Just went to Simon's pineapple whip and yogurt. We have come here before but we have never had the yogurt rotten . The coconut yogurt was like kombucha, it had carbonation . The cookies and cream was sour like rotten milk . We had to drive back , I walked it to tell the guy working . He said you have to text the manager. He gave me 951-249-4005 . I texted them but no answer! Great customer service!

Wow, so disappointing. I just spent $12 on a very nasty "frozen yogurt". The texture very watery, it smelled funky, and the taste, I can't describe it. This is honestly super bad. I served salted caramel and chocolate and this stuff did not taste like those flavors. Never going back. I wish this was golden spoon again.

EXTREMELY OVERPRICED! Beware, make sure you check the scale for oz pricing before purchasing yogurt. The ounce price is not posted anywhere in the store. Only giving 2 stars because I do appreciate the flavor selection they have. If it wasn't for that, I would give it 1 star. The toppings that were available looked like they have been set out for days. The popping boba and jellies looked really old and dry. The spoons are cheap popsicle-stick-spoons.. would expect something more sturdier for such a high price tag. Although good, the yogurt was very runny and watery. By the time I got home, I had to leave in freezer for a couple of hours to have the right consistency. Once I was charged and told the price, I was shocked to see that the total was $80!!!!? I got 2 reg size and 1 large (no toppings on any).... I usually pay around 35-45 at other places for the same amount I got here. Ontop of that, I asked to split the bill and the worker told me that they do offer that option. Once I paid, the screen showed the $80 instead of the amount I requested..to which I asked what happened? He then said that he's typically able to set the amount after I tap to pay... instead of trying to find a solution, I was just stared at and told "what's suppose to happen", but not offered a resolution or given a "sorry". I figured the worker is new and couldn't problem solve which is why I just ended up leaving without disputing. I really don't recommend this place and won't be going back. You're really only paying based on the location. Drive a few min more and you can find equally delicious yogurt places at half the cost.

I wasn't impressed the first time I came here a couple of years back. I remember entering and waiting for an associate to ring me up. This review is based on my latest visit. As soon as I entered, an associate came out from the back to wait as I prepared a frozen yogurt concoction. There was a good variety of flavors and toppings to choose from. Although the flavor was average, the customer service I received was excellent! I am in this area often and their light up "OPEN" sign appears to be on no matter what time. Whether it's 2am or 7am. So in case you're wondering if they're open 24 hours, they are not.

The best place ever. This is a hidden gem and I highly recommend coming or it's definitely one of my new favorite snack spots. The toppings are really good and the yogurt is amazing. Cannot find this anywhere else especially places like Yogurtland. I like that the yogurt is very light and fluffy. Staff is also very nice and the atmosphere is so cute. 10000% will return!

Enjoyed the mango dole froyo. Fruit selection is less than desirable tucked away in a dark corner. I literally didn't see that you could add toppings. The biggest concern is the overwhelming smell of the cleaning solution used in this shop, It's very strong. It's really not the type of smell you want to be met with upon first entering. Staff was very nice. This is very expensive yogurt as so many people expressed above. read more

Simon says don't do it. Just don't unless you want to play Russian roulette with your poop shoot. If you ARE feeling lucky I advise you to first check the freshness of the fruit toppings - unless of course you're looking for a buzz bc the strawberries were so old you could get drunk off the fermentation, but don't worry it includes a side of gnat based protein. The cups are large enough to swim in, which is good bc the watered down product you will get will need to be contained somehow - and why offer small cups when they can offer cups so large you can't accurately gauge how much you are actually getting. Why would that matter you ask? Great question, I'd love to answer: bc their per ounce price is outrageous but you won't find that out until AFTER you have committed to the sale seeing that there is no signage clarifying their prices - and if it IS listed it certainly isn't where someone with eyes could see it. $17 for the equivalent of two 8oz yogurts. SEVENTEEN DOLLARS. I can't imagine how much more it could have cost if we had gotten the hot fudge to actually hot fudge or if we had opted for the delicacy that was room temp whipped cream nestled nicely in the heat of the countertop cooler it was sitting beside (the irony is thicker than their product). The ONLY thing that didn't not leave us feeling like we stepped into the twilight zone was the employee - she was very kind. If this place put half as much effort into their cleanliness and product as they do their branding they'd still be whack. read more

I keep trying, but the smell? Nobody else notices the smell inside this frozen yogurt store? It's so offensive and off putting. There's no other way to explain it but worse than a hot public bathroom with fabuloso (which I'm allergic to). Then, their staff cleaning door is ALWAYS open, so we can see, with our eyes, the food items on shelves WITH cleaning products. Not sure I can keep walking into that smell. No, I don't eat it, my teen does. I'll post pics of back room next time. read more

Its me and my boyfriends first time at this location we always go to the one off Margarita. Since we were in the area we decided to have a late night froyo date. We arrive 10 minutes before closing, right after a customer had just walked out. This young lady probably highschool age didnt even care to explain why just ignored us, the time it took for her to close up we wouldve already been out the door which was 10:55 on the dot. She even forgot to turn off the Open sign which shows you how f'ing lazy this kid was. I could understand if this was a restaurant but its a f'ing self serve yogurt joint where the workers dont do sh*t. Why close 10 minutes early? Wow you worked so hard that u couldn't spare a few minutes? Foh. read more

Price is outrageous. Not sure how much it is per oz. But for three it was $50 wasn't even filled to the top and only one had 4 gummy worms. The cashier asked if I had a coupon and she handed us one saying for next time. Not sure if I will come back due to the price. However the yogurt was good. The price at other place would be no more then $30 read more

Absolutely unacceptable, and HORRIBLE customer service. Big ass spider in my yogurt; no apology, no concern, no care in the world whatsoever. This place has the worst staff of any establishment we have EVER been to. They don't even speak. So disgusting please don't eat here if you don't want bugs in your yogurt Per the response from owner, dude is always defending the poorly run establishment, go here for yourself to experience the customer service. No apologies, no care in the world about an actual bug in their yogurt they served from owner or employees. No way can a bug get in while it's in my hand and luckily I found it before I finished it. Outrageous prices! I was shocked when 4 small cups came out to $50... I mentioned to the cashier that this price was shocking. She rang us up then handed me a 50% off coupon to use for next time. I asked her why she didn't offer to apply the coupon to our order today. Answer: 'our boss watches everything we do on video surveillance and he'll get mad at us if we apply the coupon before we hand it to you.' !!?!!!?? I was so embarrassed taking my aunt and uncle here.. the yogurt was good.. (as always) don't get me wrong but the place was filthy.. while the young cashier person was just relaxing and going through his phone.. young people these days don't have pride in what they do.. when I was 18 and working you would never catch me doing nothing.. we would be fired instantly! I guess nowadays as an owner you have to put up with it because as owners we are lucky now just to have someone show up for work.. clean windows , mop floors and keep the place up for your boss and the people that come to visit.. it's not difficult. read more

We had an amazing experience at Simon's Pineapple Whip & Yogurt! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick. The raspberry pomegranate flavor was absolutely delicious, and the passion fruit guava was so refreshing and flavorful. While walking through the mall parking lot I found this on the ground. I then realized there were 100's and 100's of them scattered through the parking lot, most of the ground but some wedged in door handles and on windshields. It looked as though someone stood on the roof of the 5 story parking lot and just threw 1000's of them over the side. Temecula is a clean city. Please find some other way to advertise. read more

The owner is a terrible person who does not pay his employees and for some reason he thinks it's a good idea to litter all over the city. He leaves flyers all around my apartment complex and i somehow get them at my car when im going to the Walmart on Temecula parkway.
