We needed a locksmith in sort of a pinch. My brother in law accidentally locked his keys in the trunk and they were visiting from out of town. The job seemed to have been a simple one but the model car at question did not open the trunk latch from the inside with the unlock button. Silverstate Locksmith promptly scheduled a Monday morning appointment, but was unfortunately delayed. However, upon arrival the technician examined the door/lock and explained the handle/lock required a "code" or sequence to operate the lock. Upon demonstrating the sequencing code the lock and key worked as it had been designed. The charge for the service provided was limited to a service call, which was reduced due the delayed arrival.
