They took over a month to get my uniforms done!When I went to go check if they were done because they would not pick up the phone all of my pants measurements and sizing was wrong! And they still have not gave me the rest of my uniforms after I already payed! I definitely do not recommend this place unless you can wait years for your uniforms. read more

The customer service is amazing! They have everything you need here as well which makes it so easy for a one stop shop. Long story short I needed a particular jacket in less than a week and this location had the exact jacket I needed. They were able to get everything together in less than a week and it came out looking so nice! This place is the best! I went up there from San Diego to get a uniform. They are experts at making sure the uniform fits correctly and will make alterations right then in order to make sure the fit is exactly what is needed. I wanted a uniform that was up to LAPD's strict uniform standards, and that was what I got in very little time. I went to King Taco next door while they did the alterations. If I need another uniform with expert tailoring, I will make the drive and go back! read more

This review is for all the female Officers who struggle with having to wear "men's size" uniforms. Never have I been tailored so perfectly for a uniform anywhere else, they even offer a low or mid rise pants for women too. I found this place from other coworkers who could not stop raving about the custom work this place does. I highly recommend their work and put it up against any other brand out there. Wish I can rate with a zero. I recently purchased a set of uniforms at Sinatras. Since they did not had women's long sleeves shirts, the employee offered to get men shirts and they would get tailored it to "my size". Big mistake I made! Not only did they tailored my sleeves way too short which I can no longer wear. But Nancy refused to fix the issue. Also Nancy blamed me for returning the shirts 3 times when it was obvious it was their mistake. Realizing that they cut the sleeves too short, they took it upon themselves to add another cuff on my sleeves. I had to returned the sleeves again since I was not in compliance with PD uniform policy. What employee makes a mistake, refuses to fix the issue, and to "solve" the issue adds an extra cuff from another shirt and adds it to my uniform. And you can no longer wear your new shirt sleeves since they were ruined by an employee. Nancy's attitude towards people its unprofessional. She gets too comfortable telling customers how to tailor their uniforms. I personally heard her telling a guy "do you want to look like a cholo" or do you want them how we tailored them. Its not how you (Nancy) want them. Its about providing and pleasing the customer to their needs and station policy, not your needs. read more

The uniforms are sharp and I'm my opinion, they are the best looking uniforms money can buy. The reason you guys get 1 star is because of the 6-7 month waiting period for the uniform! I ordered 2 pants and 1 long and short sleeve shirt back in February 2015. I called last week, mid-July 2015, and they said they aren't done yet. I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service and the inability to take some sort of responsibility or acknowledge there mistake. I dropped off my belt and boots to get shined on Friday morning asking for them to be ready on Monday. The young man who they recently hired asked if I could pick them up on Tuesday instead. I agreed and asked them to have them ready on Tuesday at 0930. I Showed up early around 9 hoping to pick up my belt and get to work. Neither my belt or my boots were ready and the young man was not around. I was told by a worker that I should have asked for them sooner because in essence the new kid was a slacker who left early the day before without completing my gear. I would hope that I wouldn't have to adjust when I pick up assuming that there not going to have my stuff ready. So after waiting nearly an hour and forty minutes for my gear to be done throwing off my whole morning. You would think that I would receive an apology from the staff or perhaps maybe comp my boots for my time. I received neither and I'm upset that they would not value my time or acknowledge there failure to complete there work in a timely fashion. read more

I was having difficulty finding "oversized" female motorcycle breeches that fit me. Sinatra's fitted me into a pair of custom wool breeches and I couldn't be happier. The price was expensive $327 but worth it for the custom fit and the quality. read more
