Turkey Club- my go to sandwich!
    Zelena C.

I order from this location about once a week or every other week-either via Ubereats or in-person pick up. I am always happy with my order. It has been accurate, serviced nice a warm and chips taste fresh. The store location is always clean, today I actually saw a staff member mopping the floor and they did a really good job! Staff wears gloves when making orders....and most of all...its smells like cinnamon rolls! Wish I could eat one!

I love coming here. Very cozy cafe and very friendly staff. Very delicious food and always hits the spot. When I walked in, you can smell the fresh bread baking or the warm fresh Cinnabon cooking in the oven.

    Cinnabon is in the house!

Having never tried Schlotsky's before (sadly only had experienced other national chain sandwich shops), I was eager to check out what they had to offer. I'm happy to say that I've found a very clean, fresh, and delicious spot for not only sandwiches, but pizzas, flatbreads, wraps, salads, and Cinnabon delights! This location is bright and clean, in the First Colony Commons area right next to Home Depot. Ample parking space. Staff friendly and efficient, delivered our sandwiches to table in just minutes. There were Cinnabon items too so I had to top of the original sandwich (smoked ham, salami, melted cheddar, mozzarella, parmesan, black olives, red onions, lettuce, tomato, mustard, on sourdough) with cinnamon sugar donut holes. The best part was the sourdough bun...toasted to perfection! Will have to try the signature sandwiches sometime as well as other menu items.

    The original. Medium size.

Came here for lunch. It was a great experience. The cashier was nice. The food was delicious. They have packets of hot sauce to dip your sandwich in :) They have one of those fancy soda machines with tons of different flavor options. I got the original sandwich in a medium size. It was the perfect size. The brand of chip bags they have are pretty chintzy. Not even a half a bag but with the medium sandwich, it was plenty of food. I'll definitely go back

The food was very good, the service was prompt and very friendly. I cannot comment toward the atmosphere as this was a takeout order.

Servers dressed up and ready to serve ginormous portions of whatever you want for breakfast or lunch. Bring a large appetite. Large size sweet and sour pickles come 1st to table . Fresh squeezed juice as flavorful as ones we had on Amalfi coast. Signature Reuben served open or closed with thousand island dressing and extra sauerkraut was large enough to share for the boys. Their signature chicken soup with a bagel chip was served steamy hot as we like it. Even has the world largest chocolate Eclair filled with bavariancreme and topped with chocolate. This place would be popular in S. Florida and very happy is here for the locals. Looking forward to a return.

It's time for another review of Honey Baked Ham in Sugar Land, after my last review 9 years ago!…read moreThis is the spot for delicious honey baked hams and turkeys, plus frozen sides and desserts for pick up. Besides the quarter, half, and whole ham and turkey, you can order meals like sandwiches, croissants, and salads. Whether it is for an individual meal, a company meal, catering event, or the holiday dinner table, Honey Baked Ham offers all of the above with reasonable pricing for the good quality and service. The parking remains spacious and the hams are consistent in quality. With online pre-ordering options (especially during the holidays), they make it easy for pickup anyway of the week. The lines may get long but the checkout is fast. All the hams I've ever ordered were perfectly sized and spiral cut with crunchy honey glaze on top. The turkey is also good, but I prefer the juiciest hams and its flavor, along with their rum cake. Their sides like green bean casserole, sweet potato souffle, mac and cheese, creamy potatoes and gratin, and more are good to have in a jiffy, but not particularly spectacular. I usually get those elsewhere for a better price or whip it up myself. Overall, Honey Baked Ham is a solid choice that's my favorite spot to order my holiday ham year after year.

What an awful experience…read more I reserved a ham on 11/19/2025 but did not prepay, as I never have in the last 10 years of reserving a ham at HBM. But this year was an absolute joke. When I arrived, a woman who worked there was standing outside, stopping customers from getting in line. She kept repeating, "We are only taking prepaid reservations." WHAT?! People in line were furious and rightfully so. Why offer the option to reserve a ham if it does not guarantee you will actually get what you ordered? Apparently, two other locations (Katy and Pearland) had already closed because they ran out. HOW DO YOU LET THIS HAPPEN?!?! I went over to speak with the manager, and I could tell he was overwhelmed. But I still needed to voice my concerns. Getting a ham every year for Thanksgiving is a sentimental tradition for me, and realizing that for the first year in forever I might not have one on the dinner table was devastating. Is this the manager's fault? Probably not. But he represents the company, so he has to take the feedback that comes with it. Luckily, after calling several other HBM locations across the city, I found one (Memorial) that still had hams available. I went there and had no issues. Here is a tip to the branch or regional manager: Do not let this happen again next year or going forward. I can completely understand walk-ins not being able to get a ham, but allowing people to reserve one more than a week in advance and still not honoring it is just poor business practice. Going forward, I will unfortunately not take the risk of making a non-prepaid reservation, and I will not return to this location again. A non-paid reservation should be just as acceptable as a prepaid one.

Their olive spread is unique and tiny bits of olive that are pretty much impossible to take off if you don't like olives. The big appeal of Schlotzsky's is their unique freshly made sourdough bread. It's airy and delicious! However, if you don't like it then you kinda miss the point of this sandwich shop. I've also tried their pizza (bbq) and flatbread (California avocado) and although they are yummy, it's pretty pricey for what you get. I mean $9 for a tiny pizza when you can twice the size at Pizza Hut. It's more for families who need the variety but definitely wouldn't come here for just pizza. Wednesday's are their BOGO pizza so it's reasonably priced then but wouldn't pay full price. Restaurant is clean and nicely decorated. Lots of window and light, even with some outdoor seating for when the weather is nice. Service is nice and attentive. They almost always get my order right, and it doesn't take too long at lunch time. Overall, good sandwiches especially the bread but can be a little pricey with some of their other items.
