My now fiance booked them just recently for Valentine's / engagment weekend and it made our Saturday so perfect. Isac was our driver and he was amazing in every way possible. He picked us up promptly at 3:30pm and recommended some great wineries because we were both unfamiliar with the area. He timed it so that we got to taste some of the best wines before they closed for the day. And he definitely took us to three of the best wineries we've ever been to. He was attentive but made sure we had our privacy to enjoy our romantic getaway. When we got to each place, he walked us in to make sure we knew where to go, where to pay, and where to stand. He was so helpful and even knew the people that worked there to make sure we were taken care of. We didn't have any reservations for dinner, not even thinking about it. My mom rented a limo for my two sons and my nephew for their Christmas present. We were lucky enough to have Isac as our driver! He picked up the kids and my mom and they went to Buffalo Wild wings, went to look at christmas lights, then to Mulligans. Isac made the kids night, he was so kind and treated the kids like royalty. This wasn't the first limo company I called because I just went down the yelp line and called in order of star rating. I think this company got jacked on their ratings by one very angry customer, one ridiculous review based on a bad phone connection, and the many positive reviews that were filtered. Luckily, the other companies didn't call me back right away and SilverFox was the first to call back, and they were so helpful on the phone setting up wine tasting that I figured I should go with them. I had never set up wine tasting and didn't want to spend time researching all the wineries so the fellow at SliverFox asked questions about what type of setting I'd be interested in, what types of wine, what type of "experience." He described each one he recommended to make sure they sounded good to me. We continued to communicate over e-mail regarding our plan. The actual day - driver was on time, very mellow, professional, and helpful. Wish I remembered his name. He gave us a USB connector to play our own tunes in the limo. He discussed with us our itinerary and during the middle of our tour offered a change in itinerary due to time running short and us wanting a nice mellow location for our last stop. We loved loved loved his suggestion. I asked if we could bring food and drinks in the limo and was told as long as we didn't make a mess, so we had our own great food and drinks in between stops, too. Some of our winery choices were based on SilverFox's ability to obtain prepaid tickets. That was a great option as we didn't have to wait in line for tickets and got a bit of a discount, too. We felt very well taken care of. Everyone in our group enjoyed the wine tasting experience, and we'll definitely be calling Silver Fox when we do another trip. They were a big part of making it a success. I went on another limo wine tour and the places we stopped at were kind of "blah" or too crazy. From the beginning they were easy to work with; they provided me all the details that allowed me to plan a complete day long itinerary that included 4 wineries with lunch. Once I selected the wineries and lunch, they took care of all the details and provided a VIP experience throughout the day. The only thing good about our experience with this company was the driver Joel. The stretch limo was very tacky the seating was a very uncomfortable wrap bench seat..the air conditioning was sooo in adequate. The owner did not give us an honest estimate of the cost. we were refered by Pechanga Casino and given a flyer that read $250 out the door. When we were dropped off at our out the door destination the bill was $520....more than double the quote. We were not informed of a time limit !!! We had to crawl on our hands and knees to reach our seats. Come on ..is this comfort??? We are all seniors. . The limo interior was so tacky !!! We used this company because there were no rental vehicles available in Temecula area on Wednesday 7/30/2014. The vehicle we had was so hot that we had to stop and buy ice and wet cloths to cool our skin. BUYER BEWARE !!! As I mentioned before the only thing I would recommend is the driver Joel. I asked for an invoice to submit to my insurance and it took 3 calls to finally get an e-mailed invoice. Very shoddy business practice. !!! UPDATE: After speaking with the owner Ryan today I feel that he is trying to make things better. There seemed to be a miscommunication of what type vehicle that we needed and he is making an adjustment on the charges. I believe that he truly cares about his customers and tries to accomadate their needs. I used the company twice for airport pickup and delivery -- once for San Diego and once for Los Angeles. They were on time, courteous, and easy to work with. The only issue I had was that they charged to take a toll road and then just billed me for it without an explanation. Since I wasn't actually in the limo, I had no idea they chose to take a toll road nor did the bill for the small fee explain it. I had a great experience with Silver Fox wine tasting in Temecula Valley. Our driver, Gail was prompt to pick us up, courteous throughout the tour as well. She always restocked the coolers with the beverages we brought between wine tastings. At one winery we even laughed about how a group of people had to walk up the dirt hill to flag down their limo, Gail was ready as soon as we walked out of the door. I used Silver Fox Limo for transportation for my wedding in July. I actually booked them through the concierge at Pechanga casino because they had the best deal. Silver Fox was on time for the pick up and dropped us off no problem. I didn't really talk to the driver at all, so I can't comment on him. The only downside was that it was really difficult to figure out the music in the limo. Otherwise the limo was clean and looked new. We had the excursion limo.
