I've always been nervous that would happen to us again. But, with Grant Professional Car and Limo, they sent a large black full sized SUV that easily fit all our luggage plus nobody had to sit with a suitcase on their lap. The driver also called the night before to confirm pickup time, which was reassuring. I also found their cost to be significantly more reasonable than any of the other companies I looked at. Dream Shuttle is a great way to get to/from Red Rocks!…read more I recently took Dream Shuttles through a safe ride program to a sold out Red Rocks show on a Sunday night. The bus was stocked with water, mixer, cups, and other drinks to enjoy on the way up. We were able to connect to the blue tooth and have music bumping all of the way up- and those speakers got loud! Our driver, Patrick, not only stopped at will call for us and showed us were we would need to pick the bus up after the concert, but he dropped us off at the top of the amphitheater so we could avoid the long lines. On top of that, the buses AC was cranking after the show, which was some welcome relief from the heat! If you've ever been to a show at Red Rocks, you know how long you can be waiting in traffic to leave. Dream shuttles took that frustration and boredom out of the equation and let us party all the way back home. I'd definitely book them again!

After calling and expressing the disappointment the brides mother was supposed to get a discount but the company has not followed through with that either. I was forced to give them at least one star and If they would have given the discount as promised they would deserve it but since they didn't they really get no stars. Our experience was fantastic. The only thing I'd suggest is the size and seating capacity description. We had a 40 person (max) bus. Originally 38 people had planned to go, but several dropped out that day and we were down to 31. If we had 38 I'm not sure we would all fit and if we did it would not have been a comfortable ride. We joked that young, high school prom kids would fit no problem... but a bunch of us older and fluffier people not so much :)

From the beginning, communication with the company was disorganized and unprofessional--an immediate red flag. We had reserved the bus for pickup between 4:00 and 5:00 PM. Not only did the bus not arrive until 5:30, but we also received no update until 5:05, leaving us wondering whether a bus was coming at all. This complete lack of timely communication is unacceptable. When the vehicle finally arrived, it was not the party bus we were promised. Instead, it was a three-row Sprinter van with an extra, unsecured row of loose seats in the trunk area. This vehicle was advertised to comfortably and safely accommodate up to 16 people. Thankfully, only 12 of us showed up--had the full group come, the situation would have been even worse. The most alarming part of the experience was the seating. Two members of our group, including myself, were forced to sit in the unanchored seats in the back. These seats were tilted backward when we entered and had to be manually lifted upright by the driver. There were no functional seatbelts in this row, and due to the lack of security, we actually felt less safe attempting to use them. This is a clear safety violation and legal liability. To make matters even worse, upon arriving at Red Rocks, our driver cracked open a beer and began drinking. It is absolutely unacceptable for a professional driver--who would be responsible for our safety on the return trip--to consume alcohol while on duty. After the event, we attempted to reach out to the company to discuss a refund or appropriate compensation, given that the service provided did not remotely match what we reserved and paid for. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism continued. Not only were our concerns dismissed, but a representative went so far as to call one customer a "dumb bitch who paid twice." This kind of language and treatment is appalling. In short, this company is not only unprofessional but potentially dangerous. I strongly urge anyone considering their services to look elsewhere--both your money and your safety are at serious risk with Ride to Red Rocks. Additionally, they texted us on April 14 at 1 AM asked us to delete our reviews on yelp. Is this doesn't show how unprofessional this company is I don't know what will.
