Today, as a self pay patient, the doctor and his staff once again treated me with the utmost respect, were willing to consider my financial situation (instead of pushing me into something), and worked with me to get a treatment plan that suited me, my finances, and the future of my teeth. I've had extractions, cleanings, and root canals at Dr Moore's office, and everyone there is so kind and knowledgeable, I just won't go anywhere else. I haven't needed it, but they do provide sedation dentistry for folks who have a dental fear. I would recommend them to anyone. His office is on Roan right next to Boones Creek Pharmacy (another great local business), he's a Tennessee native, and a veteran. Make an appointment.

After an accident at work left me with my 2 front teeth broken out, my work sent me to an oral…read moresurgeon who left my nerve hanging out of my mouth. By the grace of God my grandmother was getting her teeth cleaned at Dr. Moore's office at the same time all of this was going on, and Dr. Moore calmed her down and told her to have me come to his office. So I left that oral surgeon's office and drove straight there. Dr. Moore stayed after his office closed just to help me out. He basically did a root canal just so I wouldn't be suffering in pain. I had my employer cancel everything that was scheduled by that oral surgeons office and the next day Dr Moore's office got me in and gave me a temporary crown and veneer. He had me send him emails of pictures showing my teeth and had exact replicas made. You would never know my front teeth aren't real today. That was in 2015 and I still only trust him with my teeth and will only come here from now on. To say he is the best dentist around wouldn't be enough. He is a great dentist and an even better person for all that he's done for me. I would tell anybody that needs a dentist to go to him!

Loaded us with additional xrays and did not explain that it was all running up the tab. Cleaning was good, no problem with dentist, just the total bills and misinformation on authorized provider which led to excessive out of pocket. Gracie is my hygienist and when I had my teeth cleaned the first time by her, I was amazed, she took her time, gave me a very thorough cleaning unlike I had ever had. She then checked ever tooth and my gums for any receding which was a first for me! She answers questions and is very knowledgeabl. There is a huge tv-monitor hanging from the ceiling and there is always something interesting showing and it is very relaxing. Dr. Trey Lunsford is my dentist and he is so nice, explains everything and answers any questions that you have and takes his time with you. The ladies at the front desk are very nice and always ready to help and if you need anything and they have to return your call, they are very prompt in doing so. I then asked nicely if she could describe their product and what made it special to justify the cost. I told her I wanted to compare it with a less expensive mouth guard product I had purchased from another dentist. While she was describing their product she started to speak in a smart aleck tone. I told her that she was not be very professional speaking like that. Her response was telling me that I should just buy the mouth guard from the other dentist and then hung up.

It can be very hard to get an appointment with any dentist in less than six months, but I went in for a cleaning on short notice due to a cancellation. Then, he arranged for his staff to come in a for a few extra hours the following week so he could see my wife and three kids. He and his staff have been great, even helping sort out some weirdness with insurance sending checks to me instead of to them. One review of one star here is not a basis whereby anyone makes a decision. Grace Dental has a five star average with over 600 reviews over on Google. That's the real story, not a review that frankly, I find suspect in its description. There has to be some other thing going on there. (She even says she had been going to Dr. Thomas for years.)
