Worst pizza place. We wait over an hour and half for 2 pizzas and 2 bottles of soda. Call the store they tell us the driver left 30 minutes ago and don't know where they are. I want to say I'm very disappointed. My daughter order us a pepperoni pizza, 2 orders of pizza rolls and wings. I had her call cause our order was wrong. Worst place ever!! We got some pizza along with a slice of cheesecake last night 7/6/19. As soon as we got home we put the cheesecake right in the fridge, the drive was maybe 10 to 12 minutes. This evening the boyfriend and I walked into this small, local pizza joint to place an order for carryout and then went over to the nearby grocery store and came back in 20 mins to pick up our foods. The 12" thin crust "All the Meats" pizza came with Pepperoni, Canadian bacon, beef, and Italian sausage. We had substituted Alfredo sauce for the tomato sauce, and also requested extra sauce, without being charged additionally. The crust was thin and foldable, and slightly crispy on the outer edge. In one word, yummy! Out of the 7 flavors for the wings, we had the "over roasted" and "Italian", of which both were tasty! I love pizza from here. The crust is just right; it is not too thick and they do not grease it down like most other franchises. The buffalo chicken pizza is something worth experiencing. They serve it with ranch dressing on the side. I would eat this all the time. I also like the Mediterranean pizza and Greek pizza. They use artichokes, olives, feta cheese, sun dried tomatoes and much more. Their specialty pizzas are worth every buck. For lunch they have specials of a personal sized pizza with a drink and a Greek salad. The first time we bought Pepperoni's it was good inexpensive pizza. Something happened there recently and it went way downhill. 4 major flaws that will prevent us from ever going back: 1. The pizza last night was supposed to have double pepperoni - it had about 10 slices total...someone needs to learn better math. 2. The "cheese" was an oily mess that cracked apart instead of stretched like real cheese. I think it was Exxon brand... 3. The middle was soggy enough to make the cardboard of the box wet and droop like a water-logged ceiling after a hard rain with a hole in the roof. 4. HOWEVER, I called and spoke directly with the MOD (after a VERY brief wait), and he had a new order sent out to me within 20 minutes, no questions asked, no angry words exchanged... just a completely beautiful transaction between manager and customer. I used to love this place - not too happy with it right now since corporate took over the location. The previous owner was a master at making sure the quality was always there -- I think dine in is great, but the pizzas are no longer warm if you get it delivered at the house. I only share because I am a fan of this place for a long time and I keep giving more chances, but I have ordered to the house about 3 more times and I have not gotten them warm any more :( I would love to correct this review and make it better, I just want a warm pizza next time :) read more

When we called and asked them to redeliver the correct pasta, they didn't believe that our order was wrong, and then told us we'd have to come pick it up (in the middle of the World Series). We finally gave up and asked the "assistant manager" to refund our card for the pasta. This is the last time we'll order from Pepperoni's Riverstone.
