Pretty cool kinda like jimmy John's but more personal. My wife and I always like trying new restaurants. I would come back the meat is stacked high

    Georgetown sandwich with minimal meat
    Laurie L.

Ordered medium 8" Georgetown sandwich. Took out one half to eat. Something was wrong... opened it up to find ONE slice of turkey deli meat. ONE. HALF a slice of bacon. ONE slice provolone. A LOT of lettuce. Basically a lettuce and bread sandwich with minimally the rest. A RIP OFF!! Not even CLOSE to the picture online and sadly another example of restaurants skimping on portions. Our other order was a Cour d'Lane, add banana peppers.... NO BANANA PEPPERS. Our order was a TOTAL FAIL. Hoping tomorrow to see that they processed the refund we requested, if not will dispute the charge. You've been warned.

Oh man, oh man, this place is OFF DA HOOK GOOD!!!!!! Hubby went here one day and told me the subs were good and since it just opened I'm always up for a good sandwich and like to compare places. This is by far the BEST subs I've ever had!! Better than Firehouse, Heidi's, Quiznos, Jason's and ofcourse Subway. I went and got just 1 sub in the morning the (Caribou) - Turkey Breast, Double Provolone, Avocado, Lettuce, Tomato, Sprouts, Mayo. It was soo good I had the hubby go back and get me 4 more just to try for a late snack and to have the next day. I tried the Caribou - Really delicious Tombstone - Easily my favorite, Love alfalfa sprouts and a good portion of it inside. Homestake - Love the philly cheesyness of it Outlaw - who doesn't love a good pastrami sandwich when done right, like these guys do it. Lawless Leadville - can't you tell I love turkey.. the meat is so moist. Bowl of Broccoli Cheese Soup - nice, thick, hearty and good on a cold night. This place is soo worth it and they open till Midnight, can you believe that!! They also deliver! I'm about to head out in a few and get me some sandwiches for later. I'm salivating just thinking about it!

The mother lode in a salad!

The subs are always fresh, filled with meat and toppings. Very nice and great service. Top 3 subs in Denver metro. Highly recommend!

He looks like Superman flying over the dirt! Trying to make sense of the wall menu was difficult. Almost too many as to be confusing because several sandwiches are similar in content. The huge menu on the wall doesn't give prices for all the items and it's very deceptive in my opinion. Our bill for a Chicago dog, a pastrami sandwich and a Cuban sandwich with one order of fries and 3 drinks came to over $50 which is stupid pricey IMHO. There were at least 5 people working behind the counter and our order came out fairly fast. I felt the sandwiches were very skimpy on the meat and nothing came with a side included. The Cuban sandwich was underwhelming and not much flavor. If you want a wonderful deli sandwich go to The Bagel Deli off Hampden and I-25. The absolute best in my opinion.

Great off-the-beaten-path bistro with excellent food and an aviation atmosphere…read more I ordered the 1/2 sandwich and cup of soup combo. Sandwich was the Tail Dragger sandwich (Black Forest ham, oven-roasted turkey, pastrami, salami, Swiss, provolone, and mayo on sourdough) along with Jalapeño Beer Cheese soup. The sandwich was spot on, well toasted with a satisfying crunch, melty cheese, and layers of flavor in every bite. The soup was equally impressive: rich, cheesy, and savory with just the right amount of jalapeño kick without being overpowering. There was a fairly large group of older / retired folks who had just ordered when I arrived. Whether they were waiting on a charter flight or this is a regular Wednesday gathering, the place had a fun atmosphere. Despite the crowd and several pending orders, my food came out faster than expected. As an added bonus, the Vegas Golden Knights' jet was parked on the tarmac, which was very cool to see. This place reinforces my theory that FBOs and semi-private airports often have some of the best hidden gem diners and bistros, places usually known only to flight crews and private pilots. Definitely worth the stop.

My wife ordered a bbq pulled pork sandwich that she said was fantastic as well. This was a very simple lunch that was made better by such an incredibly personable staff. From ordering to eating was about ten minutes. If you find yourself in Rocky Mountain Airport, give this little place a try. I think you'll enjoy it as much as my wife and I did.

Based on the other reviews, recommending a hot sandwich or panini instead of the cold sandwich…read more described as dry and boring for the price--I think I coulda offered more stars had I gone that route. The staff was super nice and efficient but the sandwich was meh At the time I arrived they were already putting the chairs away because they were closing in a few, so I made a rushed decision: The Aspen Buddha (Turkey Swiss Curry Aioli Sunflower Seeds Lettuce Tomatoes Sprouts Banana Peppers Cucumbers). In my mind I was making a "healthy choice" but in reality I felt like I was about to eat a loaf of bread. I thought it seemed silly to pay only $2 less for a half a sandwich so I ordered the whole but then shamefully threw away most of the bread and ate only the innards which were also pretty boring. Even though I'm trying to keep my carb intake in check--I'm fully capable of for example enjoying a whole loaf of challah in one sitting if inspired but this wheat loaf did not inspire those kind of urges. As for the rest of the sandwich, it could have really used more curry aioli or something because I don't think I tasted that at all. If was ever forced to eat this same sandwich again I might ask for a side of vinaigrette, giardiniera, avocado. Something. The people were right: this was a dry sandwich. The reason I was even in Golden is because I wanted to test the feasibility of taking the W line to the Golden government center that is 2 miles from downtown and then riding my bike to have a picnic by Clear Creek. Turns out that yes, this is great with the understanding that the bike ride back to the light rail is way more intense when heading back to Denver. All uphill on my single speed! Without the Aspen Buddha, since it was 95 degrees or so I might have died had I not eaten/rehydrated. I am thankful for that. Also thankful for the life lesson about bringing my own picnic so I only have myself to complain to next time.
