I opted for pork ribs and coleslaw since that's what someone else ordered. =) The ribs were really great except the rub/crust made it a little saltier than I like. But I never use salt at a restaurant, and I order my In-N-Out fries cooked light, no salt. =) I should've just rubbed a little of the salt off the ribs and/or used a little water. So I would order that again. The coleslaw had a really good spicy kick. I think I like mine a little more chopped up, but I could've just thrown it in a food processor. Anyway, definitely worth trying the coleslaw. They have an unusual pizza, but this was the first weekend they didn't have the dough. They cater. And I think they know a good cajun cook.
