These replacements steaks didn't look anything like the originals or the photos on their website for boneless Wagu Ribeyes. The originals had no huge hunks of fat in them. The tails were trimmed off. At $38.50 a pound, I would have thought these would be trimmed too. I may change my review upon eating them but I think we should have received a product that closely resembles what they are selling
