It's not overly sour and to me it was the perfect flavor profile. It was thick and loaded with tofu and chicken. The Bombay Chicken and Zen Special Chicken were both flavorful and unique chicken dishes. The crispy ginger beef was cooked to perfection; i'd definitely order it again.
