I watched him as he laid down two bara (flatbread) then scooped some curried channa (chick peas) on each, topping them with tamarind and cucumber chutney. I was seating at the counter, watching David the man that prepares the sandwiches to go. David is very talkative, but looked like he knew what he was doing preparing those sandwiches. I observed the young girl at the register, in what I would consider in a disrespectful manner, tell David to hurry up with the orders. Not appropriate in front of customers. The new owner, was walking around the counter area, very stoic, not greeting anyone. How did I know that was the new owner. I asked. I won't be back at Dyan's.
