The training with Erica has really opened up a world that I wasn't sure was there with Logan...he is thriving in her care...low key, but serious show barn...Erica has all the "tools" in her chest for success, and the experience to bring your horse along the "slow way" which is the "fast way"....can't say enough about this barn...truly perfect...

The place is kept very clean and the guys that work there are very kind. My complaint with the place is the fact that many of the horses are ill-tempered - making walking down the aisle in the paddocks extremely dangerous. The cobblestones are very hazardous when wet and the prices are a bit on the extreme side for your average horse-crazy aficionado. The plus is that they have a large covered arena and round pen. The turn out areas are well groomed and their parking lot is capacious. My hope would be to encourage the management to insist on ground work with the aggressive boarders. Also, the one clinic I attended that Lionheart sponsored was a total waste of time and money given the fact that I was only leasing the horse at the time. Lastly, my hubby and I attended their Halloween celebration and weren't told in advance about the price for lunch/parking. One of the barn dogs got into a fight with one of the guests that brought their pugilistic canine and I had to separate them before it got ugly - because no one else was intervening! So...there it is...the good, bad and ugly of my experience at Lionheart.
