Okay, first, I'm sorry. These pics are plates of half consumed food. Why, you ask. Well it was really delicious! My husband is from England and delicious Indian food is important to our family. There are other options in the area, but this has been the first place that he was filled with childhood joy (because the food reminded him of food from home). All of the flavors of the chicken korma, chicken tikka masala, and daal makhadi were full. The buttery basmati added cushion to our meals and we were delighted. We went in towards the end of September, about two weeks after they opened. The service was a little bit awkward. For example, the young woman serving us asked if we were ready to order. We said, "No but we'd like some appetizers." She said "Okay," then turned around and went to serve the other table in the restaurant. I'm thinking she just heard "no" but wasn't listening. So far, really excellent food. The dal mahkani and the chana paneer korma were fantastic, albeit extremely mild. We asked for a 4/10 spice expecting some heat, but there was no heat at all... which was ok in the long run because my daughter got to try the dal and she loved it! Still, needs more heat. Our dishes came out with the incorrect heat number (we ordered Korma 1 and Tikka 3 and they came Korma 3 and Tikka 0), no check in after our food was brought to our table. Went for lunch with a friend. The place smells very weird with some cleaning liquid smell .We ordered the chicken tikka masala, and the chow mein. We asked for spice levels of two on 10 and nine on 10 the food arrived after 30 minutes even though the restaurant was empty, the chicken tikka masala they said OK but the chow mein was spaghetti undercooked And tossed in onions and weirdly scrambled eggs that tasted more like coconut than eggs. The person serving was definitely overdoing the service part. We saw the person serving, clean the tables with a glass cleaner probably part of the weird smell that was in the restaurant when we walked in. If you are looking for a spicy Indian food, this is definitely not the authentic Indian experience. read more

This review is based on my experience with the weekend buffet. The food had flavor, no two items tasted the same, and the food was not too spicy, but that is where it ends. The food was served at room temperature, and the options for vegetarian were limited to Okra and Paneer Masala. The number of items on the buffet was limited, especially at $19.99 per person. The service was a matter of fact. We had to ask for water and had to ask for Naan. They have a bar but were not asked if we would like to have a drink. There was no one monitoring the buffet to see if items needed to be replenished. They have potential as their food has flavor. read more

Food here is really good. My kids take jiu Jitsu next door and I've done takeout here a couple times. We've had the chicken curry, lamb chettinad and the chicken chow mein. All were delicious. They have Indian food from various regions and even Indian-Chinese fusion dishes. read more

Slow service. Really, slow service. They seem to give priority to online take out orders versus the customers in the restaurant. Our samosas came out frozen. They remade them and they were great the second time. The butter chicken was not like the butter chicken we've had at any other Indian restaurant; the sauce was really red and the taste was just so-so. The chicken korma, however, was very good. Almost no sense of service as water and naan and anything else hopefully received for table service had to be waived down from the three individuals talking to each other behind the bar. The buffet was room temp. Literally no food was hot but the naan they brought out to order. Some had good flavor but didn't matter since we left without finishing our plates. Great new indian restaurant here in Prosper! Finally something other than fast food has opened in the area. My wife got a vegetarian curry and I had the 380 Biryani. We also shared some garlic naan. Everything here was just off. We ordered three entrees at a heat level of 5 or 6. The Saag Paneer was really bland at a 6. I couldn't taste any cardamon or clove in it whatsoever and the heat level was nonexistent. A little surprising since a 6 should have been hotter than that. The lamb in the curry was overcooked and the naan was paper thin. The only thing that was good was the rice and Chicken Tikka Masala... however again the heat level at a 5 was nonexistent. The service was poor with the waitress getting our order wrong. When the food was brought out initially the waiter argued with us that the yellow cream based dish was Saag paneer... it wasnt until I told him that it was supposed to be green from the spinach and had cheese chunks in it did he take it back and return with the right dish, after we were almost done with the rest of the meal. And, I did not appreciate being treated like I couldn't tell the difference in the dishes we ordered. I am well traveled and cook indian food at home myself! This is definitely the wrong attitude to take with your customers. As for beverages... we wanted ice tea but it wasnt brewed fresh so we switched to drinks from the bar. The $9 draft of Stella was not very cold and the waitress had no idea how to fix a simple gin and tonic. She had to look it up online and brought it out with no ice at first. When she brought it back the small 8 oz glass was half empty. And lastly, the place is very dark inside and not very inviting. Also, we arrived at 5 pm and the lunch buffet was still setup but not offered at dinner. Nothing was covered and it sat out and was still there when we left 1.5 hours later. I guess it was better left there than repurposed and served for dinner! This place really needs to get it together, otherwise its probably not going to make it given the bill came to $90. Not exactly cheap and there are too many other options in Frisco. I would strongly suggest lowering your prices a little until you work through and iron out the kinks, as well as offering better food quality and service. read more

Great food and friendly staff. One HUGE reason why I didn't get 5 starts. Once you have your food and drink(s) there's no follow up by staff. I've been to this restaurant about 10x now.
