Chipotle cheesesteak-regular size, take out. 5 Star sandwich
Brent V.

Awesome cheesesteaks. Can't beat their chipotle cheesesteak. Restaurant is always clean, friendly service, and fast. Great deals if you sign up for their rewards program. Love this place

Oil slick

Not sure what happened tonight but both sandwiches we ordered were swimming in oil, one had so much vinegar it was inedible and these super hard bits? Yep that was supposed to be bacon. I could apologize that you had to prepare something for us on a Friday night, but I didn't write your schedule!

They are always so kind, and ordered are always amazing and correct. Definitely the best location in Longmont:)

It's almost never on the menu, so good thing they always have standout regular loves - country bread and a perfect baguette are almost always available (but get there before noon!). They also have spectacular seasonal pastries, delicious foccacia with interesting toppings, a few delightful sandwiches, and standout desserts and sweet treats. It's carby heaven, whether you eat in (inside shared tables or outside picnic-style) or take everything home... and in that case I dare you not to tear into something on your drive. Don't try to come on Mon/Tues as they are closed then, and watch out for the peloton of cyclists on weekend mornings! Even if the line is long when you arrive, it moves quickly and the staff will always help you find something you'll love (or that will wow others when you deliver them a special treat from Babette's).

Will be back (and again and again, but shhh! You should go before everyone finds out about it). People 10/10. Real, kind, generous. And with fun tidbits of conversation and humor. Ambiance: excellent for breakfast or brunch with friends, working solitary on your laptop, having a quick sandwich on the rooftop patio, or a work meeting (in-person would be nice because the velvet couches are legit). I really liked the attention to details (such as the hooks for hanging a purse under the countertop). Cool decor and the vibe is like somebody oversized den, but instagram-worthy, you know? Check out the little store; they have cookbooks, cards, adorable kitchen towels and such, preserves and so on!

It is a place to spend money on food and drink and socialize, but it is not a good fit for all sensory needs - especially challenging for those with auditory sensitivity. I organize a local community group to attend trivia events and we like Parkway for this, but we're don't love it. This review is specific to Wednesday nights, and trivia in particular. Pros: - Fantastic food selection for all ranges of affordability and dietary preferences (but perhaps not restrictions due to allergy). Employees of food stalls are friendly and service is always great. The popsicle stand guy is above and beyond! - Many seating options. Low tables with benches, high tables with chairs that have a back, and numerous 2-4 top tables with ordinary chairs. - Trivia prize is a gift card usable throughout Parkway (except the cheesesteak place, I think). - If you beat the house at trivia, they give out drink tokens for the team. Our team tends to be very large with only 3-4 people actually paying attention to trivia, and last night the bartender offered to provide tokens for all 12+ people. We declined but appreciate the generosity! - There are several children's play areas including an arcade, and several other separated spaces that I'm guessing can be rented or used for larger groups. Cons: - The space can get quite loud and the trivia caller may or may not be very audible. If you're too close to the trivia caller's speaker, it can be very difficult to hear the people at your table. - Only one TV is turned to the trivia game, so if you're seated facing away from that TV (about half the seats in the house are) you need to look at the trivia questions on a phone or computer. - Tons of TVs here. There isn't any seating area that's tech free. You'll have TVs in line of sight the whole time you're here, which may be challenging for those who are very distractible or prefer less tech in their social spaces. - Despite it being the World Cup, last night every TV was tuned to a baseball game. While yes there was no live game playing right that time, it was bizarre to me that not a single TV was doing replays of the most watched global sports tournament ahead of the quarterfinals. - The bar pool tables are kinda in the middle of everything (right next to a trash/water area and door to a patio), and every time I see people play they are constantly stopping play to accommodate diners walking around them. It would be nice if the bar games had their own space - darts could be added if they moved the pool tables into one of the walled off rooms. More adult play spaces = more $$ spent, so probably good investment for them for the future. Trivia: - Currently device dependent. You must have a phone or computer to play. - 4 rounds of 8 questions, 3 minutes per question. - Faster answers gain more points. - No limits on team sizes, and they're not very mindful about the winners - one time we had a new team member who was answering our team questions in his phone and won second place, which we of course declined but the trivia caller had no idea. - Prizes are Parkway gift cards to top 3 teams; $30 for 1st, $20 for 2nd, $10 for 3rd.

They also have wonderful French & Italian food items, and kitchen and dining ware. It is worth the experience to visit this extraordinary shop! The building was formerly the Power & Communications Building, which Cheese Importers took over in 2012. The shop is gorgeous, and the buyers are fantastic, stocking it with so many beautiful items that you will not easily find in other shops or online. The staff is friendly and informative. The prices are very high, and I don't recommend buying items you can find in your local grocery store or gift shop, but if you find interesting, unique, and beautiful items that you love, then it is worth spending the money, in my opinion. This is a great place to find exceptional gifts, especially for someone who likes to entertain. Must take home a fresh French baguette and some caramels! There is a parking lot in the rear of the building.

But the market feel, the variety, the customer service, patio, cute atmosphere, selection, and warm baguettes made it quite the experience. We were impressed and I would drive all the way from Littleton to experience it again. We basically built ourselves a little picnic and sat outside on the patio to enjoy it all. Bring your own plates, utensils if you plan on doing what we did. We made do with the plastic knives and napkins from the bakery, but it would have been better if we came more prepared. Lovely.
