I usually go here for oil changes and inspections. Prices have gone from $30-$36 in the past few years, but their quality remains the same. Inspections are $25.50. You get a free car wash and interior clean with every oil change or inspection. If you're in a hurry or if it's raining, they'll give you a rain check on the car wash for another day. For a free car wash and interior clean, I don't have many complaints. There's nothing too special about the wash but I have yet to have a bad experience with them. When you pull up, you tell them what you need, you get out of the car, go into the waiting area, wait for them to hand you the receipt, pay for it, wait for them to clean your car, then you're ready to go. I love that they open so early, perfect for busy bodies who can't make it after work. My only gripe is that the workers are rude sometimes. It's really a hit or miss. Especially the girl who works at the cash register in the waiting area. I've been here for 5 years and I've seen her every time. Service really depends on the day. Overall, you can't go wrong here. Absolute morons at this place. Took my sisters car in for an oil change. The car ran and drove perfectly fine beforehand and I know because it was my car before I gave it to my sister. It just was due for an oil change and while doing the oil change, one of the guys decides to "fix" something on the car. Next thing you know you can't take your foot off the gas pedal before the car shuts off completely. Sat there for hours while the idiots tried to fix it and couldn't and then they gave up and told us they couldn't fix it and to come back the next so that they could MAYBE fix it even though they couldn't in the several hours we were there. Instead of waiting for them to SEE if they could fix it the next day (which they would've fixed it if they knew how BEFORE the day ended) and probably fuck up the car even more, we carefully drove it to another mechanic who actually knows what he's doing so he could fix it, which he did. And now they won't reimburse us. WILL be taking legal action. These collared knuckleheads are good for an oil change and that's about it. Even then I'd just go elsewhere. YUCK read more

I normally wash my own car but decided to bring it here. What a mistake! I know my car did not have the mark that is shown below. I brought it back and Sam the manager did a great job of accusing me of being wrong and it happened somewhere else. He tried to prove to me that the wax does not get that hot. If he really recreated where it was what my car got, he would know it got very hot and the last drop that fell onto my car did happen. So I went here for an exterior wash only. As I was waiting I saw that their air dryer was broken on the left side so my car came out completely wet still on the left side. Which is fine because they had people wiping it down. But there would still be residual water dripping later. These items were kept in my glove compartment which are NOT supposed to be cleaned during a car wash. The manager is completely rude and does not care about anything. They do a decent job of vacuuming and light dusting. If you don't want to get out of the car, they have a $5 "Wash and Go" option. Use to go to this place some years back and received really go service. However, went this past Saturday and I was not very happy with the service I received. My car is black, therefore any residual dirt after washing is very easy to see. Had residual dirt on both doors, front grill, hood, and antenna on top of car. This location is under new management and have apparently changed their name. My vehicle was damaged in the car wash. Unlike the person beside me who was very vocal about something inside her car being damaged and having everyone run over to tend to her, I calmly spoke to three people before the manager came over, saw the damage, apologized and indicated they would check their cameras & call me the next day. Driving off, I had a feeling I wouldn't hear from them. Sure enough, I found myself calling them since I hadn't heard from anyone. I was told their cameras were down & that the person on the phone would have the manager call me the next day. Meanwhile, I noticed other damage that occurred to my car, but again, no call, so I called them back. The same lady indicated that their cameras were down and they would call me back in three days. Still nothing. I will be calling them again, but I'm sure I will be getting the run around again. I do NOT recommend this location. I went there for almost 15 years under the Simoniz name & never had one problem. Was my car clean? Yes, but the costs for repairs is making me regret ever going there. HORRIBLE customer service! Had my car washed here during a recent trip to Houston. Just barely average. Equipment is getting old and dirty. I wasn't impressed.

Got a full service for $29.99. Exterior was beautiful as expected. But interior was horrible. The front was vacuumed up but the back seats and trunk was left untouched. I left a $10 tip as soon as I saw the outside the car, but I didn't fully inspect it. But what do you expect, you get what you've paid for. Technically paid $40 for some "real" waxing and vacuum. I went to this location about a week ago and I am really upset with the service. When we went to the beginning of the wash nobody was there to assistant us. We waited a few minutes until someone came out. Then we go through the wash and as we are having the guys dry the car, the black guy on the right side was giving us dirty looks. When he was drying off our windshield he punches the window really hard as if he is trying to break it!!! We didn't want to cause a scene so we ignored him. Then we pull up to the finishing area, we were told they would finish all the drying there and we were ignored for almost 10 mins! Even after I got out and asked to be serviced! Finally they finished and we drove around the corner back home. When we got out of the car there is mud or "something else" of a brown color smeared all over my car in different spots!!! Deceptive business practice. I went in for a safety inspection and my car failed to pass due to a wiper leaving streak marks. When i was told it was going to fail I was offered the most expensive wiper blades. The ones i have are 3 months old and working in perfect conditions. No mechanic would show me what was wrong, all I was instructed was to ether buy new wiper blades from them or go to my store buy them and take the car back. I was upset because I knew the wiper blades were not an issue and told the attendant. The inspection failed. I immediately took it next door to another inspection station and talked to the manager and told him what happened and he said he would take a look and let me know if the car would pass or fail due to the wiper blades. The car went thru a thorough inspection with 2 witnesses and it passed; all points passed. I decided to take across the street to another inspection station and i was told there was nothing wrong with my wiper blades and the car would pass inspection. I came back to Simoniz and spoke to the manager; Javier Flick.I feel that he dismissed my claim by telling me that he was worried about the other stations not doing their job and he stood behind the person that did my inspection at his store. He said he would file a DPS report (state of Texas), he never asked my name or info. I do not believe he will file any reports. I will. I have 5 cars and i have been going to this place for the past 5 to 7 years. The past 4 or 5 visits for oil change I have been recommend to do major repair on my new cars by staff of this store. I immediately have gone back to the dealer (car under warranty) to check the claims made by these people and they have told me they are wrong. I want my money back! Waited 2 hours even though I was second in line to get an oil change and wash. First they say they are out of the conventional oil and prompt us to purchase the more expensive options. Then we wait and after the car wash we noticed that the receipt and maintenance record were not even for the correct vehicle or customer name. (We told the cashier the make and model of our car before she rung us out)! After we point it out they are almost hesitant to fix the issue and we want this for maintenance against our vin # for records. So then we see the man that was supposed to be fixing our issue comes back in to talk to another customer and doesn't even address whether or not our issue has been fixed. Then I approached the cashier to see if they need the original receipt to fix the issue, which no one bothered asking us for...seriously! !?? The cashier then tells the guy near her to follow her outside and then they eventually return, talk amongst themselves, to figure out they need to refund and re-ring to fix their error. Duh! So they would be tying up more of our money, due to their error, that we had to point out to them. This could have been avoided instead of making us wait an additional 30 minutes. BTW...the manager was the guy who was told by the cashier to follow her outside. So he didn't even know until after I approached the cashier?!! Not going back! Came in to get a wash, the rails on the machine scratched my rims, not very happy about their customer service seeing as the manager Chris, plain out told me they wouldn't be able to do anything for me because it's against their policy. If you own a business and it is clearly in fault of the business, do everything you can to make it up to the customer. Don't shove "I can't do anything for you policies" in their faces. I filled out an incident report and gave me information to contact their offices. Had to leave a message, so I hope they call me back and resolve this issue so that I can change this review to 5 stars if they help me out. The incident report states I must get two repair estimates from two different certified repair shops and must show their Federal Tax ID's. So that their insurance company will evaluate my loss. Only one rim was scratched and is only $100 for a new one. A company of this size should be able to afford that. I hope they just replace the rim for me.
