My tooth pain started on July 27th and initially felt like it was coming from teeth #18 or #19. Over the next week and a half, I saw three different doctors, including a general dentist, my regular dentist, and an endodontist. I went through multiple X-rays, cold tests, tapping tests, a CT scan, and even had different areas of my mouth numbed to locate the pain. Despite all of this, no one could determine what was wrong. As the pain became severe, it started feeling more concentrated around my crown on tooth #14, with sharp pain, tenderness, and lingering sensitivity to cold. Still, I was told the problem might not be dental and could possibly be neurological or sinus-related. At this point, I was frustrated, exhausted, and starting to question myself because I strongly felt something was being overlooked. Desperate for another opinion, I scheduled appointments with 3 different primary health institutions. Still thinking this is an oversight and dental issue, I found Fife and Steffen Endodontics and called them. Even though this was technically my FOURTH opinion, they treated my situation with urgency and got me in the very next day. Dr. Phan was incredible. He patiently listened to my entire story, asked detailed questions about the timeline, repeated the necessary tests, and went even further by carefully numbing specific nerves around the crown to isolate the source of the pain. He was finally able to confirm that I DID in fact need a root canal. I actually teared up when he told me because after seeing three doctors and being told it might not even be my tooth, I finally felt heard and reassured that I wasn't imagining what I was feeling. Dr. Phan thoroughly explained everything, helped manage my pain until treatment, explained what to expect afterward, and even made himself available by phone/text if I needed anything. You don't normally walk into offices where you feel a team really working together, especially when their offices are separated by walls. But at Fife and Steffen Endodontics, you felt their passion to care and the warmness you would feel in a home. Thank you, Dr. Phan and the entire Fife and Steffen team, for listening, validating what I was experiencing, and going the extra mile when I desperately needed someone to. After everything I went through, I am incredibly grateful that my fourth opinion led me here. If you're considering Fife and Steffen Endodontics, with or without insurance, I cannot recommend them enough.

They are SOCIAL and polite so you feel comfortable with them. I especially enjoyed Nelvie on today's root canal. She made it so much better, even if a root canal. I am a seasonal resident and LV Endodontics is now my Las Vegas office for any endodontic needs. Dr. JB White is my dentist in Las Vegas and another awesome provider. One note, LV Endodontics will REPEATEDLY call you to confirm your appointments. As an adult and responsible person who is 15 minutes early, calls if I am running late or something comes up, and lets them know ASAP if I cannot make it, it IRRITATES me that we ALL get lumped into one bucket. I know Las Vegas patients are especially notorious, but I wish professional service providers would treat us by OUR individual behavior and NOT assume we are all the same.

I have never had a pain-free postoperative experience until I had a root canal here. In the past, the worst pain occurred after the root canal when the numbing wore off, and I had excessive bleeding. I didn't have any of that this time around, and in the past I felt excruciating pain before the procedure, so that could have been why. Dr. Grisby did an excellent job, and the staff was all highly kind and attentive. They even called me to ensure I didn't have any issues after the procedure. I highly recommend Endodontics of Las Vegas, and they will be my go-to for root canals if I need any more.

After 7 days of antibiotics and 800 mg of ibuprofen, the entire week of excruciating discomfort made root canal eventually inevitable. All the information I received regarding root canal is scary, painful, and skeptical. But Professionals recognize each other, and this perfect link is definitely to my benefit. My dentist who our family trust for over a decade insisted me to drive across the whole city and see Dr. Crowley when I live literally on the opposite direction of Dr. Chase Crowley's Endodontics office. I was able to see Dr. Crowley and got the treatment immediately. Before the treatment, Dr. Crowley patiently spent time listening and explaining everything that might concern me. During the 30 minute procedure (I genuinely didn't feel it was that long), Dr. Crowley was gentle, efficient, and professional with great bedside manner to ease all my anxiety. I felt almost no pain among the performance and was able to alleviate the pain while walking out of Dr. Crowley's office. Dr. Crowley saved me from the torture of the pain and prevented more damage from happening. Shout out to all the staff and nurses here, who are friendly and attentive. I believe they see great amount of patients each day, but somehow they remember me and greet me with their beautiful smiles. There was almost no wait time for my two visits here. That's another great gain coming here if you are already in pain. The staff also called to check on me after my procedure. You will be in good hands under Dr. Crowley's care if seeing a root canal specialist is on the book for your best interests.

Upon entering the receptionist was friendly and helpful. She asked if I have an appointment which I did and told her so. She then asked for my insurance card and I told her I only have a digital copy of my insurance card but then she said she has already pre authorized my insurance, gave me a few pages of questionnaires to fill and take a seat. Within 15-20 mins I was called. The venue was clean, not crowded and not noisy at all. Their equipments seems up to date and well maintained. I was seated at a reclining chair and it was very comfy. Then the assistant took x-rays of my teeth and Dr Kim came in and spoke to me and let me know what my condition was and what to expect. Overall it went really smooth. His assistant, Liz and Dr Kim are a good team. They worked fast and efficient and they were gentle. What I really like about my treatment was that after the first anesthesia application I still felt pain so I made it known and Dr Kim stopped and gave me a 2nd anesthesia and tried to start procedure again but again I still felt discomfort so he stopped and took all the tools out of my mouth and administered a 3rd round of anesthesia. Now I numbed up really good and can't feel anything. Dr was done with my procedure in just a little over an hour. I had a 1/4 of my tooth broken and Dr Kim even added fillings and rounded out my tooth so it's not sharp. It's also a zoo when you go in there. It's very hectic and I've never seen the same hygienist more than once. They also have an annoying habit of pestering you. For example, I had a 1pm appt. I was parking the car and at 1:01pm I get a call asking if I'm still coming. However, on multiple visits I've waited in the lobby 15 minutes past the appointment time to be taken in. So they are fine with making you wait but 1 minute late on your part and it's an issue.

Today's appt was supposed to be 4 hours(fillings, a crown and deep cleaning for my left side. I was 13 mins late- texted and called the office to let them know I'm going to be late, in case they couldn't fit me in anymore. Holly answered and said no problem, drive safe. When I got there Holly was busy, Maria checked me in. The first thing she said to me was "we might not be able to do all your treatments today since you're late. Please sign all the forms and pay the balance of $550." I said what do you mean? The whole reason why I'm here today is that I don't want to get numbed multiple times. She said but you're late and time is tight. My machine is not up front so do you have a card? I said I texted Holly she's aware I'd be a little late, she rolled her eyes and said "I can see the message too". Who talks like that and who trained her? It took them 15 mins to check me in and I didn't even SEE the doctor's face till 11:45. Clearly my 13 mins was really a big deal lol. I am responsible for being 13 mins late but I believe Maria could work on her delivery better. If you want to gaslight patients cuz you're overbooked- you're arguing with the wrong person. I'd have no problem if I was told on the phone that me being late would delay my treatment- I probably would have turned around and rescheduled instead of driving half an hour to get there and be told that I cannot do all of my treatments which would of defeated the purpose. Dr.Patel ended up doing all my treatments as discussed- I want to make it clear that this review does reflect on her work, the hygienist, Dr Jamie(I believe she did my deep cleaning) and Holly. I'm more than disappointed by the front staff Maria and her unprofessionalism/rudeness. Holly witnessed the whole interaction and the fact that this wasn't brought up to the management is concerning. If I was the owner of the practice I would absolutely like to know who cares about my clients and who doesn't. I hope they do better in the future.

I put off getting my wisdom teeth out for 5-7 years because my pain tolerance is laughably low (getting my ears pierced was traumatic enough). They went over everything, post-op plans, expectations, recovery tips and made me feel like I was genuinely in good hands. But even then, I had no idea just how committed they were to making this comfortable for me. The surgery? Flawless. I didn't feel a single bit of pain or discomfort not before, during, or after. I'm someone who cries at a paper cut, so to walk away from oral surgery without pain? Truly a miracle. I chose IV sedation, and it was so easy , i fell asleep, and next thing I knew, I was at home, pain-free and minus four teeth. Recovery has been just as smooth. My exam and root canal were just over $1,100, which was already a huge relief. But the real surprise was Dr. Timothy Adams. The procedure took about 45 minutes, using the latest technology and it was basically painless. He said I might have soreness for a couple of weeks.
