They were professional, nice, prompt and honest (an aging washing machine needed a new valve and a bearing) and now the washing machine is working better than it has for years and while we know the machine won't last forever we are happy to get a few more years out it. I called them because their shop is nearby, and because the Sears guy who tried to fix my Kenmore gas stove last year left the stove a mess. Stanley scheduled for the very next day, followed strict covid precautiions, quickly showed me how the Sears guy had bent, stripped, and otherwise jimmied the stove igniter, then replaced it in about an hour. All working perfectly now, and he gives a one-year warranty. Don't retire yet, Stanley - I'm sure we'll need you for something else before long!
