After a phone call to Butterfield storage the girl was nice enough to tell me about the information at the sister company Silverhawks storage. I called and spoke to Latoya who was very informative and easy to talk to over the phone after she found out our needs, she said we have something if you want to come take a look. We came down right away while we were waiting we spoke to Cami, at the front desk who was also very kind and easy to talk too. Both of the front desk gals were excellent at their job! We're so glad we came to this place , it is very clean, new and well run. Also the specials that are running this month help out a lot . Well maintained, clean and bright with direct drive up access to some units. We just signed up for 2 storage units and since we were business owners, we got an extra 10% for both units. Wow, just wow. I can not say enough great things about Silverhawk. Beth is seriously a GEM. She helped us out with everything we asked/needed and more. It was such a seamless process. Even with having to get another unit because the one we originally rented wasn't big enough (my fault), she came out there to find us one close to our original unit and emailed me all the paperwork to sign so that I could stay out there and help move, not having to walk all the way back to the office.
