Literally. I had a burst sprinkler pipe, & Conrad was at my doorstep a mere five minutes after I contacted their office. He had it fixed in no time flat! And also checked all of my other sprinkler heads. The cost was so reasonable that I kept them on speed dial, in my phone. Naturally, they were my first call when my automatic sprinkling system wouldn't pressurize, this spring. Conrad to the rescue! He came to my house, and fixed the problem with the flip of a switch! I felt so sheepish that I had forgotten to turn it back on, after the winter! Conrad could have easily had me pay him, and been on his way.... But he said I had paid for an hours-worth of service; & he was going to give it to me! He dug out sprinkler heads. Replaced sprinkler heads. Did a checkup on the entire system. I was so impressed. Being able to get responses so quickly really helps to relieve anxiety about repairs or the status of a project. In fact, I have never once had a problem getting in touch when I need to! We've used Delfino's services for our sprinklers for a few years now, and we finally decided it was time to tackle an area of our yard over which I've spilled countless amounts of blood, sweat, and tears with nothing to show. This was one of the best decisions I've ever made! The crew arrived early and ready to work every day, and work they did! Given my blueprint, Delfino made an intentional effort to clarify areas at different points of the project to make sure he was meeting my vision. I felt heard and respected as I explained exactly what I wanted, rather than pressured into some other design, material, or method simply because it was easier or faster to complete. Additionally, the costs were more than fair and I am so happy that I'm able to support a small, local business so incredibly dedicated to customer satisfaction. Delfino and his crew have always been very efficient in each job they've done for us, but I am still in awe of the incredible speed with which they worked during this project. In just 3 days, they transformed my (2,200 square foot!) backyard area from a living nightmare of dangerous cheatgrass and puncture vine, diseased fruit trees, and aggressive grapevines into a beautiful blank canvas ready for water-wise landscaping. They accomplished in just 3 days what we could not in the 5 years we've owned this home. The employees were two hours late to the scheduled cleanup, played on their phones, and watched the sunset from my backyard. When the 4 scheduled hours were up, the employees claimed there was not enough time to finish the job. After I called to voice my concerns another team was brought out the finish the job, to which I was still disappointed to find my garden beds still filled with grass. Additionally, a team was sent to mow my lawn. Unfortunately, I could not tell that anyone had been there at all. At the price rate this company charges, I expect the best. Unfortunately, I received unsatisfactory services and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
