Really enjoyed our stay at the Silverado resort. Relatively large grounds with golf, gym, and restaurants. I became very obsessed with the soyfrito egg breakfast burrito. Rooms were decent, clean and lots of storage. Only downside was when you ordered a cart, they would take extremely long and depending on the location of your room, you can't really see out the window if they're outside or not.

Second time staying at this resort. It was completely complementary due to the first time staying at the resort due to concierge dropping the ball on an important day (Father's Day) and everything I had planned for my husband upon arrival. The staff is friendly, the resort itself is absolutely beautiful. The food and drinks at the restaurant is great. It's just the inconsistency with the concierge. However they did make it right with having us come back a second time.

We were visiting the Sonoma & Napa valley area & stayed at the Silverado resort. The resort is located in Napa, CA. My husband had been there many years ago & really liked it. They offer private apartments available in one or two floor structure. We chose the one floor room easier access, no stairs. The staff were very helpful. The resort is beautiful. I would have given them 5 stars if not for the way they treated us. As we were flying home, we received an email accusing us of breaking their mirror. They informed us that they were charging us $350. So we responded to their email stating the facts as to why we were not the culprit. We left the room in pristine condition. We travel often & this was a shock to us. In the end, we never heard back from them. Not even acknowledging our response nor an apology. I don't think I'll be returning. P.S. important tip: Prior to departure, take a pictures of your room on your cell phone with date & time stamp.

Beautiful resort with amenities for families. Highly recommended for golf lovers and nature lovers. So lucky we got to stay at this resort for July 4th weekend.

We stayed here for our anniversary. I called the day before check in to ask if they had early check-in and and was told that while there may be a charge, they did have early check-in. I also asked if we weren't able to do early check-in, would we be able to use the hot tub and pool and were told we could. We arrived around 11:30a and while check-in was at 4p, they gave us early check-in with no charge. Since it was our anniversary, they added a $25 resort credit to our room. Our room was nice with a king-sized bed and a small patio. Bed was a tad high and as a vertically challenged person, I had to hop up to the bed. We hung out in the room for a bit and then went down to the pool. There's a small store on the way to the pool where we picked up snacks; we had brought our own drinks. When we got to the pool, we discovered they had poolside food and drinks so we had one drink each. There were a group of women who were celebrating two of their 30th birthdays and they were very respectful and not obnoxious at all. After a while, we went back to our room and got ready for dinner. We went to the Matchplay Kitchen & Bar. I had risotto w/asparagus, peas, and pork belly and my husband had steak with fries. We also had a drink each. The food, while pricey, was good and our server, Fiona, was very friendly and attentive. We decided to get dessert at the Market & Bakery. I was so full after that I was a tad uncomfortable. We both slept fine that night and the bed was comfortable. The only mild complaint was the in room fridge hummed sort of loud but I used sleep sounds on my phone so that helped. Check out was easy as we just had to text them and let them know we were leaving. We would stay there again.

Friday nights are for music at Silverado! 6-8pm with the doors open to hear music and the view of the golf course is amazing. Great casual vibes to kick off the weekend! Kellee Marie.com rocks it. Would love to have her more often. The onion rings a sauce are exceptional!

Wow I'm really surprised at the 3 star reviews! This property is gorgeous and the suites are lovely. The spa is truly amazing and serene and relaxing and the food and service is top notch! I couldn't ask for a better birthday getaway, and I can't wait to go back soon!

We had a very pleasant stay here! Was here as a guest for my sister's conference that was hosted on the grounds. Upon driving in, there's a grand front yard with main house that makes for a dreamy estate entrance. It's a large property with various markets, restaurants, and bars to explore. Centrally located in Napa where driving to other destinations was only around 10-20 minutes. Upon arrival to our room, there was a bottle of wine which was a great welcome gift, very fitting for Napa! The room was large which included 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen area, and a living room with circular dining table. We were also able to request a cot which was useful with the kids. The room is very bedroom centric where the bathroom and the large private patio is only accessible through the bedroom. Some updating would be useful with living room furniture and the cots. I unfortunately did not take advantage of all the amenities such as the golf course or spa because I was on babysitting duties, but we did utilize the pool (there's 2) every day which was clean and towels ready everyday. The weather was on the colder side so the hottub was nice! One of the pool entrance doors was not opening with a key card so a little bit of an annoyance to have to walk to the other side to get in. We did spend a lot of time by the front yard and the market deli which has good breakfast/lunch options and woodfired pizza for dinner!

Came here for my company's offsite, definitely enjoyed how spacious and nice the rooms were! The food was also pretty OK! Beautiful resort

This is my second time attending an event at Silverado Resort. Wow, this place is nice. All the staff were so friendly. The food was great. Previously, one of our friends got a room and we all loved hanging out there. They also have weddings here. Great job everyone at Silverado Resort.

    Chipping paint on baby crib.

** Parents Beware - Serious Safety Concerns With Baby Accommodations** Silverado has usually been our go-to when visiting family nearby, but this was our first trip with our 7-month-old. I called the reservations line instead of booking online so I could ask a few questions about traveling with a baby. I specifically asked if they provided cribs and was told, "Yes, we provide cribs, no problem." We even upgraded to a larger room so I could have a sink and fridge for pumping, so this was not a cheap stay. At check-in we were told a crib should already be in the room and to let us know if it wasn't. A bellman couldn't get our door open, so we stood outside with our baby for about 10 minutes waiting for security. When we finally got in, there was no crib. One was brought about 15 minutes later. **Crib issues:** The mattress sat almost on the floor and was so low that only my husband could easily place our baby in it. It was also a mini crib, which I wish they had mentioned when I called since I only brought a full-size sheet. The biggest issue was that the paint on the crib was chipping. It looked extremely old and heavily used, and chipped paint is dangerous. I didn't notice these issues until after dinner when the baby was ready for bed. Since she was already asleep, we assessed the risk and assumed she wouldn't touch the sides, but I barely slept. Middle of the night I ended up picking her up and holding her until she woke up. The next day I called and asked for another option. They said they only had pack and plays. My baby has never slept in one, but they brought it anyway. **Pack and play issues:** It was tiny, old, stained, and would not lock into place, which was another safety issue. I called again and was told that was all they had and that the head of housekeeping would call me. I never received a call. My husband and I ended up finding our own solution for the remaining two nights. At checkout I told the manager because the crib's condition felt unsafe. He apologized but offered no compensation or concession and said housekeeping would call me to better understand what happened. That was two days ago and I still have not heard from anyone. Parents beware. This resort has always seemed family friendly with pools, summer concerts, and kids golf lessons, but it is definitely not baby friendly. Unfortunately it is no longer our go to when visiting family.

    Good morning, Napa

Went to an event on a long weekend in Napa at Silverado Resort. The resort is so quiet and peaceful. Love watching the sunrise on tranquil morning walks where it seemed like I had the property all to myself. Fun to meet one of the presenters and talk to him as we walked to The Mansion. Our room was huge. So much space for one couple. The one bedroom apartment had a full kitchen, dining table, and a large living room and bedroom separated by a sliding door. The balcony overlooking the golf course was the entire length of the condo unit. Nice to have eco friendly aluminum water bottles replenished on a daily basis. Took the complimentary bottle of wine home to share with friends. The reserved parking spot was great. The food was good overall. Breakfast was similar each morning. Would recommend adding a few more healthy options. This is California after all. Lunches and dinners had good choices, too. They were nice to make an alternative dish for us minus the shellfish. Make sure to list what is included on the buffet either completely or not at all. (Chicken wonton soup that has pork wontons should be listed as chicken soup with pork wontons.) They did run out of desserts due to people at the conference piling their plates, but probably did not need that anyway. Loved dinner and wine tasting under the oaks in The Grove. Would be scared to look at the open bar tab for the long weekend. Surprise that with all of the liquor flowing that only one bartender seemed to know how to make mocktails. (Thank you Yelp for all of those virtual classes during the beginning of 2020.) Location is a short drive to other spots in Napa Valley. Check out the Gordon Huether Art Studio down the road. Art Matters.

I will be visiting Silverado with my bf for 3 nights in September. Unfortunately we booked through hotwire so we can't cancel (I saw reviews after). Anyone have suggestions on what to ask for before we arrive in order to have an excellent stay?

Did anyone stay here with kids, and leave them while adults went out to dinner or wine-tasting? Talking about teens here, not young children. Could well-behaved teen kids go to the pool, for example, without an adult? Thanks.

Not sure about the pool area, however our room had nice amenities to watch TV to watch movies or bring a game console to hook up.

We were greeted handsomely and with complimentary champagne while we waited for the concierge to finish our check in. When we were finally led to our room, we got a very thorough tour of what was in the room and about the grounds. There were many complimentary beverages available in the lobby and a wine and cheese hour that we took advantage of. Our stay itself was magical. This spot is close to downtown Napa yet away from the crowds, and it was nice to unwind and recharge along the river while we waited for dinner reservations. Room: 10/10 Even though we were on the bottom floor right off the lobby/beverage center, we were not disturbed by noises or other guests which was a plus. Bed: 10/10 Linens were so nice and clean and bed was super comfortable Service: 10/10 Everyone that worked here went above and beyond during our stay that we even brought them back tacos from Mothers Tacos. Wind down service was incredible and not sure if it's because it was a birthday/anniversary weekend for us, but they had little tealight candles in our room for us when we returned. Complimentary Breakfast: 8.5/10 We loved that breakfast came included and was primarily the reason I wanted to book this hotel for my partner to experience for his birthday. Great options for everyone. Only real complaint is that they advertise real maple syrup with their waffle and what ended up coming was the nasty fake stuff. I would think for a place of this caliber and at this price point, the syrup would be as advertised. Bathroom: 7.5/10 Classy nice bathroom, however there was a smell that came out of the shower drain the entire time we were there. Overall, I would definitely return here. The outdoor seating areas were fun to explore and we made good use of the firepits. Great spot to decompress or to celebrate life's special moments with a partner.

Though I will say that the wine tasted pretty bad, my partner and I were hoping to walk the property, but it should be known that there isn't much room to walk around. Nevertheless, they have areas to sit and enjoy enjoy the water. It's definitely a romantic place to stay very quiet. Although it's next to a busy road and the cars can sometimes get a bit noisy. They have a space outside to get massages by the water. Breakfast was delicious. FYI, there is no pool here so don't bother bringing your swimsuit. The folks who worked here had a positive attitude and were very accommodating. I think good service makes a big difference. First impressions: unfortunately there was only valet inside the garage or street parking. I'm not the biggest fan of valet, especially when traveling with so much stuff and a baby, but that was the only option. It is complimentary, though, so it is a positive for many people. The front of the property was also going through if construction and I had a hard time finding my way to the lobby from the street. Luckily a hotel guest coming back led me up to the area. Once inside, the actual interior lobby area is beautiful and fairly spacious. Check in was easy and the service up front was good, nothing bad to say there! After making my way back to our car and going through the valet, we luckily were able to get a cart to Bri g all of our stuff up to our room. I did book our room with points and was pleasantly surprised with our lovely king suite. It was beyond spacious! I did have some issues with cleanliness, but overall, everything was well maintained. We loved the kitchen having so many of the items we would've needed, the spacious bathroom (which honestly, is larger than the actual bedroom!), the fact that you could call for more complimentary water bottles, and wear the provided robes in the closet (although one seemed to be dirty). There is also a complimentary shuttle that can take you to town :) We didn't use the other hotel amenities, such as the pool and bar/restauarant, but loved all the seating inside and outside, as well as the location. Great walkability to many restaurants! Overall, the price was quite high for the experience I had and I am glad I got to use my chase points to help pay for it, but it is still a good option for families and the location is pretty nice along the river!

You made our decision to leave an no brainer and we didn't have any stress about not staying the other 2 nights. We will forever be loyal to Bardessono, due to the love and care that was showed to us by you that morning while we were in distress. Also thank you to the staff who was there on the night shift for parking our car when we returned from the emergency vet at 3:30 AM. While we were sad to leave we most definitely are looking forward to the next time we come back.

Our room was not ready but once it was our luggage got brought in. Neatly arranged. Re-Bagged in some instances. We left to start our day. At about seven thirty pm we arrived back at our hotel. An employee escorted us to our hotel door. I've never experienced that before. He opened our door for us and made sure we got inside. Once inside we were stunned at the level of care our bags got. A electric remote controlled fire place started to warm the room. A big flat screen television was mounted in the wall. A phone with our wooden key cards waited on a table with a tiny map of the grounds. Elegant and eco friendly all in one. The room was ADA regulated until we noticed the huge high tub in the restroom. Definitely not for me and a friend who definitely had issues getting in and out safely. I loved the heated floors in the bathroom. The door that closed for privacy was definitely a struggle to use. The first night I attempted to order a cheese and meat charcuterie board for room service. Once it arrived we took it out side on our very low lit patio. The food was fantastic. A great way to end our night. Every day we got a forty dollar breakfast credit. We definitely loved that. Every morning we sat outside by the fire place eating gourmet food. To ease our tired bodies from a ton of walking the day before. We checked out the hot tub. What a wonderful way to begin day 2. Upon Returning that next evening we discovered our room had been completely re stocked. Beds made. Supplies restocked. I wanted 2 cups of hot water. I rang the front desk. 2 cups of hot water arrived 5 minutes later. Door Dash style. We enjoyed our hot tea before bed. The room did not have a Microwave or a machine to dispense just hot water. Our coffee machine was not the ordinary one. It only activated with a coffee pod inserted in it. I did miss having access to a microwave. This place is definitely one to stay at. exceptional help all the way around. Beautiful grounds with a pool and hot tub. Work out room and spa all located close by. In order to access the pool or spa remember to carry your room key. The staff were all exceptionally cordial and professional . We will definitely be back.

To SENZA ownership and management: You have issues…read more The website misrepresents this property in many ways. SENZA presents itself like a top hotel, but it is not match other properties in Napa. We booked a "vineyard-view" room. Instead, we got an active construction project directly outside our room. The vineyard featured in the marketing does not belong to SENZA. No heads-up. Because the property sits in a neighborhood, you get all the noises of home... generators, neighbors outside late and a driveway construction project early Saturday morning. We experienced a 10-hour power outage. We found online that it was pre-planned by PG&E for the block the hotel is on. The staff was caught completely unaware and had no plan. Guests were not notified in any way. Is that greed or incompetence? Most of the staff seemed apathetic or simply were not there. The café sign says, "Go to the front desk," but the front desk sign says, "I stepped away." They advertise pool service, but it is only available if the staff shows up. Getting a Diet Coke from the counter seemed like an inconvenience. We had to ask for housekeeping, and then I felt bad because it appeared one person was cleaning all the rooms. We were given a $40 food-and-beverage credit for each night. Later, we were told it did not include alcohol. Later again we were told it could not be used after 10:00 am. Shoutout to the Austin and Natalia who we saw working hard. Austin appeared to be doing everything from luggage to landscaping. Natalia found us some lamps and was in the utility closet trying to get the Wi-Fi working. Another positive was the pool. Without much staff or other guests around we had the pool to ourselves. SENZA is marketed and priced like an upscale Napa hotel. The actual experience does not come close.

The service here was excellent, I had a cake delivery scheduled and the staff had the cake sent up to my room so it was waiting in the room on our arrival. We stayed in the Andaz Junior Suite. Nicely decorated, automatic fireplace, soaking tub, loved the humongous shower, double TVs in living room and bedroom. Our room faced 1st street. The TV has basic channels and allows you to cast. We used the huge soaking tub and the fireplace was automatic. The walk in shower was huge and pressure and hot water were totally fine. The location, service and the hotel was amazing for a romantic getaway.

The location is ideal -- right in the heart of downtown, with excellent shops, restaurants, and tasting rooms all within easy walking distance. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the people. Many of the same staff members have been here for years, and the entire team brings such a positive, energetic, and welcoming culture to the property. You genuinely feel taken care of every time. Our most recent stay was no exception -- everything was wonderful, as always. Thank you to the entire Andaz team for consistently making our Napa trips so special and memorable. We'll be back again soon!

Sadly enough, this hotel is dealing with serious THEFT ISSUES which management is unwilling to fix…read moreor even review. I recommend the reader staying elsewhere if you have any valuable items. My story below. We stayed at the Archer Hotel Napa mid December 2025. When departing the property, I left my Stetson cowboy hat in the room ($1K+). Realizing this the next day, I contacted the Archer Hotel who informed me that nothing was reported yet (with a promise for a follow up notice). After 3 weeks of silence, I reached out again and was told that staff had not found the hat in the room. I must point out that the hat was packed in a special-purpose large box; given the size, special packing, value, and nature of the item, it is inconceivable that it would have been discarded as trash. Evidently, it was stolen. I then escalated this issue to management who mostly ignored my requests (I can share various emails for those who care). I did learn that there is security footage but access or review of it was denied (and one would wonder why that was not done in December following my first call?). This makes it evident that management (GM Michael Pace and Director of Operations Patricia Wilson) prefer to turn a blind eye and as such indirectly approves of staff holding on to left-behind items of value. Again: this is theft. I am now left with filing a report with the Napa Police Department.
