This is all true. I am changing this to avoid more harassment from the company. Here is my first review: Worst customer service experience of my life! Driver was screaming and yelling at me. I was shaking by the end of it. And the truck ramp was broken. He had to hit one tire ramp with tire iron to get it down and used boards for other side. Least professional experience of my life!

First of all they say door-to-door pick up, I bought a high in Mercedes in the LA area to be delivered to Arizona. I was quoted $750 later on I found out I paid $200 to $300 too much with other companies calling me with quotes. They emailed me after I stupidly paid them ahead that my very expensive Mercedes would be picked up at the dealership on Monday and delivered to Arizona on Tuesday. The dealership called me on Friday in a panic as I had passed on the information the car will be picked up on Monday however, another transport company took it to a lot where it sat over the weekend, none of this was communicated to me by CAR-GO, I finally tracked down the guy ( luckily the dealer had all of this information) and he advised me it wouldn't leave his unknown lot until After the weekend on Monday! I called CAR Go and only got a recording that they were closed on the weekend so I had no communication or clarity on what was going on with my car. therefore, I was left with only communicating with the owner of this vacant where my Mercedes at. On Monday, it was picked up and I was assured by the driver it would be delivered Tuesday afternoon. To make a long story short, the driver did not want to drive to Tucson on Tuesday Contracted but finally showed up at 10 PM that evening. I I Iwould strongly recommend Anybody shipping a car to not use this company. They are not dependable. They do not provide real time tracking and basically could care less once they got your money. We are talking about extremely expensive vehicles and they do not provide any of the service that they quote on their website. Mike H

    Transported a brand new vehicle from a dealer in SC to AZ. The car was a gift for my wife. The…read morevehicle arrived very quickly (within 3 business days) and the transaction was seamless. I paid for an enclosed container so that the car would remain 'spotless' as advertised on their website (https://www.montway.com/enclosed-auto-transport). However, when it arrived the driver acknowledged that my car got dirty because he loaded a dirty wet car above mine. When I submitted a claim Montway politely claimed that the shipping company cannot be held responsible for dirt and debris despite being in an enclosed container. To be clear, my car was in no way damaged and I remedied the situation by taking the vehicle to be hand washed. However, I believe that consumer expectations should be met in particular when those expectations are set as advertised. The cost of me having to arrange for an external wash and detail is a two star deduction.

Now we're loading in the dark and cold. -Show up un-equipped -The driver has no Montway documents or ID, and his truck is from a totally different company. Tells me: "Trust me!" -Montway does not answer calls after hours. Not even the "emergency after hours number"! -The phone message says to use the app to message them.... doesn't work. -Driver wants to use one of my cars to tow another onto the trailer There are plenty of other good transport companies out there.     Long story short: if you don't have time restraints surrounding pick up and drop off (work, school,…read morechild care, etc.) they have fair prices and get the job done. My car got here within the original window and undamaged. Prices were fair- moving from Arizona to Minnesota for $1,000. I'm giving 3 stars because the communication throughout the process was really not good and I was often left totally in the dark. A few days before my car was to be picked up, They told me it would be picked up Monday. They didn't show up so I called to ask. They said they'd be there Tuesday. They didn't show up. When I tried to ask what was going on, they just said they were within their original window and were not apologetic. The same issues happened upon pick up. They missed a few windows and then, with my car less than an hour away for 1.5 days, said it was because the driver could not deliver ANY cars that day due to some regulations. Then the driver contacted me to say he wouldn't deliver to me because he had too many deliveries that day. Kim in the main office was AMAZING and probably the only helpful person I talked to the entire time I was going through this. Everyone else was condescending and not apologetic because they were within that original window.
