Great company. As an out of town owner of rental homes I have called and set up appointments with other Locksmith companies who failed to show up. I am new to the Las Vegas area and use Yelp often to find services. I moved into a home where the real estate agent who listed the house failed to leave a key for the front door. I removed the boltlock but was unable to find the exact replacement at Home Depot. I called Silverstate Locksmith and the person who answered the phone was extremly polite and helpful. When I got to the store a gentleman without hesitation indicated he could make a key for me and within 5 minutes he returned with my boltlock and 2 new keys. The owner came out to greet me and thanked me for my bsuiness. On top of the courteous and great service the price for the work done was extremly reasonable. Service experience was great and awesome, both gentleman helped me with my car battery and made me a new key, I first called and another locksmith company came, and quoted me a reasonable fee/ amount, but when they came they told me it was 60 dollars extra for the PIN code on top of their price they gave me but they didn't tell me until they were here at my house they tried to get me and I think that company was a scammer company because I tried to call them back later on and my call went straight to voicemail, so silverstate locksmith awesome company, I called them back after they already gave me a reasonable affordable price for the key to be made and they told me they don't need to get a PIN code or anything, they were very understanding with me, and came right away, and didn't have no attitude or anything very good honest men, they did what they came to do and much more by jumping my vehicle when they didn't have to because my car died. I haven't met any good honest super nice human beings in a long time I am so grateful for them and they def have a customer for life and I def will bring more people to them for life. So we had an issue where are flag pole key went missing. We asked the manufacturer for another copy and they were taking their sweet time. I called another locksmith that had decent google reviews and nearby.... not compared to the service at silver state. The other company wasn't very pleasant and said they would call me back in 5 minutes.... they never did. Then another locksmith by my house never answered their phone and couldn't leave a message. Beyond satisfied with this company. We used to call another locksmith that did a horrible job and charged extremely expensive prices. I was unsatisfied at the fact that we had to call them again to refix the work they did on our door and he wanted to charge me. I lost my only key to my place, and it's one of those special 8 keys that you can't duplicate and isn't easy to find. Mike came out within half an hour, got through my "secure" door in about 40 seconds without damaging anything, and ultimately ended up fabricating his own replacement key cylinder out of a spare that "almost" but not quite fit into my door, and left me with 3 keys instead of the 1 I had so now my roommates no longer have to share one key between us. I just had one of the best experiences from YELP with Silverstate Locksmith! I recently brought an older home and wanted desperately to keep the doors/locks. The door only had one key and it did not open at all. I called Silverstate because of the reviews. Mr. Mike came out at the time they stated Took a look at the door as his eyes got big and he said he never saw a door this old before I got a little sad thinking I will have to replace the doors. However Mr. Mike said let me grab my tools and take a look, within 30 minutes HE FIXED MY DOORS! He was also able to make me an extra key when Loews & Home Depot could not!
