His staff is always friendly and helpful at each of the office locations. Dr. Willner is an excellent surgeon and has a great bedside manner. He has performed five laryngoscopy & bronchoscopy ("L & B" or "scope") procedures on my daughter since early 2012. In August of that year, he also performed Co2 laser surgery to remove a subglottic cyst from her larynx which had developed on account of laryngeal intubation trauma at birth. She was almost six months old but weighed a mere nine pounds at that time, having made her grand but eleven weeks premature entrance in to the world weighing only two pounds. When you are preparing for your child to go under general anesthesia and your anxiety level is elevated, you breathe much easier knowing that she's in such good hands. I'm so glad that we found him! I would highly recommend Dr. Willner to anyone needing an otolaryngologist, both children and adults alike.

I'm so happy with my Rhinoplasty/Septoplasty!…read more Dr. Giriraj Sharma has been amazing in every way! From the initial consultation, explaining the surgery and healing expectations, post surgery care, bedside manner, etc... Dr. Sharma has been wonderful! His staff is friendly and professional as well. I have had a deviated septum my entire life, and always breathed through my mouth and nose together, but primarily my mouth. So whenever I'd go running or exercise my mouth would get so dry almost immediately. The deviated septum also made scuba diving more difficult for me as equalizing my ears took longer and I could only do it by swallowing. I've always considered looking into surgery to get it fixed but never made the first step. It really wasn't until I was talking with a buddy of mine who's friend said his quality of life, sleep, and exercise so much better after he got surgery from Dr. Sharma that I decided to book a consultation. I looked around and talked with other surgeons, in addition to Dr. Sharma, but after it all I knew Dr. Sharma was the right surgeon for me. First off he's trained in both ENT & Facial Plastic Surgery! The Septoplasty and my breathing were my main focus but since I was already at the point of surgery I decided to have some aesthetic improvements done to my nose as well and opted for a Rhinoplasty in addition to my Septoplasty. Dr. Sharma is also very friendly, never once did I feel rushed or pushed in any direction. He's kind, supportive, and very knowledgeable. The day of surgery, he came by checking in on me and took time to talk with me to make sure I was comfortable. I'm only 2 weeks out from surgery and my breathing is significantly improved! I know it will continue to get better as the swelling and mild congestion heal and go away. Also the shape of my new nose is perfect! I'm so happy with it. I told Dr. Sharma I wanted my new nose to keep my ethnicity and masculinity, and he delivered! It still looks like me, just better. My wife, and mom even approve lol. I would highly recommend Dr. Sharma to my family, friends, literally everyone! He is incredibly talented and highly skilled. He's also a genuine, kind, and friendly person! Dr. Sharma and his team have all been so supportive and professional during this entire experience. I would 100% choose and recommend Dr. Sharma. 10/10!

I can't imagine how they managed to run an hour late only about an hour after they opened. No reasons/excuses/apologies were provided by the front desk. - The waiting room was very cold and there is nothing they could do to comfort the patients. No hot water or blankets. A poor lady with arthritis borrowed some newspaper from another patient to cover her legs. - The front desk emphasized during scheduling that ear cleaning won't be covered by insurance because the doctor doesn't have a nurse/assistant to perform it, so I should expect to pay cash. I ended up not needing it but was annoyed that I might have to pay out of pocket for things my insurance would have covered if they had a nurse. - The front desk let me sign a lot of paperwork to ensure they get paid whether or not my insurance pays eventually, which was fine. However, less a week after my visit, I saw they claimed two visits on the day of my visit and the day before and therefore double charged my insurance. I can't say whether this was an honest mistake, but given that they were so proactively seeking payment, I'm surprised they made such a simple mistake which happened to benefit them financially.

Coincidentally the office had a few people in waiting, filled out the paperwork, and found it to be rather quiet, very much resembling a library; the phone rang a few times and there was some chatter, but the staff wasn't overly loud or even anything negative to say and to be level headed I can be confident in commenting that they were more than appropriate and actually rather kind toward me. The wait wasn't much at all, probably rather typical if anything, along with the wait in the exam room. The doctor came in and was pretty right to the point. After bringing my concerns and recent online-references, being self-diagnosed, it was a simple as 'this is what you have and this is what you need.' Completely understanding what it's like to communicate with a customer who knows everything, being one myself, I was very accepting of his comments, his recommendations and prescription. I'm not going to argue with my mechanic telling me I need a new battery because I know it's bad for the environment; I'll take the new battery! No beating around the bush; this is my health we're talking about after all and I want it accurate with a scientific approach based on research and experience. I received nothing distant from this and loved the approach. The doctor smiled, shook my hand, wished luck and that's it. Well done! A few days later I'm operating at 100% and no problems equals no qualms! I'm going to be honest, they didn't give me flowers as I left, but as far as service goes, the staff was on top of it and the doctor was exactly what this patient needed.

I'm 68 years old. For years I struggled with breathing problems and sleep apnea. I used CPAP but…read morewas tired of being sick and tired. At 66, I had my first rhinoplasty. The surgeon was a triple board-certified plastic surgeon I had known for over 30 years. I trusted him and believed I was in excellent hands. The result was terrible. My breathing worsened and my nose looked unnatural. I lived with that outcome for over two years, trying to rationalize it, but I couldn't. This was my face. It affects how I breathe, how I sleep, and how I feel every day. So I did serious research. What I learned changed everything. Rhinoplasty is not just cosmetic. The nose must function. We are meant to breathe through our noses. When the structure is weakened or obstructed, airflow is compromised. Air must move freely when you inhale and exhale. The internal support has to remain stable so the airway does not collapse. Without that support, you mouth breathe, wake up tired, and constantly feel like you're not getting enough air. I experienced all of it. My research led me to Dr. Aaron Kosins in Newport Beach. Because mine was a revision case -- after my nasal bones had been broken in the first surgery -- preservation rhinoplasty was no longer available to me. I had missed the boat. Preservation rhinoplasty reshapes and repositions the natural structures of the nose instead of aggressively "hammering down" the bridge and rebuilding it from scratch. Dr. Kosins is one of the pioneers in using ultrasonic piezo instrumentation to precisely sculpt nasal bone rather than manually breaking it. This allows refinement of what a patient is born with while improving both appearance and function. Due to the prior damage, significant reconstruction was required, including cartilage taken from my own rib to rebuild and properly support my nose. If I could give one piece of advice: only do a piezo surgery! Dr. Kosins is widely regarded by his peers as a world expert in rhinoplasty, including preservation techniques and complex structural revision cases. Many established surgeons seek out his workshops and cadaver labs to refine advanced techniques. He has the rare ability to communicate directly, thoughtfully, and sincerely. From the first meeting, I knew I was finally in the right hands. And then came the result. It was a knockout. My breathing is excellent. Air moves freely through both sides of my nose when I inhale and exhale. There is no resistance, no collapse, no struggle to get enough air in or out. For the first time in years, breathing feels effortless. Cosmetically, my nose looks natural and balanced -- not artificial or overdone. I also want to acknowledge his team. Risa, the practice manager, was accessible and organized throughout the process. Judy was BEYOND amazing!!! After surgery she called and texted us multiple times a day, every single day, making sure I was doing well. We also had direct access to Dr. Kosins whenever we needed him. I never felt alone or uncertain. Choosing Dr. Aaron Kosins and his team made a major difference in my life, and I am extremely grateful.

I waited until the one-year mark to leave this review because I wanted to give my body enough time…read moreto fully heal and settle before speaking on my final results. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the outcome of my breast augmentation and with the level of follow-up support afterward. I had surgery on May 5, 2025. Around 4-5 months post-op, I began noticing significant asymmetry developing. By the time I returned for my follow-up appointment in September, the issue had already become very noticeable. At this point, I developed capsular contracture on my left side, causing the breast to feel hard, tight, and unnatural. On the right side, the implant dropped significantly lower than the left, creating visible asymmetry and uneven nipple positioning. I also experienced poor scar healing around my right areola, with the scar remaining thick, raised, and persistently itchy nearly a year later. To be fair, Dr. Kosins did acknowledge the asymmetry during my September appointment, discussed revision options with me, and his office provided information regarding the Allergan warranty coverage. I understand capsular contracture is a known risk of breast augmentation surgery and not necessarily the result of negligence. However, what left me disappointed was the lack of continued follow-up and support afterward. After the initial discussion regarding revision options and warranty information, there was no further outreach, follow-up phone call, scheduling assistance for next steps, or even scheduling of my one-year post-op appointment/check-in. As a patient navigating an upsetting complication less than a year after surgery, that absence of communication left me feeling unsupported and alone in the process. I never expected perfection, and I understand complications can happen with any surgery. But when complications do occur, communication, reassurance, and aftercare matter just as much as the surgery itself. Patients deserve to know not only how successful outcomes are handled, but also how they are supported when results do not go as planned.
