This was my first time ever trying Nepalese momo, and I went with the chicken tikka masala momo. It was spectacular. The dumpling itself was excellent -- great texture, perfectly cooked -- and the spice profile was layered and unique in a way that felt different from traditional tikka masala, but still deeply comforting and flavorful.
