We went in for a routine cleaning and was honestly so impressed from start to finish. Vanessa, my dental hygienist, was absolutely wonderful. She was gentle, thorough, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She explained everything she was doing and gave helpful tips without ever making me feel rushed. You can tell she really cares about her patients. Dr. Nguyen was equally amazing, professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The staff were very friendly, fun, the office was super clean, updated and even had TVs in the ceiling for you to watch while lying down. Although they couldn't retract my tooth there, they set me up by referring me to another location to get the work done. I was a little nervous about how much longer I'd have to wait but I lucked out and was able to set it up for the same day. I was thrilled it all worked out the way it did and quickly took care of my issue. I have found a local dentist now and I'm looking forward to scheduling cleaning or any future dental work I may need.

I don't have any problems I've already had my wisdom teeth out. So they told me that I couldn't get my teeth cleaned because I'm not doing the x-rays so my understanding is they want to do x-rays to get more money out of me because let's say they did find something wrong with something on the x-rays they would still have to have my permission to proceed to go forward to whatever they found. So if I told them no, I don't wanna do anything whatever they found they would say OK and they would clean my teeth so there's really no point on taking the x-rays if I don't proceeded to go forward with whatever they would find and don't forget I don't have any problems so why are you forcing me to do x-rays because they need or want more money. It's sad because they always have excuse saying all they don't wanna lose their license or blah, blah blah, even though the contracted paperwork at the beginning that we signed saying that we can't do anything, even if they broke a tool in our mouth. It's just bothers me that these corporations use these tactics to manipulate us into spending more money in reality it doesn't benefit us. And it's sad because I love this place but once you start adding more stuff just to get money out of my pockets when I've been going here for probably 5-6 years and never had a issue. they need to listen to their clients and their patients more than whatever they're trying to push on us, because at the end of the day we were the ones that pay their bills. To fix my bite. I was sent to a chiropractor for a massage. Then after teeth cleaning, i was told i needed a sonogram in order to see what needed to be done. Another 250. Then i was told that it would cost 60,000.00 to fix my alignment in my jaw. I might have felt better if he had said take your sonogram . Perhaps i could take it to another dentist. He said my partial was lose on one tooth so no good, can't take it off and would have to be replaced. The staff was wonderful, and the dentist s were seemingly good, but the cost was freaking crazy high! The place is amazing, so if you have a ton of money i guess it would be great, but for me, retired teacher, the experience was embarrassing to say the least. I even said can you give me another alternative, like not the Lexis version, but maybe the Toyota version that cost less. But no! I left feeling yucky, like do i mortgage my house for my teeth? Lol not at 72! Just to be clear, my negative review was all about price and how different it was like call backs on information or for appointment s after I questioned if we could do a less expensive route. The place and people were really over nice and the equipment was top of the line. I would have loved for them to do the work because I felt comfortable there the first time i went.

Never thought I'd be saying I enjoyed my visit to the dentist. But never in my wildest dreams did I…read morethink my 2 year old would throw a fit because we had to leave the dentist! God's honest truth. My theory is it boils down to a beautiful symphony of two worlds: the professional and experienced staff; then the genius, kid-friendly atmosphere. My first phone call was in a panic. I had called several offices trying to get an appointment for my just-turned-two-year-old who had just knocked out his front tooth. Other dentists' offices yawned to get me an appointment within the next few days and were more concerned about our insurance info (i.e. their money). Dr Po's office immediately said this is an emergency and that we 'must come in that second' and gave us very detailed instructions on what to do (tooth in whole milk, etc). It was one of those epiphanies because I thought: wow, what's wrong with those other dentists and why didn't I call these guys first?! So within the hour we were there and we saw Dr Po and he put our toddler's tooth back in like a rockstar. Did I mention he is cross between 007 and Ron Burgundy (he's very funny)? He was so cool under pressure (because our toddler was freaking out, after all it was a traumatic first visit), yet so confident and in control. And his staff were yet again bending over backwards to help us and to get to know us in person. We got the full tour of the office after, and they even have a special waiting room that has a nice leather couch, stuffed animals and a tv. It closes off and serves as a resting place for patients after procedures if they're still drowsy. I would say this office is mostly a train theme. The centerpiece is a full train above the main desk that loops around the office complete with detailed scenery. There are train puzzles and train toys, a chest full of building blocks, a kids table and plenty (tons) of chairs in a big reception area in front. They even have a rabbit in Dr Po's office that they let my boy pet. When we pulled into the parking lot my second visit, my son was already calling for the choo choo train and by the time we went up the stairs to their office on the second floor, he wanted to see the rabbit too! And after my most recent visit, he wanted to play after our appointment and was quite upset when we had to leave. So lots of positives in his mind and we can safely say he loves coming here! Sure, he does the typical crying at first when he sits in the big chair to get some work done, but they were able to clean his teeth with no issues whatsoever, amazingly. They have the magic touch, clearly. Imagine that traumatic of a first visit; yet can get his teeth cleaned the second visit like a pro. Clearly this place has been doing dentistry a long time. I can't say enough about the staff, they are one of a kind. I've been to the dentist more times than I want in my life, but I've never seen this warm a atmosphere. To put it in more layman's words: they are like Chick-fil-a and others are McDonald's. I'm glad we finally found a dentist for our boys!

I visit the dentist every 6 months, brush 3 times a day, and floss twice daily. I don't bleed when I floss, so I was surprised when Dr. Memar said I needed scaling. I came in for the $79 new patient exam, X-ray, and cleaning offer, and since I'm diligent with my oral health, I wasn't prepared to pay $120 for scaling. My issue wasn't the recommendation itself, but how drastically Dr. Memar's demeanor changed once costs came up. During the exam, he said there was no bleeding--just slight inflammation--and offered to charge $20 more than the promo. But afterward, his attitude completely shifted. He became condescending, backtracked to say I was bleeding, and gave me a lecture about gum disease and insurance--even though I had already said I didn't have any. He even told me to come to the back so he could "show me the bleeding," which felt unnecessary and intimidating. The interaction was so uncomfortable that I ended up crying in the chair during my treatment because of how threatening, condescending, and rude he was. I felt completely disrespected and pressured into paying more than expected. Dental care is expensive, and not everyone can afford to spend $79 without receiving treatment. Otherwise, I would have gone elsewhere for a second opinion. I've never had a dentist speak to me that way before. Find an office that makes you feel safe and respected--unfortunately, this one did not.
