It is so rare to see a business that consistently is rated 5 stars on Yelp. In this case, I agree with the reviews I've read that Simply Clean deserves a 5 star+ rating. I moved out of my house after living there for 5 years and I had to have the carpets cleaned before I left. The property manager of the house referred Osman and Simply Clean and I called him. They are Amazing! Khalid was dot on time & did a great job.. I got 2 carpets (Large + Medium), 4 couches (3, 2 & 1 seater) and a Chase with Ottoman washed... Carpets were Steam washed and Couches were Dry cleaned as that is what I had asked for. They look brand new.. Both Osman & Khalid are very Gentle and Patient. An incredibly reliable and honest businessman, Osman was punctual and had a great sense of humor. He had quoted us less than what the competitors charged for less service. Three weeks after Osman cleaned our carpets, they're still looking spotless! We had some really bad puppy stains from when our puppy was still getting housebroken. I was worried that the stains were irreversible. Osman warned that the stains might come back after a few days.
