This is what was remade. Terrible looking.

Ordered the Steamroller when we received it, it was nothing but Meatballs and bread.. Called them and told then that we didn't it get any Marina. They gladly replaced the sandwich, but it when was re delivered. We look at it and it was messy. And the Marina tasted like that they added Steak sauce. Very poor service. Will not order from them ever again This was the Longmont Store off of Pace

Silver Mine Subs donated 2 party platters for the senior sunset tonight at Skyline High School! Anita over there was so gracious and kind and said to please let her know if there is anything they can do for us. They would love to donate, fundraise, etc. with us. I thought this was so generous of them! We will definitely use them again in the future!

First time ordering...on the negative side...took an hour and a half to get the food...order hot, came cold...paid extra for cheese...no cheese...ordered mushrooms...no mushrooms...bread was soggy. On the plus side...meatball sub was good and the french dip beef had good flavor but sub was nothing special. Probably won't from again. read more

I really can't believe this place is still open. The order is never correct and even thought it's literally down the road the hot sandwiches come cold!! The last time we ordered it was super late and I think that's the only reason they do stay in business... I'll go to bed hungry next time. Waste of money! read more

Subs here are delicious! The bread they use is particularly flavorful and I think the subs taste a lot fresher than at subway. On top of all that, they deliver until 3 AM read more

Just moved to Longmont from Ft Collins. LOVED all the locations in FTCO! Never once did they get anything wrong, great delivery people and always set a decent expectation on delivery times. Since ordering from the Longmont location not once has an order been right. We've been given the wrong sandwiches, hot sandwiches delivered cold ( never been heated at all) with the wrong sauces, an in general poor attitude by those answering the phone and usual delivery times of an hour plus. Silver Mines is good..but not in Longmont. If you want the food I suggest you go in the store and make sure your order is correct. Ordering delivery is a gamble. read more

Just ordered a delivery from the longmont location on Pace street and had ordered jalapeño chips but got bbq. When they brought the right ones, the drive r demanded that I return the bbq ones! They were not open, so not an issue.... but state food handing laws don't allow this. Am I missing something??? read more

Ordered sandwiches last weekend and waited 45 minutes before calling to see where they were (especially since we live 2 blocks down the street) and they said "oh, they are on the way & should be there any minute. NO OFFER OF APOLOGY OR ANYTHING. Then after another 15 minutes - 1 hours later in case you're not counting - and they wouldn't put the manager on the phone. Coward apparently. Then they said they couldn't anything for us. NOTHING. I said "Well, we won't except them then." She put me on hold and came back to say "That's fine if you don't accept the sandwiches". ARE YOU KIDDING ME? That's the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. I guess they should get 5 stars for HORRIBLE SERVICE. Don't waste your money or your time!! read more

I used to order from here all the time. They were great for a late night meal. Recently, they've gone downhill. A few months ago, an order of 3 subs took 2 1/2 hours to get delivered to my house, after we called them twice. Last week, I ordered 2 subs late at night, and after an hour called them. I guess their driver got a flat tire, which I find completely understandable. But the subs came refrigerator cold and had been sitting out for the hour and a half it took them to deliver these sandwiches. My boyfriend called the manager and complained about the amount of time it took and the sandwiches being cold... And the response? "Don't you have a microwave?" I then took the phone and spoke with the manager. He not only told me he didn't have time to talk to me, but he yelled at me and then hung up the phone on me. I called back and asked to speak to his supervisor. He said his general manager would be in in the morning. I called the next morning, the general manager said he would speak to his night manager and call me back the next day. I never got a call back. Safe to say, I will NEVER order from them again and feel very disrespected with the way I was treated. It's a shame I wasted my money on a sub that came with just a few pieces of meat and an obnoxious amount of barbecue sauce on it. read more
