This Movie Place is Clean and Nice we have been twice the Seats are Soft the Sound in this movie is Awesome Food is Great

Went to this theater on a rainy Saturday night. The yellow parking deck is right across the street please try to avoid going on a Braves game night as parking will be limited. The theater was nice and clean. The staff and the service was great. We ordered our food through the qrcode and received our food and drinks quick. The food was hot which at places like this it usually isn't so I was happy about that and tasted okay. They were sold out of all of what we wanted to try so that was bad. The drink strawberry mojito had no alcohol it tasted like juice. The prices here are way overpriced for my liking and not worth it. The tickets alone were 63 for three people that's wild. The food total was 150 + tip and we didn't even get full. I would recommend to try it at least once but I probably won't go back. read more

What a cluster!!! Went with my boyfriend for a double date night. Tried to order the food from our chair but wouldn't work, asked someone who worked to get someone to our order. No one ever came and then went to the bar and the lady said she was to busy to help me. Food eventually came 10 minutes before the movie ended!! Customer service was terrible. You are seriously letting the Braves Stadium vibe down big time. I need my money back on this one and I never do that! read more

I'm not one to leave reviews but this is now my 4th time there and literally every time as been awful. I keep trying to be optimistic but nonetheless nothing has improved. This most recent i got my food and it was cold and after waiting another 30 mins to get it again the food was subpar. Whatever you do DO NOT get the steak or the salmon it's trash. Serviced TRASH. All around experience trash. Chicken tenders are good though. read more

I visited the location at The Battery-ATL with my kids today. The venue itself is really nice. The food was luke warm at best and we arrived around 5pm. The server was nice, but once she got the check paid.......I did not have anyone check on us for the rest of the movie. I would not recommend this venue to my colleagues until they take food service and customer service seriously. It's not enough to pay $90 for pre-cooked tacos, sliders, and cold french fries. read more

Unfortunately, I had high hopes for this theater and they let me down tremendously. Myself and 5 other guests chose to come here to watch Wakanda Forever on Saturday. We sat at the bar when we walked in and the bartender seemed to be overwhelmed which may be why it took her 20 minutes to acknowledge us. Before we walked in the theater we all went to the restrooms and I will say for the high price of these non-refundable tickets the bathrooms are a COMPLETE DISASTER! Being that it was an opening weekend they should have been prepared for an influx of customers with either routine maintenance or on site attendants but instead they had none of that. There was literally paper towels, water and toilet tissue everywhere and to make it worse there wasn't any toilet tissue in the stalls! The men we were with also said their bathrooms weren't clean either. We finally made it inside the theater, ordered drinks and food and watched the movie but the servers don't come back to check on you after you've been given your items and tipped them. After the movie we all went back to the restroom because who can hold it for an hour drive ahead? And needless to say the bathrooms were even more disgusting. I ended up in a stall with urine on the floor and could have thrown up! We talked to the manager about our experience and all she had to say was "because it's a busy weekend we didn't have anyone there to maintain the restrooms, my apologies". The only good thing I can say about this place is the movie was fantastic. You're better off going to a Fork & Screen before spending your money here. read more

Obviously they have no control over the horrendous parking situation but they do have control over the drink and meal service. Everyone in my party ordered food and drinks before the film started and no one received anything and getting a refund was a long process cause everyone else from different theaters seemed to have had the same problem. The place is nice but they gotta get their operation systems down. read more

We went to see 007 (good movie) however the staff SUCKS! We ordered drinks and wanted to wait to order food, the movie is 2.75 hrs long. So about an hour into the movie we decided to order and paid by the app. The food never came! I spoke with 3 different waitresses and finally the front desk, they all said they will check on it. Then some skinny white chic (manager who works Friday nights) said she reordered it and it will be there soon. B", I never received it, by this time I was done with the food crap so me and my date were "hangry"! After the movie I aggressively complain and got a refund for the food! The staff SUCKS!!!! I will definitely go to IPIC theater to watch movies for now. read more

We did the private screening option and arrived 20 minutes before our 3 hour reservation. I called ahead 1 hour to confirm our streaming service would be up on the screen at our start time. It took 20 minutes to locate a manager to start our movie and 30 more minutes for them to actually start it. The managers eyes were rolling upward and she repeated "I don't know what to do. I don't know what to do". How didn't the manager know there was a reservation booked? After 30 minutes of listening to the manager and party host loudly complain about the kitchen, other staff, management, everything they were pissed off about work that day (this is all 2 feet away from me and my date as we sat in our private theater completely stunned and in shock), a second manager came and our movie was on the screen in under a minute. This was a surprise for my new fiancé and could not have been the least luxurious experience. It took 30 minutes after our movie ended to find another manager and pay our food tab. When I shared the unacceptable experience with the manager she said it's a skeleton crew and then proceeded to make fun of the movie we chose. There is no other person to contact on the website. So I am writing this review to warn everyone- do NOT book a private screening here or any event. read more

The food is nothing better than McDonalds. I thought it might be a fluke, so I gave I a second try and the chefs here are horrible. They don't belong in a kitchen. The bartenders are inconsistent at best. Management could care less about what goes on. I won't be back! read more

Haven't been to movie in over 10 years just not worth the cost. My wife and son convinced me to go. We went to the new TopGun Tom Cruze movie. Yea we are doing this again and soon. Great experience. Every seat is a balcony seat no head in front of you. Big reclining arm chairs with food trays. Wait staff takes orders or use the app. Brought to your seat. But here is what I liked it. Huge HDscreen. Doubly sound better than in my cave. I was rocking in my seat with the fighter jets. The film experience alone will take me back soon. What a great experience for an older guy. Silverspot cinema is my favorite date night spot. The food is always amazing. The seats are comfortable and I love the seat reclining feature. I try to go as much as possible. A little pricey but so worth it for good food, drinks, and a movie. read more

Worst cinema in ATL went to watch a movie and the server was nice and told us my food would come out in 10-20 mins. The food didn't come out until half way through the movie. All of my friends ordered on 1 phone because the app wasn't working. When the waiter came to serve us everyone gots a drink besides mine. Thinking in he would comeback to bring my drink. He comes out with the food I asked for he said it's coming and when he came back he served other peoples drink. Ngl i was very parched the whole entire movie. Eating dry chicken tinders. Here are the issues we had that you should be aware of: 1. There are no call buttons or designated waiter for the theater, so if you need refills or drinks, extra/missing condiments, to-go-box you have to leave your seat to find a waiter/food runner. 2. The app allows your to pick 6 sauces/condiments for the sliders, however our food came with NO condiments, not even ketchup for our fries. I had to walk out in the middle of the movie to find someone to get me my condiments, and it took them 15 minutes to bring the condiments to me. It was very disruptive 3. There's no way notify the staff on the app if you're missing/needing condiments, refills on drinks, or even to order water. You literally have to flag someone down or find someone outside the theater. Huge inconvenience that takes away from your viewing of the movie and is disruptive to other patrons. 4. Picture quality/sound quality is not what you'd get from AMC or regal, so keep that in mind. If you're a picture quality/sound quality snob and are used to RPX or IMAX, you'll be deeply disappointed. 5. We ordered the burger sliders and the tuna bites which were underwhelming. 6. You have to pre-tip when you place your food order on the app. We tipped well but later regretted it due to the lack of any waiter being available during our movie and that no one was refilling drinks, or available to bring extra-condiments/napkins/to-go boxes. 7. If you love truffle fries, their fries are lacking truffle flavor. They skimped on the truffle oil and we were disappointed. Would not recommend. We won't be returning because of the issues listed above. Wasn't worth the $100+ we spent on tickets and food, given that the food was below average and picture quality was also below average and lack of waiters. read more

I coming to this theater, but Parking at Silverspot cinema in the battery is way too expensive!!! It's outrageous!!! We paid $30 for parking and my daughter paid $50. She came out 5 min behind us. It doesn't matter if she crossed over into a 3 to 4 hour parking range. It's way too much to pay for parking. Please do something about those who come to watch a movie and those who come for the Braves game. It doesn't make sense. read more

The bathrooms are a pigsty, no paper towels or hand soap. And no one picks up the phone when you call guest services.

This place is terrible. They've forgotten my order every time I've been. The first time, I waited 45 minutes for my food, I went to the cashier to request my order and I saw him eating it. The second time, I waited 30 minutes for a sprite and they forgot my order, again. I hate this place. It's so beautiful inside so it sucks that I can no longer enjoy my time here. read more

Great customer service. Theater is very nice and has recliners! The food and drinks are also very good!

I'll start by saying the theater itself was nice. Seats were comfy and reclined nicely. BUT there are divider walls between each row and when you recline your seat the wall blocks the bottom portion of the screen! It was crazy! I had to literally keep my seat in the full upright position and sit with perfect posture the entire movie to see the full screen. What's the point of reclining seats if you can't recline them because your view of the screen is blocked by the stupid divider wall?! So frustrating! Now let's move on to service....our server was super nice and personable. But once she took our order she bounced and we didn't see her again. Food runners royally screwed up our order and brought things out hours late, and when we said we didn't want them they left them with the people sitting next to us! Like what the hell? We told the runner that the items were very late and we no longer wanted them and they just said "oh my bad, go to guest services for a refund." They totally didn't care. I was excited to try this new theater as it was my first movie since covid, but let me tell you, the experience was awful and I won't be going back to Silverspot ever! read more

We planned a team outgoing here for 9 people planning to eat and watch a movie and I instantly regretted it. The movie started at 9:30pm, we arrived at 9:15. We stopped past the front entrance bar and the bartender attitude was disgusting and unwelcoming. After closing out our tabs for the drinks at the bar we went to the theater around 9:38pm, where previews were beginning to play. At no point of getting settled in we weren't approached by any waitress to let us know the kitchen closed at 10pm, if we would've known we would've ordered as soon as we sat down. Because we were starving we asked if there was anyway to order anything from a salad or fries or something quick and they said no. Very unprofessional and waitresses should've told us that we had a 30 min grace period. read more

So where do I start. Employees are very lax, eating while talking to customers, restrooms have no soap out of any dispensers and it's a pandemic. In addition I don't know how you feel about wearing a mask but none of the employees did. It seems as though they don't care about keeping the doors open and caring for the customers that are trying to support them. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. First time here, and it will definitely be my last. They have no concessions, you sit in your seat and scan a QR code to order. Not a big deal, except I ordered about 15 minutes before the movie started and I never got my food. All I ordered was a medium popcorn and a medium cherry coke. Everybody around me got their food and drinks, so I just decided to wait and hope mine came. I eventually asked a server that was walking by, and they said to wait and that it was on the way soon (I had gotten a text 45 minutes prior to this interaction that my food was on the way). Cool, so I wait longer. Finally, I get fed up and walk out to the ticket booth. I showed her my order (that I had already paid for), showed her the text that the food was on the way, and she said the same thing as the other guy, wait and it will come. It had already been an hour and a half so I gave up hope. I went back in the theater, watched the last hour of my movie, and left. I got a refund for my food before I left (hopefully it comes in 3-5 business days per the lady at the ticket booth). Never got an apology, but it is what it is.
