I ordered the JS409-42 five button Ike Jacket. I explained that they would have to guarantee it would arrive before the end of September or I couldn't use it. I needed time to have my Tailor attatch department patches. Sinatra sent the wrong jacket, a JS201-42. I spoke with Nancy who said it would be a simple matter for me to mail it back from Wisconsin, they would alter it to a JS409-42 and return. The Tailor told me if she has the jacket now she can have it ready on time. This will absolutely not work if I try to return to Sinatra. This includes my evidently being on the hook by the way for additional shipping. Nancy couldn't have been nicer, but I am stuck with an important department ceremony in the wrong style jacket. read more

Literally the best feeling Uniform you will put on. The ability to have certain things about your uniform custom-sized to you just can't be beat! I'm a shorter guy and therefore a lot off the off-the-shelf blues like Elbeco or Flying Cross isn't cut right, making getting in and out of the car a pain with pants that have long crotches. Here, every bit of the uniform is measured. It may seem a little pricier than other places but once you factor in tailoring and fitting, you're really only saving a few bucks for a "universal" fit when these are custom. I recommend getting the insides of your sleeves lined with satin--makes a HUGE difference when it comes to cooling and not feeling the itchy wool. One of the most important things is that the shirt and pants are cut from the SAME roll of material. This means that the color will never look different between your shirt and pants and that the pattern is the same. This is obvious when someone takes your photo in the sun -- you'll see some Officers who's pants and shirts are not matching. The parking is a little tight and don't expect to park on the street. They also have LAPD buttons/stripes/chevrons as well as CHP. Delivery of your uniform does take a couple of weeks...this place had Portland, Oregon uniforms being made! Have patience when you order. Overall, skip Galls and Keystone. Get custom-measured uniforms that looks and feels right. read more

I was running late last Thursday and left the valley at 345pm hoping to make it by 445 pm. They close at 5pm. Miraculously, i made it at 444pm. She measured me, had the seamster hem my pants, my shirt needed no alterations, picked up a beanie, and uniform buttons. It was a one stop shop and they stayed open a little longer for me.
