When I walked up, a couple was outside having their crawfish. It's a grab n geaux as they say online. I ordered 4 lbs and some boudin balls. I was informed it would be about 45 mins since they do Louisiana style, after cooking it requires a 30 min soak. I sat outside while waiting, as soon as I sat at the patio tables, more and more patrons stoped by to order. Within 25 mins, about 20 of us were waiting. They would update us on the time left to pick up. They place the crawfish in styrofoam to-go container and bag them up. The crawfish were on the small-medium end but that is expected given the time of year. The favor was good, the shells were a bit soft and it seemed that it may have been a touch overcooked but for the larger ones, it was just fine. Boudin balls were about baseball sized but very salty. I may return for more crawfish but once the season is fully going.

It took almost 2 weeks and at least 2 broken promises to get the replacement steaks. These replacements steaks didn't look anything like the originals or the photos on their website for boneless Wagu Ribeyes. The originals had no huge hunks of fat in them. The tails were trimmed off. At $38.50 a pound, I would have thought these would be trimmed too. I may change my review upon eating them but I think we should have received a product that closely resembles what they are selling

May be it wasn't supposed to be part of the meal, or shrinkflation hit again and a half teaspoon fulfills their obligation. Server was attentive and kept my tea glass full. The fries were undercooked and soggy but edible. The burgers were cooked fresh, but because they put condiments on them that were ice cold, our burgers were cold by the time they got to us. I'm not talking about lettuce and such, it was the mayo, mustard and ketchup that were ice cold. There were also so much of each of those condiments that it was dripping off our burgers. I never mind extra of those but this was a little too much. Unfortunately we went through the drive thru so we couldn't do anything about it.

The second time, I stopped at Ohl's I ordered from the moist end and the chewability was a little better (20.00 a pound). The meat had a nice smokey charcoal grill flavor, not like some bbq'ers who boil the meat first and then put t on the grill. I like the sausage (8.00 a link). I use it in my sea food gumbo. Oh, when opening the door to Ohl's, make sure you look down and watch your step. You could trip and fall.

The ribs were good! But the sliced beef was too lean and leathery. Not really tender at all. I wish I had gotten chopped beef and asked for the less lean part. The beef jerky tasted ok, but was too salty and very tough. The chicken was also salty, but a nice texture. I was really hoping for better... Btw - I almost never give less than a 4-5 star review.
