Went in on Saturday 3/15. Waited in line for about 40 minutes cuz they were slowly letting ppl come in. When I was next in line they had said that they were done doing body piercings but that I could prepay to get them done. Went in again today Sunday 3/23 waited in line again, when I finally was able to go in they had told me they stopped doing piercings again... it wasn't even 3:45 yet. I prepaid $140 for the peircing to not be able to get them for the 2nd weekend in a row. I work so I can't be in there earlier than the times I went in. I asked for refund cuz I was not gonna go back in to be told they couldn't do them again. This is unacceptable and terrible customer service. I will not be going back. I would recommend just going to a tattoo shop they are way cheaper and get you in right away . read more

After having to pierce my daughters ear multiple times, and this last time the ear falling out and closing in bed within days of being pierce. flat back. not an earring toucher or rough around that area. anyhow I called and the manager wouldnt repierce it or give me any type of discount or free jewelry. I will never come back here for any piercing. First of all, they change how they pierce clients, instead of appointment now they do first come first serve which makes wait times extremely long. I've been trying to get in at a good time and they kept turning me away telling me they've stopped piercing 3 hours before close time. UPDATE: i had originally left a 5 star review because my second lobe piercing was great. not even a week after getting them they both became extremely infected. over the course of 3 hours, i could no longer see my earring. i had no choice but to take off the back and of course it bled so much. i then stood over my sink for 20 minutes pushing on the earring stick. my entire body was covered in blood but i finally got it out. my ear is still black and crusted over with blood. i wont upload pictures because it's so disgusting. read more

I got my 2nd holes pierced on both ears and the wait was a little long due to covid-19 in effect but totally worth the wait! The staff were very nice and knowledgeable. The guy who pierced my ears (cant remember his name but it started with a 'T') did a very good job. He even explained to me the sterilization of their needles and placed the piercings symetrically 100%! He explained the cleaning process professionally and well. They even give you a decent sized cleaning solution as part of paying for the piercing and jewlery. The pricing for their products tend to be on the high side but it's because it's not cheap material/metals and services are average, and even cheaper than some other places i've been to in the past. Would highly recommend! I went in to get my septum pierced. The 1st piercer was nice enough. I asked a bunch of questions about how long she'd been doing it, how many piercings she'd done and is there a hour requirement she had to fulfill. She answered all the questions and I felt good about getting it done. When it was done and over with my piercing was not straight. I had an opportunity to get it re-pierced today or come back. I was visiting from out of town and had to get it done that same day. My original piercer didn't feel comfortable and I got a new piercer to pierce my septum for the 2nd time within minutes of the first time. The 2nd piercer was sweet enough. But, my whole problem with how this went down. At no time during the piercing was I offered to get a discount. Maybe off the service or off the jewelry. They offered me a $5 silver cash card for a future purchase. Which, had they looked at my intake card they would have noticed (again) that I was from out of town and really what would $5 do for me. It would be a prudent practice that when a service is performed and (at no fault of the customer) something goes wrong that the team offers to pay for the jewelry or the piercing. read more

They do a number system here and skipped us twice with people just walking in ahead of us so you might have a better chance just walking up to the counter and avoiding the numbers. When we said something to the lady she was extremely rude and pointed at the number telling us we were next pointing at our number then the one on the machine even though we told her people were being taken care of ahead of us with no numbers. I made a review right after i got my piercings done, thought it was great! A week and a half later after taking proper care, my left breast swelled up two times it size within 24 hours, i had to go to the doctors, Had a fever, sore body, migrane. Got a VERY painful antibiotic shot as well as 4x a day 7 day antibiotics. When i called them to tell them what happened, she tells me i need to drive over there to let them check it out and leave the piercing in, while i live a hour out and at risk of me getting sepsis, if theres any way to refund or Re-pierce me. Ive been on my antibiotics 24 hours and still feeling worse. Don't get pierced here. read more
