The cabbage and plantains were good as well. This Rasta pasta chicken was from another universe. This pasta was AMAZING!!! They had 2 heat levels and I got the spiciest one. Finally I made a decision on the rabo encendido (oxtails) with a side of boniato (fried steamed sweet potato) and congris (Cuban black beans cooked with white rice). The servings were massive.
