinets and granite through them. They ended up delivering and installing the wrong granite. The installer assured us that once the "Sealer" was placed on the granite it would improve the color of the granite. He did not realize the owners gave us a sample of the garnite that we ordered. When it was funished and installed it did not match the sample provided, obviously not the correct granite. When we contacted the owner, she refused to even come to the job-site to see what we were talking about. She refused to make the granite issue right, unbelieveble!! I reversed my credit card charge and then all of a sudden I gt their attention, AND then, and only then were they wanting to discuss how to get the charges reversed. I am in the process of file a small claim suit against them. They kicker here is i purchased two kitchens through them as I remodel homes. The first one, they did some shaddy stuff, over charging me after the fact...but i let that go as maybe I misunderstood something, even though when i looked at the contract the charges they were trying to charge me for where not listed, nor discussed, i let it go. Then the next remodel they did the same thing only more expensive.....I refused to pay anything further and then everything went down hill quick from there. DO NOT PURCHASE FROME THESE PEOPLE....There cabinets are installed by the husband who does a half ass job. The cabinets screws where screwed in so poorly that the second remodel, we had to reassemble 4 of the 9 base cabinets we purchased. The screws where sticking out so bad because they were not screwed in straight, that we could even put another base cabinet right next to it....The worst cabinet experience ever! I find it interesting someone else had the some experience with this company. They have no idea how to run a successful business. They lost three great contractors, one being me, who buy about 10 kitchen a year, due to their lack of honest, professionalism and quality of work....GO ELSEWHERE!!!! read more

Cabinets and granite countertops are very nice, however this company has been difficult to work with. First off, one of the ASSHOLES that showed up to cut our countertop opened my fucking front door without knocking or anything, he literally just opened the door with no warning. Then the guys kept talking shit about the work our other contractor has been doing on our kitchen and made us pull up the wood the granite would be sitting on. One of them kept calling my wife over to talk to her and he just ignored her and either talked to the other guy or talked shit about the other contractor's work. At the end of the day, when they were finally leaving after about 7 hours or so, one of them asks me about the stove and (they didn't speak English the best and they were hard to understand) I couldn't understand him very well so I just guessed that he was talking about moving the stove back, which I'm pretty sure was a correct guess considering his response, to which I replied "yes, it will be moved back tonight". He said "ok" and left. Didn't warn me about the granite, didn't offer to help, didn't tell me to wait to put it back, didn't say anything. I think I ended up tapping the corner of the smaller granite slab between the stove and refrigerator and maybe that's what caused it to shift a few degrees, but they were such assholes when we told them about it. They basically said it's all our fault from moving the stove back and that they could fix it, but wont unless they just happen to be in town, which in our small town hours away from Santa Rosa, is very unlikely, and we are moving early next year. So I'm confident they were just covering their asses so that we couldn't say they WOULDN'T help, just not now, which is total bullshit. If we are relying on them being in town for another job, then that will likely never happen, and they know it. They basically just told us to go fuck ourselves. These people are fucking assholes and for that alone they deserve to feel the pain of a 1 star rating. Fuck them, don't shop here. And before they say I'm not a verified QDC customer, my wife's email was the one we used, not this one. UPDATE: turns out the fucking pricks who installed the countertops fucked up our dishwasher somehow when they moved it. It's not draining anymore and it's got something to do with the dishwasher itself. Guaran-fucking-tee they wouldn't offer any sort of resolution if we bothered to call and talk to them about it, either. Fuck this company, avoid like the plague. read more

We bought cabinets for our kitchen in 2007, we went to many different cabinet stores and found that Quality Discount cabinets had the best product and price. We did not have them install as my husband is a carpenter so he handled that part. 8 years later and we still love them. After purchasing our cabinets we advised a friend and my in-laws to visit Quality Discount Cabinets when they needed to remodel their kitchens. Both my friend and my in-laws purchased their cabinets from QDC and they look amazing. 2015 we finally have enough money in our house budget to purchase an island for our kitchen - Denise was very knowledgeable when speaking with my husband about which cabinets/sizes can work for our island (did I mention he is a carpenter), they worked out what we needed and I just added in the special cabinets I wanted included. We have placed our order and I am so excited to finally have our island. I can't wait to pick them up and have the hubby install them. When we started our kitchen remodel we knew it was a tight budget. No money to cover mistakes on my part or the suppliers. Naturally we started with Home Depot, Lowes, etc. I found it difficult to get the attention of the big box guys. They were always distracted multitasking with other stuff and customers. The things that made me nervous with the big box guys was that I was repeatedly told that returns, if accepted, were subject to restocking fees and I would need to wait approximately two weeks for anything to be replaced if mistakes in ordering were made. Overall big box did not inspire confidence. Also another problem was most of what was in my price range was made of particle board with ultra-basic rails. Finally I checked out Quality Discount Cabinets on Airway Drive in Santa Rosa. What an amazing difference. Denise gave us her full attention. She reviewed my basic and unpolished drawings and created a cool professional looking plan with an itemized list. When she offered her suggestions you could tell she knew what she was talking about. She brought up several things we had overlooked. (Big box guys never did that.) Then to top off the customer service experience... She and John actually came over to our house to make sure of my measurements (at my request) and while there she was able to point out some terrific ideas that really made a big difference. I don't know if this is something they normally offer or were just taking pity on us. The quality of the cabinets was much better then big box. All wood. No particle board. Solid and sturdy. Soft close drawers. Need I say more? Ok, I will. These solid wood cabinets were MUCH LESS money than big box or any other place I went to. So in short, more cabinet, less money. Denise and John were with us the whole project. I was doing the installation myself and John was able to give me advice and pointers that saved me time, money and agony. I don't think my kitchen would have turned out as nice as it did if I had gone any other route. Do not order from this place. I ordered my cabinet and installation and paid half of it up front. Once the cabinet was ready, they told me I should pay the rest before installation. On Google map, they have very bad reviews of ignoring you after installation if anything goes wrong since they got their money fully. I asked them to come up with a solution so they guarantee that I won't face any issue. Their solution was to cancel the installation last minute!!! Very dissapointed! read more

I moved from NJ about 2 years ago and knew no one nor knew anything about the area. Unfortunately, the house and property we purchased were in less than best conditions. Let me say that we were on a super tight budget. I was going to Home Depot and Lowe's 4 times a day sometimes so I knew the prices. I was going to go with the cheap cabinets from Home Depot, but my boyfriend happened to look on Craiglist and came across Quality Discount Cabinets. I'm glad he found them because they were awesome! We have an extremely small kitchen and the home depot cabinets would have looked awkward and wouldn't have fit correctly. I wasn't sold on them so we decided to give QDC a chance and as soon as we walked in we knew we were going to use them. We loved everything about them: extensive selection, the cabinets are real hardwood and cheaper than home depot! Plus, they have several granite options available. Amber answered any questions we had and helped us choose which color options would go best with the floor we had chosen. Denise scheduled a visit right away and asked us what we were looking for. I gave her all our ideas and she drew up a plan almost instantly. Then she wasn't happy with it so she came back and redesigned it for better! My kitchen now has as much storage as possible without looking like a cramped space. The cabinets were installed quickly. They did accidentally drill holes in the wrong place on one of the doors but they replaced it with a new door without having me say anything. They were the ones who approached me to tell me what had happened and that the new door had already been ordered. Jack, the granite guy was great too. They were all super easy to work with. We ended up using QDC for our tasting bar too. Don't go anywhere else for cabinets! The worst. Amber did not go by our measurements for the granite for our countertops. We bought the most expensive. When I called about the issue I received an unprofessional yelling at me from Amber. I will never use this company again. I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to buy cabinets or countertops from here. I am in real estate and come into contact with a lot of people who remodel. I shopped three local vendors for new master bath vanities beginning 10 months ago, as well as checking the "big box" stores. Amber (daughter of the store's founders going back many years) and her assistants, Kristen and Courtney, were very engaging, patient and knowledgeable. I tend to be a perfectionist and ask a lot of questions about details and was doing the design and installation myself, to save money. Each member of the team was so accommodating through several revisions and style changes. When I finally settled on the right configuration and ordered the five units (comprising 94"), they had the completed cabinets in about two weeks, and as soon as I installed them, they scheduled their long-time granite countertop specialist and they were on site in less than a week! As someone else remarked, the total cost ended up many hundreds of $$ lower than any other stores and the price included two modern, rectangular-shaped, China undermount sinks which the fabricators installed on site. The finished project is so attractive, and the quality and craftsmanship of each of the five units were way above par. If I had the money to re-do all our kitchen cabinets, I would not look elsewhere for cabinets. This local company's integrity and follow-through created an altogether very rewarding and successful experience for me and if you are looking around for great cabinets, you really should meet with them. read more

Purchased a set of cabinets, paying extra for the "slow close" feature. I found that the drawers don't close slow or otherwise. Also, drawer fronts not installed properly (misaligned) They said they would come out to check, and didn't come (or call) at time arranged. Let's see if they make good on these issues. Having no resources in that area, I went on the search to find the best vendors to help me completely remodel their home on a modest budget. Of all of the companies I ended up using to complete the job, I have to say that Amber and her shop were the most knowledgable and accommodating to work with. BUYER BEWARE! Cheap products. Shop elsewhere. Product and service is substandard. We ordered and paid a deposit for bathroom vanities, kitchen cabinets and granite countertops. First it was we cannot get the pre-fab granite you wanted for the bathrooms. Had to special order. Then the vanities were not available in the color we wanted so we chose something else. Had to be specially made out of kitchen cabinets. Then the granite install was scheduled for a Tuesday and we get an email on the Friday before that the granite for the kitchen is a good bit lighter than what we chose. The owner thought she could substitute her choice without us having ever seen it. We asked to see it at the distributer and were told it is a confidential secret? Who spends thousands of dollars on granite sight unseen? We had to spend hours to go get the kitchen granite elsewhere. Now it is Saturday and the bathroom granite is scheduled for Tuesday. We get a call this morning to tell us that the granite for the bathrooms is suddenly not available. I called and was treated horribly, told my contractor of 30 years is a liar and does not know what he is doing? Her granite ideas were no where near what we wanted, and the quality the lowest grade. Communication between family members/owners is fractured, inconsistent and causes many misunderstandings that the owners refuse to take responsibility for. Finally in the end, we had our own contractor install the cabinets and boy were they cheap. The cams were falling out and breaking off. The sink base cabinet front fell off as it was being picked up and put in place. Shop elsewhere. They are rude and without integrity. read more

Run - as fast as you can! Here is the story- you can determine the level of failure and and poor business ethics yourself. After ordering a set of cabinets and granite bullnosed countertops, I was happy about the discounted price..... - then found out the owner could not get the cabinets for my kitchen, and since they were already paid, we ended up having to go with another cabinet for 50% more. Advised the owner at the time of order that I did not want mismatched colors as shown in their display. She guaranteed that wouldn't happen as she had a new supplier -WELL IT HAPPENED! AND THEY WILL NOT REPLACE. - Shelving was missing from cabinets and I had to follow up to get them later - They forgot to order one section - We had to correct their measurements twice - Two front doors are still missing TWO MONTHS LATER - They ordered non bull nosed granite instead of bull nosed granite I CAUGHT THIS IN THE NICK OF TIME. - They finally found the correct granite with bullnose, but wanted to put a seam down my counter top. After calling them to remind them that they verbally told me it would be a solid piece when they came to measure the kitchen, they YELLED AT ME OVER THE PHONE THAT IF I KNEW ANYTHING ABOUT GRANITE I WOULD KNOW IT WOULD COST ANOTHER $4,000 TO GET A SOLID PIECE. I demanded a refund for the granite and granite install and went to another granite place off Corby. These guys installed with solid piece- not problem - AND $1,000.00 LESS!!!!! This description of events is toned down. There was much yelling (by them-not me) over the phone. They are a mess. We will probably be filing a small claims action with them for the cost of the replacement of one cabinet and missing doors, which they have no intention of delivering. read more

They have a nice variety of cabinet styles, wood finishes and options available for customizing cabinets and drawers to maximize functionality. Customer service from Amber and Ozzie, the owners is top notch. They are very responsive to all questions and inquiries either in person, phone or via email. The process from delivery to installation was smooth. The installer they use is top notch and he worked very hard to make sure everything was level and spaced properly.
