Clean environment, very nice staff - they're upbeat and friendly, able to do whatever designs you want on your nails, I got a bang trim there as well, and I totally recommend them. I've never had an issue with the pricing - it matched what their board advertises but I did pay extra for one time that was more fancier of a nail job since I was going to an event that I wanted a specific design for and I happily agreed to pay the slightly increased amount because they did an excellent job. I decided to give this place a shot , it's across from my house and the nail place I've been going to has been a little disappointing . I decided to try eyelash extensions for her first time . Jennie was amazing , the service was fast and efficient . She was sweet and making an appointment was easy and the service was friendly . Jennie also did my eyebrows . So, I've been here twice now. First time was awful. I asked for black tips but was on a budget so I opted for the less expensive route, black powder. First, the scraping tool she used not only gave me goose bumps but hurt a lot. After scraping all 10 nails there was residue left over. But instead of removing it, she kept going. By then end I was in tears. They covered it up for free with solid polish but.... Flash forward to today. My kids got me a gift card here for mothers day. So I tried again. I spoke to the owner and she set me up with one of her best. The nails were uneven, no matter how many times I pointed it out. I wanted the natural look so I opted for clear pinkish gel....And...and all the nails have bubbles in them! She tells me it's the powder. I actually do my own nails. I even use the store bought crap and I have NEVER had BUBBLES in my nails. Need less to say I wont be going back. read more

My daughter and myself went to get manicures and pedicures. Horrible customer service as they're both working on our feet one of the gentleman come up to do my manicure and then says oh one of the ladies will be with you meanwhile they finish up my pedicure which the paint is on my toes all over the place my daughter finishes her pedicure they do her manicure and they still haven't touched my nails so I walked out with just my toes done and then the lady Nina was rude I will never go back! I obviously made the mistake of going there instead of my normal place they will never get my business again. read more

They were very accommodating in not having an appointment for both my sister and I to get a full set of acrylics. They all seemed pleasant aside from them only speaking in their native language and not interacting with their clients. My sister started her set first; not sure who either of our artists were, but her artist gouged her left pinky with the nippers, scaled her right pinky with the Drill. She asked for almond shaped nails and ended up with stiletto. It was then my turn to start and my artist gouged numerous cuticles, was rough, none of my acrylics are even across any of my nail beds, the edges of each nail are rough, color is uneven with bubbles in the top coat. This review is solely based on acrylics done by one "nail technician " in particular. If you go in with the intention of having nice, natural looking, lump free nails that don't chip or lift after a few days, DO NOT SEE LANNY/ LANI. I have had the misfortune of having her as a nail tech twice, both times I have left with lumpy, uneven, crooked nails that have lifted after a few days. Don't date correct her either, unless you would like her to roll her eyes at you and proceed to talk crap in a different language. Aside from the horrible work, she over charges. A full set with just powder (no ombre, special length, gel polish or design, no special shape) is $60, eventhough their website and board shows a price of like $30. She's a joke. read more

My first time here and I called ahead and asked if they were busy for a fill and pedicure and they said no . As soon as I got in I waited 20 minutes ,someone came after me(no appointment) and they started on her.I saw on the board 18 for fill and 18 for pedicure. I got the 18 pedicure and gel polish on my nail just for the fill. When it was time for me to pay he says 49 dollars and charges me 31 dollars for my fill(18 for the fill 13 for the gel polish) which I wasn't informed of.. I find that 31 dollars is ridiculous for a fill . There was a lack of communications and they very over priced for a gel fill especially after having to wait 20 minutes and get skipped over even though you had called ahead . read more

Worst Salon Ever!! I have given this place way too many chances! I went last week and the salon owner was extremely rude and made me feel bad for being there late. My nails were also pretty crappy and two of them peeled the very next day. By the time I had a chance to get them fixed, 5 days later, 60% of my nails had a chip or had lost the clear coat all together. Even after getting them fixed I'm leaving upset and angry because two of them look awful but I feel bad saying anything because they are judging me. My gel pedicure from last week is also chipping. This is just one instance. Don't waste your time here. $90 down the drain. I'm so upset. read more

The salon is clean, the staff are friendly, the prices are fair and it does not carry a overwhelming polish or acetone smell. My first two experiences with Maggie were wonderful! She has great attention to detail and takes pride in her work, (reference blue and baby pink polish for Maggie's work). Unfortunately, when I went to make my third appointment she was unavailable. As you can tell by the pictures (reference lavender polish) this was not the case. While I can appreciate the effort, the polish did not come close enough to my cuticles and now resembles a manicure that is about a week or so old with grow. This is not the case, as the pictures were taken the same day as my manicure. You can also see air bubbles in the polish. For someone with OCD this is not a great feeling. Needless to say I will wait until Maggie has an available appointment for my next manicure. read more

Very rude customer service from their receptionist. I made a 2:00 appointment then when I arrived was told that I didn't make it at that time even though my entire family witnessed my phone call to the business making the 2:00 appointment. Nicely, I told the receptionist I would just come back and she again proceeded to try and argue with me and said "fine! Just do what you want!" I used to love this place but after such rude treatment and the receptionist's extreme focus on being right instead of trying to nicely listen to her customers- I will not go there again. read more

Went here with a friend for pedicures and an eye brow wax. Staff is very friendly. The woman who did my nails was nice, but I've had better pedicures. It's just that my nail polish was a bit too chunky and wasn't smoothe, it started rippling. I requested a flower and you could barely see it because she chose to do a light white flower on my baby blue polish that I chose. I liked Christine a lot. She was open and honest with me, she did my eye brows, which was nice. I think I need to give this place a second chance when I have time, and it will determine if I'll return or not, and I'll also edit my review if better. I started coming here for my hair cut with Maggie. It is close to the house and she is so so gentle. In preparation for my wedding I made appointments for 7 girls first thing on a Friday morning. This was my first time at this salon. I've driven past it everyday for the last 6 months a decided to give it a try. The Special's are what really made me walk in. As soon as I walked in the whole staff was friendly and got me seated right away. I went in for a gel mani/spa pedi. The overall service was great, the salon was clean, and the staff was happy to conversate. Loved how my nails turned out, though it was on the pricer but average side. $45 before tip. I should have read the specials more closely. The $26 spa mani/pedi is only Mon-Thurs. So that will be when I go next. read more
